Nice location. Nice restaurant on roof. Limited space for parking but the security does helpful job doing valley parking. I received room upgraded complementary, thanks for that.

Check in wasn't ready until 3:30pm which is annoying but it's ok

Great service. Always have free juice, coffee or water available :) You can see the pool from the lobby. The room was really small and a little bit noisy. Can’t go on the rooftop during the day because it’s under construction.

Location was OK Absolutely not clean, gym was old and dirty and the swimming pool, the water was not clean. (Nobody was swimming)

I was able to check in earlier than it is mentioned in the ad. Also during the whole of my stay, it was super calm, with no noise from any of the neighbours. The beds were just amazing, usually, I have some issues sleeping the first night in the new place, but this was not the case here. There were ants in the room around the table. Also, there was a small clog in the sink. I wanted to use laundry service, but unfortunately even with the express option, it takes more than a day. The swimming pool looks not that clean, but it did not jeopardise my morning swimming routine.

Perhaps it was because it was a weekday, but the restaurant did not have what was on the menu available.

The hotel has an incredible character. Staff was fantastic.Will only stay there in Jakarta.

Staff were generally quite rude, the tiny unstaffed gym closes at 7pm same for the indoor pool. I was advised by one member of staff the pool stayed open until 9pm so jumped in, only to be rudely told by a guard to get out. Went to the bar at 11:30pm which is supposed to be open until 2am to find the lights out & the staff having a party. Clearly poor management here & a lack of customer focus. The place is run for the staff not the guests. For this reason I will not return & do not recommend staying here.

My wife like this hotel very much but my sons and my wife were disturbed with the poor sound proofing. All is fine except the sound proofing which was very disturbing with the next doors rooms . My sons as my wife listen everything next room even the shower ....

The staff was very nice and helpful and bed was comfortable. The gym would need AC as even in the morning it was very hot there with the sun shining right inside the gym. Room AC was super cold and I got sick even though I put the temperature at 26 degrees (without AC the room got too warm). Breakfast buffet was very nice but the warm food selection could do with a few more western options like bacon/sausage and yogurt would be a good addition to the cold selection.
