Nothing Upon arrival, the hotel refused to check me in because they said they were overbooked (I did not receive any prior notification either from Booking.com or the hotel). The sloppily attired front desk staff (without any uniform or name tags) then demanded for cash or bank transfer to guarantee my 2nd night stay (I booked for 2 nights) even though the Booking app expressly specified that the guest should NOT pay cash. The hotel then kicked me out at close to midnight (I landed at CGK airport around 2100 and arrived at the hotel at 2250). Several days later, I was very surprised when I saw the bank's notification that the hotel still charged my credit card in full since the hotel recorded me as a "No-Show" in their system (very dodgy)! I then lodged a complaint with Booking.com with all the evidence including my photo at the hotel's front desk. Booking.com reviewed my case and have sent a request to the hotel to process the refund. I have yet to receive the refund. Booking.com also promised to add this hotel to their complaint tracker and will be forwarded to their Quality Team for review and if this hotel does not pass, there is a possibility that this hotel will be removed from Booking.com's listing. I have browsed other mainstream travel portals and found similar complaints by many other guests about being denied check-in and/or demands for additional cash payment by the front desk staff (seems to be a pattern here). So, do NOT ever consider this hotel ! I have also lodged a complaint to OYO Indonesia and have received positive feedback.

Near MRT station, easy to find food and transportation, good AC ( new ) Elevator was broken, bathroom still need some cleaning, the shower need to be change kinda old Pillows are old and need to change asap
