The hotel not allowed us to check in, we already confirmed from booking.com, they said the room is fully booked. How come? If already sold why we can book?

This hotel was clean and well located. The only problem was that the staff is super noisy. There is a Guy Who walks like an elephant night and day and all Day long super bothering. And people talk extremely loudly, we Come to an Hotel to sleep and relax not to hear the staff.
