I have been staying here most times when in Jakarta due to the easy access to public transport such as Transjakarta and the MRT. Supermarket and some places to eat surrounds the premises for your choice. McD's is just walking distance as well. The aircon setting, could take a long while for the room to cool up.

Liked that the MRT station is just a few mins walk away with the convenience of a supermarket just next door. Great for solo travellers as the room is expected to be basic for the price. Depending on the location of the room, you might get a room that you can hear the traffic and the loud exhaust motorcycles passing by.

The staff was really friendly, amazing people! It's very far away from the center and there is not much to do in the area as a tourist.

The staff and the owner vey friendly. I get what I Ask. Thaw people around and staff and public transport easy.

The location is just a few mins walk to Cipete Raya MRT. It's also near to a small mall to get your meals. It's very basic but has air conditioning and water heater.

The receptionist tried to understand us, was friendly and helped us to cancel our stay. The airconditioning was quite new. To begin: it was difficult to find the entrance of the accomodation. When we entered and stood at the reception, we noticed two broken rusty pipes leaking in a bucket. I thought to myself: no biggie, as long as our room is still okay... But unfortunately it wasn't. I don't know where to start but I'll just explain what I saw. A Wish version of the pictures on Booking.com. When I switched the lights on, I saw a mattress squeezed between a wall with two pillows on it alongside a stained and scratched wall. Then an old wooden closet that was broken. The AC drains were leaking. Pipes were coming out of the walls. Humid bulbs were forming on the walls. And the smell, dear God, the smell... It was like sniffing spoiled white spirit. Maybe the price was too good to be true, but then again it had a rating of 8.4 on average. Now that I have checked all of them, I can see that someone has been using fake accounts to pump up the reviews. I will try to point this out to someone at Booking. I have not seen other rooms in this accomodation, but I think my footage speaks for itself if you compare it to the pictures on this page. Unfortunately I only have video, which I cannot upload here. We cancelled our stay without a problem, but after 14 hours of travelling, this is not what you want to stumble upon at 8 PM. We booked another stay asap and got out of there quickly before our lungs were dead.

The staff were really friendly (they don't speak english [and i don't speak indonesian], but we managed) The WiFi worked pretty well. The A/C was pretty decent. The location is pretty good, lots of food around, a convenience store, and a small mall. The price seemed pretty good for what was on offer Could definitely have been cleaned a bit better, there was dust in the cubbies and under the bed. It had an ?old person? smell, which I think is intentional but was very overpowering. It seems to be a non-smoking establishment, but that doesn't stop people from smoking
