I had one of the best hotel experiences ever. All the staff in this hotel are so friendly and always smiling. I arrived early, and they had my room ready and to top it off, they upgraded my room! This was a total surprise! The location is also perfect as it is linked to the Lotte mall.

Room was very pleasant (cozy and clean), spacious, and well-equipped. Unfortunately we felt uncomfortable with the painting in the living room, but the staffs were helpful and take it out of the room while we stayed. Thank you Ascott for the hospitality

Well maintained hotel rooms with new furniture and the beds sleep very well. The swimming pool is awesome and the location in the center of jakarta. The hosts are the best. Thank you Monika, Annisa, Shakila en Ayu for the service smile and hospitality. i found the breakfast too much intercontinental focussed. When travelling to indonesia I want indonesian food please.
