Good location, proximity to a shopping mall with plenty of nice restaurants, comfortable rooms, helpful responsive team. Maybe breakfast could have a bit more variety for western taste but overall good spread!

When I first arrived at the hotel, I was extremely exhausted. Over the course of ten days, I had completed work in Semarang, Tegal, Brebes, Garut, Bandung, and Sukabumi before finally arriving in Jakarta. During my travels through all those regions, not a single hotel was properly prepared. I experienced various issues right from check-in, which was stressful, and when I finally checked in at this hotel and entered my room… the electricity wasn’t working. I had to wait for about an hour in a hot room without air conditioning, hoping the electrical issue would be resolved. The staff’s response was not quick, and I felt an inexplicable sense of irritation. It was frustrating to realize that throughout my entire business trip in Indonesia, not a single hotel had a room properly prepared. Eventually, they offered a room upgrade, but the coffee machine in the upgraded room didn’t work properly. I didn’t inform the customer service about the coffee machine issue at the time; I only left a note. When I returned to my room after finishing work, they had replaced the faulty coffee machine. While it was good that they acknowledged their mistake and provided some additional service, I had never requested a room upgrade or any extra service. I just wanted the room I had booked to be properly prepared without any issues. Aside from these inconveniences, the hotel has many advantages and I can say it is excellent in every aspect. In fact, I always stay at this hotel when I am in Jakarta. This time, it seems I was just unlucky. When I first arrived at the hotel, I was extremely exhausted. Great option in Jakarta Seletan. No frills very comfortable . Breakfast and bars excellent We wanted a la carte simple breakfast , but told it would take too long

? % NONE ‼️ WHEN , ASKED FOR EXTRA PILLOWS , AND BOTTLED OF WATER , the hotel asked for an additional extra charge . AND , one staff , in particular , NAMED : TIWI , was rude , impolite , and discourteous enough , to chase us ( AS GUEST OF THE HOTEL ) away , from using / enjoying hotel lobby public space . Facilities and room were nice I had an issue with the booking.com app and it double booked my stay. The hotel refused to cancel and refund the extra room. They said to contact booking.com to request a refund. Booking.com contacted the property and they refused again for a refund or reschedule. They could have easily helped me but refused and now I’m out 100 USD. I’ve stayed at the hotel four times and I never will again. They’ve lost a repeat customer.

Location : perfect for wherever we need to be Clean : it’s clean. Food : were really nice and huge portions Staffs : were friendly and listened well to our needs a few days during Eid, the cleaning is a bit sloppy, we told the manager and they amend it immediately.

During check in, the hotel asked me for a deposit of 10M IDR as a guarantee for the stay. The charge would be made at check out according to the correct amount but instead they charged the card at check in and I am still waiting for a reimbursement of 2,188,000 IDR. I need the hotel to pay me back!
