Great location in Setiabudi, be aware that it is in a kampung, not a fancy area. But it is safe, with good access to restaurants, shopping and transportation. I really wanted to like the Japanese style room, but it really was not very comfortable. The bed converts to a sofa, sort of. There is a seating area with floor pillows, not very useful. The room has windows, but a few centimeter from another building. It felt dark, with no view. Room was clean, but not maintained well.

The pressure and hot water for the shower was very weak. The location is in a suburban area so be prepared to be woken up at 4am every morning by the prayers on loudspeaker outside.

Nice decoration and placement. Nice staff. The fact that we can’t open a window. Humidity odor maybe du to the fact that there are no windows and humidity building up + toilet leaking a little in my room.

It’s exactly how it was at the pictures and it’s amazing. Super cozy well designed room with a million dollar view! Comfortable bed, nice aircon and just at the center with all the main spots nearby. Staff was super friendly and they do have coffee machine at the reception, which is super handy in the morning) And it’s unbelievably nice bar at the roof top with amazing food, various cocktails and impressive wine selection. Unfortunately I was with a kid, so def will be back for this one day? And the 360 degree view from the roof at the evening is just wow!! So if you are looking for nice and affordable place at the center of Jakarta, just search no more! It’s 2 things that were a bit unpleasant: Very strong smell and leaking fan at the bathroom and inability to vape in the room( it’s a fine 500 k for that). But it’s a great place anyway, and it’s just a small issues

Exterior of the building was modern. Interior of the hallway, cafe, and building was also modern. Location is hard to find. It's inside narrow road. Hard to reach public transport. The room was disappointing. I even upgraded to the highest grade of room in this hotel but didnt meet my expectation. Personally, I wouldn't come back to this hotel.
