The hotel lobby is currently undergoing renovations, but we were not informed about this when we made our booking. There is a strong smell of paint in the lobby, and the overall appearance of the hotel is quite unappealing. We attempted to cancel our reservation on the spot and requested a refund, but the hotel staff informed us that our reservation was non-refundable. This has created a very challenging situation for us. On the second day of our stay, we returned to the hotel around 11 PM after a day of sightseeing, only to find that our room had not been cleaned, despite us informing the receptionist earlier. After we raised our complaint, the housekeeper eventually cleaned the room, but by then, we were eager to rest. During check-in, the receptionist told us that breakfast would be served from 6 to 11 AM. However, this information was incorrect. On the second day, at 8:15 AM, the receptionist called our room to inform us that breakfast would end at 9 AM that day, while my children were still asleep. I had to wake them up in a hurry to ensure we wouldn't miss breakfast. When we reached the restaurant, we found that most of the breakfast items were nearly gone. I requested some bread, but we had to wait 20 minutes for the staff to go buy it from a nearby bakery. Overall, this hotel experience has been quite strange. Additionally, the Wi-Fi in the family room (Room 102) is not working. I tried to speak with the general manager, but the receptionist said he is not always at the hotel. It was my second time staying in this hotel. It is near small store like Kmart, IndoMaret & AlfaMaret. During the evening time, there were small warong for eat alone side with the hotel. The hotel staff were so friendly.

It's surprisingly quiet. Comfortable and clean. Staff is professional. The location is surrounded by incredible coffee shops and restaurants. This is our favorite hotel in Jakarta. No comments!

We booked this place because we had an event nearby. The place is good enough for a short stay, although the cleanliness, especially in the toilet, could be improved. The location is also convenient. Within walking distance, you can find a lot of very nice street food along the streets. The cleanliness could be improved, and it would be nice to have more variety for breakfast.

There was a smell from the bathroom, that feels like I slept in a restroom. They should consider cleaning out the pipeline or find a solution for that. There was water, coffee and mugs, however, no kettle. How anyone is supposed to drink coffee? The room was not that clean, but if you are going to sleep only for 4-5 hours, with a cheap price, you might book this hotel.

The bed was so comfy and the staff was so nice. There were small stalls/Warong(for eat) during evening, alongside the hotel and also coffee shop nearby. Easy check in and check out, I was there during public holiday and there were fully booked.

Staff was friendly, cleaning staff was good, breakfast was good. Lack of water pressure in shower, almost unusable Nearly impossible to control shower water temperature No laundry service and when asked about nearby laundry services, staff vaguely motioned to somewhere "outside". We wasted a lot of time looking for a laundry service. When checking in, the room had an overwhelming smell of cigarettes. Had to wait an hour as the clearing staff un-smoked it.

The room is perfect for a family, one room with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The lamps in the kids were broken and quite dark there. There are 2 tellies but only 1 worked. The toilet was leaking. Not nice view from the room
