LeGreen Suite Tondano

The location is close to where the event I want to visit, just walking distance about 15 minutes. The room is smelly, the AC remote is not working properly ( can adjust higher temperature but not lower one), the shower place doesn’t have glass separator so the bathroom floor is wet after we took a shower, the water heater doesn’t work. The AC is leaking so water dripped to the bedroom floor.

Pleasant

The booking photos seem outdated, the facilities don’t look like that. The hotel is neglected and very depressing. The rooms are very small and don’t have basic things like soap or hair dryer. Toilet flush was broken and the water leaked. Shower was dirty and the water pressure low. Aircon is there but even on the most powerful mode it didn’t cool down the room. Their staff doesn’t speak English. Also there is only one key card per room, no matter how many people staying in the room, and the staff can’t provide additional cards. But the most shocking was the cleanness, our bedsheets were so old that white turned grey and were covered with spots. Same with towels. It took the staff awhile to replace the sheets because they had to fine some looking better.

At least the bed is clean and quite comfy (barely decent). Location OK. The pictures are deceiving. It looked new, but actually very old. Floor tiles cracked and dirty, some part of the wall was cracked. Had TV but couldn’t even watch bcoz weak wifi. Requested twin beds but got double bed instead. No phone inside so difficult to contact reception, had to come down to request for iron, but iron not available. Only provide 1 towel, informed receptionist for extra towel and was told they will send to the room, but after waiting for some time, we had to take it ourselves at downstairs (receptionist told they’re waiting for to take it)

It was pretty close to the convention center as we wanted to, but can’t say much about the surroundings Everything is very very extremely tired and battered. Doesn’t look as clean as in the pictures. Maybe it was nice 5 years ago or so. But it was cheap, so can’t say I was expecting distinguished cleanness. The toilet was absolutely gross. Had to build a pt seat to use it.

The shower was not working at the first time until we call the reseptionist. The AC also broken as it wasn't working at night. The bed was ok but still have some dirt on the bed sheet.

The neighbourhood was nice, friendly people and lot of choices for local streer food. Definitely come back here once in Jakarta ?

The staff is helpful and they even offer drinks and boiled egg for breakfast free The sink doesn’t work

Nice and prompt stuff I ordered room with balcony at the Booking.com and they have no rooms with balcony even with window. Only with windows turn into the closed inside yard

Exceptional

The incredible warmth, hospitality and professionalism shown by reception staff. I wish to thank Novi and the young chap in particular who got me to the right hotel. Comfy bed and good WiFi connectivity. Loved the bottle of water in the room and the simple but good breakfast Unfortunately there were stains on bed linen and walls which wasn't good to look at. Spider webs in the bathroom and some corners in the room. TV didn't work after maintenance guys apparently fixed it. Consider painting the rooms and you will be almost a top place for guests
