Good breakfast spread. Lots of options international and local. Location next to a mall which gives additional dining options Comfortable bed The room layout with the open toilet concept. Furnishings and fittings felt old and due for a refresh. I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago, and the difference is marked. Breakfast buffet staff needs more people to handle the drink orders. My room faced a block of apartments which meant the blinds have to be drawn all the time.

I always stay at pullman Central park every time I visit Jakarta just because how convenient it is. Located next to central Park mall and close to Taman Anggrek mall, so many option for FnB places to try, both distance to CGK airport and central jakarta is also not bad. I always admire the attentiveness of the staff especially during the breakfast time. no bathtub , and for some reason, the heater in the AC never works, for someone who're sensitive to cold, even when turned off, the room is still quite cold actually.

The AC filter was very dirty. At midnight I had to call the front desk about the loud noise from the AC The maintenance came and had to wash the filter at midnight. I had to use my inhaler for my asthma because the air is very dirty and made me cough a lot. The amenities at the spa area was not ready when i want to use it. There was not enough sign to find the parking place and the people was not very helpful when I asked !

I picked this hotel since I had 18 hours transit and since it’s connected to Central Park Mall to kill some time which it did meet my expectations. About 20-30 min from Airport. Staff was very pleasant. Given the location and entrance of the hotel you would think you’re staying at a world class hotel. Once you get to your floor you see how outdated the hotel is. The paint on doors. The scratches on every inch of the hotel walls and don’t get me started on the rooms very very outdated. Design is absolutely horrible. We picked a king bed room and the whole bathroom has no door. Zero privacy. You can see toilet and shower from the bed which is crazy.

During my stay from 14 - 17 June 2025 I was busy with my all friends and was entertain for breakfast every morning in various Chinese restaurants. I didn't take any breakfast in the hotel during my stay but was surprised to see billing for breakfast and other charges. I believe this is a system problem, under normal condition when checking out all signed bills is collated with signed slips for final bill. This problem is still outstanding, and my deposit was still on hold.

Breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of options. I especially appreciated the generous selection of Indonesian dishes, as well as a good mix of international cuisine. There was one part that didn’t quite meet expectations: Upon check-in, my husband and I were offered a welcome drink at the bar by the friendly and professional receptionist. Unfortunately, the attitude of the bartender was quite the opposite. Unlike the other staff who were warm and courteous, the bartender seemed disinterested and unwelcoming, barely acknowledging us, with a poker face that felt out of place in an otherwise service-oriented hotel. I don’t expect over-the-top cheerfulness, but a basic level of courtesy and professionalism would go a long way in making guests feel respected.
