Big rooms and big pool as well. Very cozy

The location very strategic, near good food to dine in or delivery. The room size spacious, it has fridge, small kitchen inside the room Some furniture looks new, some look old, especially in the bathroom It has lift if you happen to get upper floor. The bed was good to sleep in. They have sofa and desk to use in the room. No amenities like towels, soap, shampoo, utensils. So bring everything if you stay here. I found half empty water bottle in my fridge when I came in. Front desk often empty, she didn't explain anything when I checked in. And because she hardly at the desk, I had difficulties when I have questions/inquiries cause I dont know who works there and who the tenants. I decided to check out a day early in the morning (8am) because I dont feel comfortable. No one was managing the front desk, not even a security. There were 2 people waiting at the front desk cause like me, they needed something. We waited around 30mins. Not a bad place to stay, just needed some improvement on the service and cleanlines

+ Spacious rooms - We paid for the room with a window, but lived 3 out of 5 days without a window. Rooms without windows cost way less! - Stuff doesn’t work. They are never at reception and you can call and wait them for HOURS! We saw 5-7 guests at the reception almost all the time, trying to find the stuff with no luck. The appart hotel is really big, 6 floors! And the stuff works like 2 hours out of 24. What are they paid for? - The wifi is just horrible! It disconnects every 2 minutes. The amount of money I lost not being able to work would be enough to rent a 5 star hotel instead. - The “kitchen” in the appartement doesn’t have anything except from the fridge. Not even a teapot. - Smell from the bathroom. The shower water goes directly to the floor, because Indonesia hasn’t invented shower cabins yet. - Dirty sheets. Smelly towels. They definitely save some money on laundry
