The location was perfect, in terms of being walking distance from Blok M and public transit. The noise level, all through the night, sometimes had us questioning if the window was shut. The train wasn’t even the bad part, the vehicles driving were exceptionally loud.

The location was good, all the staff so kind and very nice. The ambience is great. The bed lil' bit uncomfortable. The design interior needs to repair. But it was clean.

Nothing. Sound isolation was 0 and feeling like sleeping outside especially being located on the route. Bug in the room. I forgot the my phone and the staff made a HARD RESET in order to steal it. On the same street, with the same prices we found a great hotel with sound isolation, security lock doors and included breakfast. Strongly don't recommend the place.

The cleaniness was overall okay, but the showerheads were extremely crummy and there was black mold in the corner.

its nears to Blok M. we are two ladies stay for 3 nights.The bed cover have stains even after i ask house keeping to change it..after also have yellowish stains.the keetle have stains. the toilet is not clean,have water or soap marks on the glass,toilet bowl not clean enough,the drains are block and the waters pools on the shower floor. only a little water comes out during shower.have to wait up until the water warm. my parcel that comes in the morning that day when missing,even i ask the receptionist and show the delivery picture from the gojek, they said i already took it,but i didnt. we have bought a lot of ladies handbag.around 50+ when we got home then we have realize that 3 of our handbag are missing. we suspect the house keeping that clean the room everyday.nothing we can do to claim anything. a lot of parcels and our shopping things are inside the rooms.

The hotel is in a very convenient location walking distance from Blok M space and several malls. The room was not very clean. There was significant mold on the ceiling of the shower, and everything smelled like cigarettes. When we asked to move to a non-smoking room we were told that all the rooms are "flex rooms". The room looks over the MRT and trains were passing at window level through the night, also with a very busy road, so it was quite loud.

The staff understands The front street rooms are very noisy, impossible to sleep, once’s I have been moved to the back side rooms , the noise was ok but the room was dirty with stained sheets and some cockroaches wondering around.

Location location location and this is the only hotel I know that have GULING (body pillow?) Motorcycles sound at night is really annoying

Close proximity to city Too noisy until 3 am morning with traffic. Suggest to some kind acoustic solution to be install

The location is amazing, bed is comfortable The noise from the main streets are just too much to handle, it was very loud and the room wasn't with the sound proof
