Location is perfect for me... Room condition is NOT as advertised... I've upgraded my room to deluxe on my second stay... unfortunately, the room is the same as superior room... exactly the same... no bigger room... no city view... nothing like the photos nor description as per advertised... so why do I have to pay more??? Btw, I've complaint to the front desk... and the staff simply encourage me to complaint to the top management...

Location is near the famous nightlife of mangga besar. The hot water shower is not consistently hot or warm. Suddenly hot and suddenly cold. The room has no window and very2 basic. On the 2nd day the TV channels disappeared. Towels were a bit old.

the place it's just opposite the hospital, and i need to take care of my family in husada i bet they didn't wash the towel, it's smelled so badly! the bed is not clean too, i found a lot of insects in the room
