The location walking distance to St Carolus Hospital First days got dirty and dark room (very different compare with the photos), AC is hot, only have one room key card (when i ask another one, they said the tools to make card is broken). Second days they give us another room that much better, and 3 key card, but the room still not clean enough, the bed cover little dirty, and have a little hole because of cigarette, is not sound proof room, so very noisy since the room in front of the main road.

There is literally rat in the my hotel room. I will not be going there again. Im feeling disgusted

Good eating. I am vegetarian. You gave me this type of food. access to Internet. In certain moments I was disconnected. However, the Informatic technician tried always to connect me.

The location is good and accessible. There are restaurant and bakery downstairs. The pillow case and bedsheet is dirty. The AC is not working properly too

Friendly atmosphere. Very nice and professional staff. The level of English knowledge was very good. Actually the restaurant and the hotel have a separate invoice system, so it was not possible to pay everything together. THis is very unpractical. The service of the restaurant was sometimes slow, sometimes quick. It was hard to plan the needed time for breakfast and lunch.

Its easily accessible to everywhere The poor bugs running everywhere right when i open the door, no dispenser on each floor, no eletric kettle in the room, we need to go to lobby just for hot drinking water.
