The general upkeep of the entrance to the hotel, the hallways and carpeting needs upgrading. The variety of breakfast is very slim.

Took a while at the reception. Towel definitely stinks, it has unwashed smell. I dont think it is washed after the previous guest. Low shower water pressure.

The location is great, easy access to key points within the city. Good nearby shopping. The hotel felt old ans sad, not what is expected from an Accor hotel.

Parking way at the top of lot made me dizzy going in circles. There is very little signage from the parking area to lobby and back out to park, hence it's very confusing to go in/out the first time. It's one of those mall to hotel conversions so you won't actually have a window, just a fake window. The hallway carpets are quite dirty. The towels smell very bad. The night staff was so nice but the morning staff was a bit rude. The bottle to fill from dispenser and bring to the room is too small. It's only about 2 glasses, ha. Overall not terrible and I wouldn't mind staying again.

The location is perfect, in the main road, the mall and convenience store nearby so uou can get everything you need Comfort bed, Delicious breakfast especially the fried rice Friendly staff Took too long when checked in, we have to wait almost one hour to get our room ready (3 pm) Smell cigarette in the corridor anything is okay

The bed was ok strange architecture, poor design, no natural light, outdated facilities, no soap in shower, leaking and noisy toilet, cigarette smell in the corridor, no water bottles in the room.

Was good place for first day in Jakarta. Lots of food to get near by and its in secure place so not many people and traffic. Really nice after long flight. Nothing.

Very poor dim lighting. Also bedside light x 1 was broken and shade was falling apart on lamp over desk. Asked for replacement for and got another bedside lamp with broken on off switch. Carpet in hall ways was dirty and stained.

Everything… the bed sheets and pillows are dirty, they had red and black spots on them. The view is under average. The smell in the corridors is bad. The rooms are cramped. Everything is bad, definitely would not recommend this hotel.
