    Good location and pet friendly. The lady that welcomed us was friendly and the one that took care of the check out too. The room has a fridge and a furnace. The room smells really bad, I have to purchase diffuser with perfume to be able to stay there. The beds and the pillows were so uncomfortable... The metal frames on the bed are noisy so every time we move on the bed we hear the squeaky sound. Some of the workers are not too friendly. They do not lean the room or give you extra towels.

    Outside appearance was good but check in area is very small, it’s just like budget in motel for me, the place is not hotel looking inside. But if people are looking for budget friendly place, this one is okay. But for me I may not come back again. Note: you will pay extra for cooking utensils and plates.

    Booked multiples days in advance in Expedia, selected pay at property, was getting in at 1am so I followed the instructions and called 24 hrs in advance and told them I’d be in late, got there called the night attendant down, was told there was no record that I called and that they don’t take payments after 12, which was definitely not told over the phone. I am a 20 year old and was basically told to get lost and figure it out at 1am. Also the lobby reeked of weed.

    The day manager is an attractive woman with welcoming smile and disposition. I appreciate she understood Service Animal rules and expectations and I wasn’t hassled about my companion who assists my hearing impairment.

    Second, the only elevator was broken and being replaced, never mentioned online OR CHECK-IN. And were were a party of 4 with 3 seniors having to walk up to the 4th floor with bags etc. Third, room had a heavy disinfectant odor. Microwave did not work. Bath was OK. We left the next day disgusted. Woodsprings corporate...you have a problem here and likely elsewhere in your chain.

    It’s clean and reasonable The bathroom door knob broke while my wife was inside. The office was closed so I had to get her out with a screwdriver from my truck. The front door also needs to be adjusted. Have to pick it up while closing it or it won’t latch and you’re left exposed. Room number 217

    This place is beyond worse. What a rude front desk people they got! We booked a room through Expedia that maladvertizes this place to be a fully hotel that comes with hotel stuff. They said they didn't have shampoo nor bodywash. I was okay to bring my own until I found out they don't even have a breakfast area. When asked about the missing amenities, the guy told us that it was not a hotel, hence that they don't provide such stuff.

    Location was convenient There was no parking, it looked like the slum hotel, after checking in we went to our room which was dirty. There were still dirty towels in the sink and on the floor, there was no toilet paper, it stank, sheets were dirty, it was just nasty. The front desk worker did go look at it and change our room.

    The room itself was disgusting. The house keeping did not do there job. We had hair on our sheets, mold in the drawer, dirty linen stuffed in a cabinet. The bathroom sink had hair hair in it. Need to speak with a manager but have yet to hear from them. It was by far the worse stay I’ve ever had. The doors on the building won’t locked so random people were coming in and there was sketchy people standing in stair well. Felt very unsafe.

    I like to cook for myself, so I choose hotels with kitchenettes. This one was unusable because it has zero utensils. Not even a coffee maker. They require you to *purchase* all of that from the hotel. I went and bought what I thought I needed to cook and realized there's no cleaning supplies, not even paper towels. Not recommended.

    The worst trip ever had. Nothing worked in the room, stuck in the bathroom for over an hour because the door would not open from the inside. Had to wait for somebody to let me out. No one was there with me. Turn on the shower shower would not turn off TV did not work and the air conditioner did not work right recommend nobody stay at that hotel. It’s a death trap. Ass manager to refund my money he refused. He said there was nothing wrong with the room.

    Horrible. Very dirty and broken hotel. Appliances were old and broken. Beds were very uncomfortable. Front desk was closed with a solid rolling door at my arrival and at my departure. All noises from the highways can be hear inside the rooms. Bathroom door was broken as the nightstand table.

    Hotel seems very ghetto . Staff is extremely rude & ghetto. Rooms are cheap but not worth everything else that comes with it . I didn’t even get my room after traveling 2 1/2 hours with 2 small kids . I was told they had been calling all day when I only missed one call 30 mins prior to me pulling in (kids had phone for entertainment). But it’s okay . I’m glad it didn’t work out & I found a nicer hotel for my stay. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

    3 of 3 rooms looked at on 2 floors. The cabinets had missing doors, the drawers fronts dryrot missing. Floor had wood rot. No curtains blinds were broke & cheap. Vomit SMELL in the elevator, mold in the hallway. The room had an odor of wet dog, pot, vomit, & fer breeze. A live cockroach was inside the refrigerator, bugs in the bathroom. Never stayed, requested refund, it took 13 days for a credit to post back onto my card. No cats allowed.

