The staff is extremely professional. The cleaning staff is thorough, and as a result, the rooms are very clean. There are no weird smells: No smells of smoke, no smells of mold or mildew, no smells of fragrance, no smells of perfume. It is a clean apartment without any scents or fragrances or smells. There are no signs of bed bugs on mattresses. And if you book one of the apartments, it has a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and kettle. The kitchen knives tend to be quite dull, so I always purchase my own knife to use to cook in the apartment. Some of the plates and cups have chips - they appear to be fairly old and have not been replaced. There is only one small bag in the kitchen for garbage, which is too small to be very useful when you're cooking

Nice place that can cater to a small family like ours. Getting away from the bustling city within the city. The master bathroom still with bathtub. Not convenient for older folks. Risk of fall. Exhaust is still not enough in the bathroom. Still a stale smell lingering.

Exceptionally clean. Good kitchen equipment. I was upgraded to the executive suite with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen included knives, silverware, an electric conductive stovetop, a microwave, an electric kettle, a refrigerator and freezer combo, a water cooler and dispenser, some kitchen tools like spatulas, some pans and pots which appeared to be stainless steel, a cutting board, a sink, and a sponge. There were also two laundry washers and dryers in a spare room which were usually available for use for free. (If you pay the staff to wash and dry your clothes it is per item and fairly expensive). The only negative I can think of is that the knives were very dull, but this was remedied by purchasing my own knives at Ace Hardware for use during my stay. If you need or want to be able to cook your own food, this is a good hotel to use as long as you select a room with a stovetop. The knives in the kitchen were fairly dull and difficult to use when cutting vegetables like cabbage

Really enjoyed our stay in Dwijaya! The staffs were very accommodating; helped carry all our shopping spree up to the rooms, even collected our Grab delivery orders for us. The rooms were spacious and clean. Location is great if you want to explore Jaksel area and also very close to Pondok Indah Mall - we went 3 times! Also to add that they have a water dispenser in the room which was a bonus!

The location is really bright and clean, the perfect home away from home. Staff is super helpful and friendly and service is great.

I love the rooms. They're spacious and the beds are comfortable. The neighboorhood seemed very quiet, so it was a pleasant stay. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. They responded to our request pretty swiftly. I really enjoyed the pool and the rooftop garden, as it was pretty tranquil during certain time of the day. I did found one of my pillow case had holes on it? Seemed like they were bitten by mites. I didn't really have a problem with it, but other guests might raise a complaint. Please make note on that. I noticed that due to the pool being opened for views from the upper floor, it was a bit uncomfortable to swim in during certain hours. As during my stay, I did saw two male guests that chatted and stayed near the railings on the 2nd floor and they looked onto the pool while me and three of my friends (all females) were on the pool. We assumed that they took a picture of us, due to one of my friend noticing a blitz from them. It might be good if there are some security around that make sure that won't happen to other guests.

I like the concept of the property, and the staff very helpfull. Easy to reaach PIM I can not use the gym properly due to need to be repaired
