The lobby and restaurant was well presented. Food was there pretty good & tasty. Its right next door to a hospital, so if you get sick, you wouldn't have to worry much. Room - This is the disappointing part. I was given a room by the reception in the back corner, across from a housekeeping pantry. All day & night I can hear banging/clinging sounds from their trolleys and staffs going in/out. My room looked very warned -out. It was dirty, bed sheets looks old (grayish color), towels was old & had a bad smell, lots of dust, TV & AC remote did not work, Amenities - Only toothbrush and water. They had a hot water kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea to use it with. Their is a double window in the room that leads to another room (i guess), felt very uncomfortable with this window. Overall, this room did not look like what I booked online... A whole different picture. I've peeked in the other rooms while the house keeping staffs were cleaning & the rooms looked way better than mines. So basically, I think the reception staff gave me the worst room in the hotel.

Humble, friendly and helpful staffs. Quiet and peaceful place for stay and location is wonderful. Great stays with breakfast included. The King Cafe's food was amazing with variety of choices. Definitely will stay here again if I'm coming to Jakarta again.

What’s Good: - The room was okay — we got a unit on the 5th (ground floor). The overall hotel vibe felt a bit dim and quiet. - The room is quite spacious for 3 pax, with some floor space to sit and relax. - The bathroom has a separate shower and toilet area with a partition door. The door is a bit see-through but still acceptable. - Breakfast for 3 pax is included (6:00 AM – 10:00 AM) — food was decent: > Food: Fish congee, Singapore-style bihun, chicken popcorn, pulut hitam with coconut milk, toast, cereal with milk > Drinks: Hot tea, black coffee, plain water, milk What Could Be Better: - The bathroom had a smell and felt a little sketchy — there's a small hole above the shower. Perhaps it was nothing. - The TV didn’t function well — only local Indonesian channels were occasionally viewable. - The location is quite far from anything within walking distance — there are no nearby stores.

Helpful and friendly staff The restaurant is pretty good and serves beer. Yay! The hotel lobby is spacious and clean but the rooms are dated . The furniture in my room was old but ok. For what I paid , this hotel was a bargain . Nothing

Good restaurant on site, open until 2 am. Good breakfast. Very good and helpful staff. Very small bathrooms, wifi almost negligible (advertised as high speed internet). Dated property and bare minimum facilities

I like the food and the service I had experienced there. Just one only, the way I communicating with the staff maybe because of the different language, some are not really understand and speak English well.

Super friendly staff welcome me and my children to our first time in Jakarta and gave us advice on absolutely everything and even made us food int eh middle of the night. Great central location, rooms were fine .
