We were locked out of our room 4 times, the room key didn't work. The drainage in the shower was terrible. They offered 2 of us a complimentary dinner, with pretty much ZERO on the menu, as they were out of stock of most of the menu. The lifts didn't work properly, the cards for the lifts didn't work

The physical building was quite beautiful, especially the pool. The staff were also very kind. Constant smell of sulfur around the property. I saw roaches in my room. The keycard to my door failed multiple times and my door had to be reprogrammed twice. The room had the balcony door sealed shut with multiple ventilation units taking up the balcony. Room service didn’t make an appearance until past 5pm. Lack of staff for check out, I never got my deposit back!

At the beginning I got a really bad room. Air conditioner is dirty, the room smells musty, toilet drainage didn`t work, a lot of insects (ant) in my room. Fortunately I can changed my room, so it was a little better.

If u looking around for nearby DWP, location is acceptable. But start from 3am, it’s starting to get a bit difficult to sleep here. If you are a light sleeper, I don’t recommend you live here. And lift is very slow.

Booked 2 non smoking rooms however was given a smoking floor. The staff said it was fully booked.