Which caused the toilet to back up, I knew just from my initial experience at the front counter, that I would have to do the dirty work myself, sure enough, I went to the office told the guy my toilet was backed up. And so he handed me the plunger. Pay a little more and go somewhere else

    Room was clean , we have stayed here multiple times. Lots of working people stay here so they may be hanging outside and talking but pose no threats .I'm booking this weekend

    Check in with Mr. Jackson was easy & he was friendly. I like how the room card is used to enter the main hotel and side/back doors. You can easily hear others through the walls or ceiling. The decor/sink/counter/night stand are dated. No bugs seen at all during out 2 night stay. AC worked great! Plenty of parking...we understand certain things come with a cheaper nightly rate. Stores, gas stations, & restaurants close by and love being close to 295 and ultimately our primary reason for visiting (concert at Everbank)

    We couldn’t even check in. Someone was physically assaulted by the front desk attendant of the hotel. Police, EMS, and fire department involved. We had to find another hotel as police advised it wasn’t safe to stay at this hotel.

    Mind you as well the staff was kind of stingy when it came to towels and rags. I’m not one to steal but I also know that I listed three guests and I only received two sets of towels and they made a big deal almost asking for an extra set. Kind of felt like I was being reprimanded, especially after spending well over $1000. The room was quite humid, and housekeeping doesn’t come but every 14 days which I get, but also don’t get if that’s the case then you should be providing brooms and dustpans for the room as this location is close to a beach and Sand appear in the rooms after coming back. We heard yelling quite often and the first week alone there was two occurrences with the police. Staff did indeed handle it. The beds are not comfortable whatsoever the sheets literally slide right off With the room cleaning comment, they were also kind of stingy with extra toilet paper and expect two rolls to last two weeks amongst three people. The manager was kind and did offer a 5% military discount but next time I’ll definitely be booking with Airbnb. Maybe you guys should list these things prior that we’re going to need to bring everything from home to be comfortable for the most part. We even left early a day.

    The rooms we booked were dirty. The tubs were dirty. The sheets were dirty. The hotel smelled terrible. Just horrible. At least Stan was contrite abt it. He understood and did not charge us for cancelling our reservation.

    Shady joint, whole place smelled like a mixture of incense, pot, and sewage. Room had obviously not been cleaned. Front desk refused to give us fresh linens or extra towels/blankets.

    Room smelled like cigars and wet dog. Bed was ok. The room had not been cleaned thoroughly because there was dog food and hair all over the place. Had to ask for the remote for the tv, which had burn marks in the tv. No breakfast no coffee. Also had a couple visitors, roaches in the room.

    We chose this hotel because it was nearest to our families home. It was on the cheaper end. The photos looked great so. Its not the holiday inn for sure. Basically a place to lay your head and nothing cozy or special. The good part is the stove, full size ice box, and microwave. The beds are soft but the very minimum (one top mattress on metal frame) and the same with blankets and pillows (sheet and very thin top blanket). Noises can be heard easily from neighbors or outside. We may have went at a busy time. No hair dryers. 2 vending machines. Nothing on the property outside other than a parking lot. Toliet had issues, it wouldnt flush one day and the next night continued to flush all night. Shower dripped steadily as well. No coffee pot. I have to say it was clean but this wasnt my favorite. The ac had it damp in the room. All in all its what i said in the beginning... a cheap place to lay your head.

    Had a horrible experience the people that stayed over me where stumping the entire night when I complain to the front desk about it they literally refused to move me and defend the people by sl saying the people worked at night when clearly that was not true. How can I be at work when I’m hearing all this. The general manager, Saw me several times, never even acknowledge the situation, but indulged in his own conversations with his staff about he didn’t care who worked on Thanksgiving as long as somebody did I would never stay there again.

    Most of the staff were very nice! The bedding was clean but I was missing a sheet and there was no blanket. Tv and phone didn’t work. They replaced the microwave but just left the old one sitting on top of fridge. There was old wet stuck toilet paper to my smoke detector. I was able to get a decent shower. The people staying there were drunks druggies and illegal immigrants. If you need a place to just sleep it’s ok. If you’re looking for something nice this is absolutely NOT it. Quality of the room and amenities was 1/5.

    The smell wasn’t very appealing as I waited forever to check in. There was only one person in front of me. The clerk was nice but very slow. There weren’t enough towels or wash cloths for two people to bathe. The bathroom didn’t have a hair dryer. The outlet didn’t work in there either. There was no coffee pot. Overall very disappointing experience.
