Can't complain with that price

Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops near it. Mall less than 10 minutes walk also. Relatively close to Central Jakarta. I booked the deluxe doubleroom. I'm scared to think how the standard looks. The "deluxe " was so small that I could jump in the bed from the door. No way 2 people can stay there.The walls are cracked, dirty and moldy. Floor was dirty, bed linen was old, full of wholes, stained and more importantly dirty and smelly. Probably they used the same linen from the previous guest. I found lots of long hair in the bed. Bathroom has no mirror, it was dirty and all they offer it's a soap and 2 extremely old towels. There's just a small window in the bedroom, but has no shades or drapes, so you wake up with the first light. Not to mention it's traffic all night long, so sleeping is close to impossible. I booked for 2 nights but left after the first. The room was around 15 euros, obviously not expensive, but for the same money you can find plenty of much better places, more quiet, more spacious and more importantly more clean. It was a bad experience!

Location is great: easy to find (both on Maps & the street), near malls, market, food stalls, restaurants, mini-markets, & public transportation, laundromat, hair salon, beauty clinics. Hassle-free check-in & check-out are also big points for this place. Wonderful shower glass door that goes up go the ceiling. Cleanliness of the room have to be upgraded into a much higher level. I am fully aware that this place is a-hostel like concept, but one should not neglect the cleanliness of toilet bowl & bedding. The level of humidity of rooms with no windows must be part of the owner(s) & management too. Provide a simple air circulation method before & after the guest(s) arrive(s): open the door for 30 to 60 mins for air to circulate.

We asked for early check in and was helped by the staff properly. There's not enough proper basic amenities in the room. We got one very small tube of shampoo/bodywash, it was not enough for 1 people let alone for 2. No handsoap & no toothbrush either. It is a budget hotel, so we understand.

Cleanliness (7/10) Bed, sheet, pillow (5/10) <not comfortable, if the price is higher than 200k IDR i would rate it 3/10> Bathroom and Towel (6/10) <small, glass door> View from room (0/10) <no view, no window> Room space and atmosphere (5/10) <it's so cramped inside, well what can you expect with this price?> Amenities (0/10) <no toothbrush and paste, no shampoo and soap, no mineral water, no tissue (only toilet paper and cooler box). Yeah they give you nothing in the room> Wifi (0/10) <very bad, they also change the password in 10.00 am. It's like telling you to check out> Public transportation (0/10) Food merchant, coffee shop, mini market nearby (4/10) <only minimarket is nearby, the rest is a little bit too far> Room service and staff (4/10)<well atleast they answered my question even with a bad attitude> Another facility (0/10) - No lift - Parking (Free) area is small, too many motorcycle parking carelessly. - No gym, no spa, no pool, only room, sharing kitchen? It's just a decoration, no tools in there Tips or might be considered 1. No smoking area, you need to go outside 2. There's a sticker in door room telling you that you get a free laundry for 4 piece, the staff told me that it's void or doesnt apply anymore, then why the sticker still in there? 3. Don't forget to bring your own drink, they do not serve/sell any of that 4. The good point is it's located near a central town jakarta, but there's always a good competitor nearby, choose wisely 5. They not accepted payment other than cash, so prepare your cash 6. This would be a good choice if you just want to sleep a bit, but if you want a good and comfortable rest, then i dont recommended it. 7. AC and water heater works for me 8.
