I think there isn’t things that i like from this hotel You have to think again if you want book this hotel. This hotel is so horrible. I checked out earlier because it’s uncomfortable. Idk if you trust or not but the ghost keep bothering us. It was real like on horror movie

Not one of this hotel is good. Its like a haunted hotel. Ask the owner to sale it or refurbish the hotel. Suckkss..!!! Many things... The hotel should not be in the list in Booking. Com.... Better changed the hotel name to " The Haunted Hotel"

The location is great. There are lots of culinary spots nearby and easy to access. The location is also strategic with three walking distance mall, you can walks around to spend times or to find some good stuff to buy. It is an old hotel. It seems there are less maintenance conducted so don’t be surprised if you find some spots that not clean. You will also need to check the towel some by default (I think) was not provided. just call the receptionist and they will give two to you.

I'm still waiting for your reply regarding my earlier message to you. I was charged the room with breakfast and it was not provided for the both of us for 2 days as the hotel does not provide them. Why have you not reverted yet and what service recovery is being done?????I would appreciate a reply ASAP.

nothing. i cant believe it that booking.com sell this property. i can send you a video how its look like. noone there except 1 receptionist, dark and spooky vibes, wet n smells room and toilet, dirty. all yucky. you should take them down from your list. and I should get 100% refund as I cancelled stay there after see the property. its really hard complain otherwise I wont use booking.com anymore after being loyal customers. where I can send a video about this property? nothing

The location is excellent which is next to Central Park Mall. So it very convenient and close to many eating places The room is so dirty and old furnitures. Many of the parts are broken and unreplaced. The toilet especially the toilet bowl and bathtub is extremely dirty and stained badly. The water closet has water coming out onto the floor after flushing mode. The bed is so bad for sleeping posture as the middle was sunken in though heavy usage by past customers. The aircon was hardly working or didn't produce any cold air. There was even blood stains on the wall but was apparently lipstick stain that wouldn't rub off. Overall, the condition of the rooms appear like a scene from a horror movie.

Location was great - few minutes walk from central park and taman angrek mall. The toilet and shower were at very terrible condition. It had a very bad humid smell and didn’t look clean at all. The AC didn’t work either. I was literally sweating at a 16 degrees temp setting. Worst of all, the bedsheet and pillows had a very bad smell. They were not cleaned from last customer. I decided to move out of the hotel and didnt sleep over.
