I was detained trying to get to Jakarta and let them know that I was going to arrive late. They canceled my entire 30 day reservation and would not give me my money back!!!! I experienced great hardship as I could not get a refund and had to borrow money to eat and get a room for two nights. I was going to try to get to their hotel within a week. I just needed time to get back on track. It is ridiculous that they would keep all the money for an entire month! You would think that some people would have empathy for certain situations. I can not believe we are in a world where fellow humans will not try to understand that unexpected things happen and the consequences of people with hard hearts can be devastating.

Bathroom clean and bed very comfy I booked deluxe double with breakfast..was 500k.. and what the breakfast ??? 1 Roti 'O 1 half cup tea from roti 'o ?

The staff was very friendly and even offered to let me tether from his personal phone when making a call since the wifi is bad. The shower has amazing water pressure and plenty of hot water. Clean room. Comfortable bed. The wifi is super unreliable and constantly disconnects. It is better to use the coffee shop wifi from the first floor but this doesn't reach all rooms. The shower drains slow at first but after a couple of minutes, it starts draining properly. Noisy AC. Small bathroom that is a bit awkward

good stay here. been coming here with friends for more than three times. enjoy the facilities and nice hotel value for money. towels were clean and fluffily nice for a three star hotel. room and bathroom were clean exceed my expectation none

Spacious and clean room as well as the bathroom, comfortable bed and the AC worked without problems, friendly staff. The neighborhood was not the best, despite being inside a military complex it felt a little unsafe, it is close to some malls but there is not much to see or options to eat. The elevator wasn't working, but it wasn't a problem since I only had to climb one flight of stairs.

Staff were nice. We have everything we need in the room, and drinking water at the hallway, but there was no hair dryer, when we asked at the front desk, they provided one for us. And there was a type G power socket in the bathroom! Because my friend forgot to bring a travel adapter, we thought we had to share one, finding that socket was a really nice surprise. Using room card for the elevator feels safe. ☺️ The internet was bad. :( It was okay early in the morning when not many people using it. The traffic outside (cars and bikes honking) can be a bit loud.

Convenient & comfortable place to stay, close to the mall and food stall as well as the bust station Transjakarta connects to the city.. No mirror in the room..

Clean Noisy neighbours having a party outside their rooms. No window and no fridge. Has a Starbucks downstairs but doesn't open until 8am.

And keep going to be more great! Good job! Always be my part place to stay, while my vacation, place is near by my family home, and easy to go anywhere by walking.. Clean hotel and friendly staff.. See u soon again dprimahotel wtc mangga dua.. Need to be cleaned and pls watched the property at bathroom, was i stay at 608 is wastafel is broken and all water is all come over at floor..
