The staff seemed professional and friendly. Breakfast was decent, but could be better for the cost of the hotel. We stayed here three nights total, and the wifi worked for about two hours total. We had staff in our room multiple times trying to connect the laptop and TV. My phone would connect, but required reauthorization every 5-10 minutes. The laptop couldn't connect because we couldn't get the landing page to open to put in the password to connect. The jacuzzi tub scared us quite a bit - when the jets were on, the knobs and side of the tub became electrified. Not a full shock, but you could feel the buzz...not comforting when you're sitting in water. The linens weren't a bad quality, but one of the towels we got was torn up - certainly needed replacing. We definitely won't be staying here again, and did not feel that it was worth the cost - not even close. I truly hope the best for the staff, but the facility needs a lot of work.

The room needs deep cleaning and repairs. Glass panels had molds, floors need to be repaired, sheets needs to be changed.

The AC is really cold and it has hot water. The location is on the edge of the hip Blok M area. This hotel's glory days have passed. Nowadays, only stains everywhere: on the sink, on the walls, on the windows, etc. Slow drain shower and toilet. The pillow is one for each person.

Awesome location right next to Blok M and BlokM plaza. So much shopping, eating and drinking to be done in this area. Gold shops galore as well. Cafe's and Night clubs are good as well. Go visit Gens Bar. Room was nice. Bintangs in the lobby fridge 24/7 - sometimes its hard to find a Bintang in these areas. Street food markets around the corner. You'll be amazed with the food and rinks No Windows in the Room. Was a Fake one behind a curtain. Toilet/Bathroom is fully see through glass. We had a laugh with our family as we had to look away when someone was in the toilet doing their business. I didnt care about my partner lol.. Lift door closed too quick and awlays squashed you if you didnt quickly get in an hold the stay open doors button.

Area was a walking distance from tons of street food, the park, and a mall. The cafe that was attached to the hotel served up good food as well. Room was quite cramp, quite a bit of things on the menu was not available at the cafe attached to the hotel. Ordered an iced latte, there were tons of ants in the drink as well.

the location was close to Metro station had plenty of options for dinner around the area no hot water , no keys for the room issued , receptionist need to unlock the room for me every time i want to enter. Mold on the cealing , bad smell , toilet not function proper , not flush, shampoo was not refill. Asked for a spoon and did not receive ....

Location great, near to MRT and Blok M mall. The staff were friendly and very helpful...did their best to rectify the many shortcomings of the infrastructure. Internet was awful - had to change rooms to get onto a floor where is was passable - but not good anywhere. The coffee shop was closed most of the time - i presume due to ramadan. Had to change rooms due to a leaking a/c unit and no hot water in the shower.

It was a disappointment and waste of money. Only one thing good was bathroom Room is small and mess not clean. And the breakfast was totally disappointed me. They provide only bread, and tea. You can get one omlet or indomie. And they charged 99k for this kind of breakfast.

The instant noodles were cooked perfectly. The cleanliness needs some improvements. 1. Stains on towels, bed sheet, ceiling, and wall. 2. Dusts on the floor, bed, and table. 3. Crack on the floor. 4. Strange smell from the shower. 5. Rust on most of iron based goods.
