I go early because mu flight was landed early almost i come 1 hour early and at reception the guy don’t give me the room mean to say staff not cooperative also rooms wifi is very bad no bathing materials available etc shampo soap

The toilet of my room had a drain smell which was not pleasant. Some corners of the room had some stains which were not cleaned throughout my 5 nights stay even though I had opted for room cleaning daily. The breakfast was bland and not appetising, on some days the lettuce for the salad has turned black, hand brew coffee is chargeable instead.

Staff were so nice and accomodating. Breakfast included. Aircon and Netflix included. My friend and I came for a music festival so the accomodation was good for popping in and out. And even staying in just to watch Netflix. The toilet was leaking water onto the floor.

- Staff is very good and ready to help and solve problems - Pool was good. - The restaurant food is tasty. - The internet is very bad. Not stable, disconnecting every time. Speed is low. Impossible to work with laptop. - Room not soundproof and the church outside can scream at 4AM and not let you sleep at all. - They not changing and make laundry for sheets on bed. I stayed 7 days and bed was not changed and not laundered. - Room has dirty ceiling and dirty windows. - The plumbing in the bathroom and toilet is very old and need to be renewed. In bathroom there is difficult to set up desired temperature of water. - There is no soap and shampoo in bathroom. - in room sometimes there is smoking smell, even if its no-smoking room and floor.

Nothing. The worst hotel i have stayed at recently. Horrible service. They take a deposit of 100.000 for what? There is nothing special in the room. Full of flies. Bathroom is dirty and there is no soap by the side of the washbasin. Reception said that I have to use the shower gel in the shower as a soap. What else? Room is in a ramshakled situation. There is not even a pair of bathroom slippers of 30 cents. Hotel corridors look like concentration camp, ugly and eerie. Of course there is no safebox in the closet that smell mould. Internet is a nightmare too. Besides, they go and check the room before you leave. There is nothing in the room to take away. Filthy towels maybe? And why call me two hours before the check-out. They say they want to know if I will extend my stay. The truth is that they want to warn me about not being late for check-out. Horrible management.

The beakfast was good. The time for breakfast was comfortable. I like staying in this hotel. It is my favourite one. What I want to say that it is better if you provide the welcoming drink for the guests.?
