It has a balcony. Good beds and pillows The pictures and information about this hotel are misleading. They advertise a pool, but it is not pleasant at all. The gym equipment is broken, wrecked, and unusable. The so-called rooftop is absurd — just a few tables and chairs crammed into the same space as the machines. The staff was terrible. Our room card did not work, and we had to request help five times in a row. Each time, we were told it would be fixed, but it never was — even after switching rooms. On checkout day, we had an early departure at 5:00 AM. Despite informing them the night before and being assured someone would be available, we were left waiting 20 minutes before anyone showed up. Breakfast was awful. Very limited options, and no clear information. Nobody explains that you need to request eggs or coffee from a separate place — nothing is communicated. The room was poorly cleaned, the view was dreadful, and even on the second floor we could hear all the noise from reception. If you can, avoid this hotel.

I recently stayed at Ra Inn Kemang and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The room I had was very spacious and cozy—definitely a great value for the price. I was particularly impressed by how helpful the staff was, especially Dwiky, who assisted me in booking an extra night at a competitive rate. A big thank you to him! As for the location, it was decent, with several shops just a 5-7 minute walk away, making it convenient for any essentials. In summary, Ra Inn Kemang is a solid choice if you’re looking for a spacious room and friendly service at a good price. One minor downside was the deposit charged for an additional room key, which felt a bit unnecessary but was manageable. Additionally, while the rooms were comfortable, they weren’t entirely noise-proof; I could hear noise from nearby rooms, likely because I was situated near the pool. Breakfast was adequate, although the options were somewhat limited. They did offer some egg dishes, which was a nice touch.

I like the pool, the price for value is excellent, breakfast is simple but included. Staff is nice smiling and helpful. I booked here half a dozen times in 2-3 years, the value is very good. Rooms are always clean and have a small balcony for smokers Nothing much. Maybe the pool side could be arranged a little more .but since I last came the gym side is already looking better.

The concept of adopt simple design which males you feel like you are home ? The seating arrangement for dining area, would be be better if there are choice for single occupation, double and family one so that those who travel alone do not have to sit on a table of 4, while those who come with family do not have to wait for a table of 4 to done just because one single person already sit and wont let go the table because she was busy with her cell ??there are indeed people who are selfish like this and the current seating arrangement a person like this could spent hours and will not move until she is told to?

Everything was clean and comfortable. Also very quiet except for the Muezzin in the morning, which is to be expected in a primarily Muslim city. The staff were kind, diligent and hardworking, especially Deni and the ladies at breakfast were attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was a little buffet which had among other things fruit, bean porridge, pudding and a rice dish as well as eggs you could order from the staff.

Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but they spoke no englisch. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Very noisy. You can hear the aircon from your neighbor very clearly, sounds like a washing machine in your room. Other guests come home around 00:00 to 01:00, very loud. Muezzin was shouting between 04:00 to 05:00. Staff starts cleaning and hoovering around 07:00. So you can count the hours of sleep. Breakfast is Indonesian.
