After I checked out and returned the room key to the reception, I requested the refund of my security deposit. The receptionist first claimed that the manager was not present, and then stated that no cash was available in order to delay the refund. Only after I repeatedly insisted was the deposit finally returned, and even then it was handled with highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and inappropriate behavior toward a guest.
