The entire staff is Amazing.specially front Desk employees Mr.Aldi & Ms Nadia. Rooms are specious and clean. Very near to Kemaang LIPPO Mall. The Breakfast option is not much for foreigners, they need to work on it ( Quality is good)

The hot water on the bath tub did not work so well.. need maintenance i guess.

Friendly Staff ✅ Room Size ✅ Leaking Air-conditioning at the corridors and the smell is miserable ❌ Room Air-conditioning not good as well ❌ Noisy Bar at 8th floor, specially at weekend ❌ Street Noises most of the time ❌ Swimming pool is basically a joke ❌ Fighting with MOSQUITOES in the room ❌

- Big room. - Good location in South Jakarta. - This was once a very beautiful hotel. - Staff in general very friendly and helpful - Unfortunately not well maintained (spots on carpet and wall, black stains in shower, some lights and sockets not working,...) - Disappointing breakfast (f.e. bread products were stale and obviously not fresh) - Staff at breakfast are not interested in their job and/or the guests

Staff was co-operative and helpful Breakfast, property and facilities maintenance, bed sheets, bathroom & toilets , I don't think this is 5 star hotel. this place is equivalent to 3 star facilities.

Spacy rooms Comfy beds Complete disregard towards request for specific invoice. Dumb excuse that this is not possible due to booking via booking.com while this is not an issue at any other hotel I stay
