It was nice and clean

It was our 5th stay at fhe hotel, which says a lot about our experience there! The staff was very friendly and helpful, the facilities and rooms are clean, location connected to a shopping csnter. Nothing significant.

The location is great for West Jakarta and proximity to Green Sedayu Mall is a plus. It was also very clean and the staff are courteous and professional

I think its overated. The price is too high for that level of service. The breakfast was poor, the key wasn’t working well, we ask for connecting room but the connecting door doesn’t work.

Staff are very friendly. I’m very helpful. Location is very good. The property furniture is very old towels look pale, and very old and almost worn out. The facilities in the rooms are also very old, some of the furniture pieces have their formica pealed off as well. The carpet on the corridor and rooms smell horrible, it doesn’t seem that it’s been vacuumed frequently and might been there for long time. I was on 11th floor and the smell was horrible as well in the corridor.

The room was really nice and comfortable, just what I needed to relax. I stayed on a high floor, and the view was fantastic! The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Another big plus is the location, since the hotel is conveniently connected to a mall next door, making it easy to grab food or do a bit of shopping without needing to go far. Overall, a pleasant and convenient stay. I’d definitely come back!

The hotel is close to the airport, clean and generally confortable. The staff are kind and helpful. We had to change the room, as the original room at the last floor was noisy caused by a booster pump on the roof. The staff was very helpful and proposed another one at a lower level.
