I can say the staff is wonderful even the housekeepers are good the manager she is amazing out of all the hotel is okay the managers trying her hardest to really clean it up which is a good thing could use a little bit of touch up maintenance on a few things in the room the internet they could improve it quite a bit it goes in goes out so that's kind of a glitchy kind of problem besides that I feel the hotel is comfortable the company the hotel holds could clean up just maybe a third of it besides that a lot of the people here staying here living here are wonderful

The staff keeps this hotel running in great shape. I stayed for a week and I had no problems with my truck or dogs. I felt safe the whole time and it was a great place to stay for the price!

We booked a room with two beds due to the people in our traveling party. When we arrived at the building, they only had a room with one bed, which was not feasible. The facility was not a hotel. It was more like a shelter for people in transition. On our way up to the room, we encountered people on scooters entering an exiting the elevator on two different occasions. Once we inspected the room, it was not clean or comfortable, and there was no chance we were staying in that facility. They could not give us a print out receipt when we arrived or when we left. We did not stay there. They would not refund us anything even though we had booked two beds and they could only produce one. Do not book at this facility!

Housekeeping wasn't include for the rate advertised, but at least the common areas eg. Elavtor, hallways, should be clean which wasn't during my 4 night stay.

The staff? My room smelt like pee, the water took forever too come out of the shower, no trash can in my room,the towels and washcloths are always wet hanging in the bathroom, the rooms are damp as well! The noise from a family was out of control up until 10-11 pm, I’m not returning there again , no matter how cheap it is, cheap isn’t always good and I pray that no one gets sick, because of the dampness of the building, smells of pee,ac unit nasty in the vent and I didn’t have any cable, the house keeper had to install the box and hook the television up.

I booked hundreds of rooms in the past 5 years. This was in the worst 5 on my list. Broken lock on the door, room was open, and the tub was filthy! Disgusting and should not be listed on Hotels.com!

Price It can be a very nice place, it’s not up to standard! My bathroom towels are damp, my clothes are damp, the room smells, no curtains or anything that will keep the light out of the room, some of us work overnight and need the darkness to sleep, the tub is stopped up, the ace makes noise all day and night, your front door isn’t locked and it’s open all the time !

We had a terrible experience. The rooms were dirty, sheets had potato chips, there were bugs in the kitchenette and mold in the bathtub and windows. The floor and bathtub was extremely dirty. The property refused to give us a refund, although hotels.com gave us credit which is greatly appreciated. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Yes the location and the drug afdicts

First of all they didn't serve breakfast second of all I didn't like it because the rooms was dirty I didn't like it because the roaches was really bad the tub was dirty under the bed was very dusty and trashy like they swept all the trash up under the bed I had to check out the next day I couldn't even stay another night ?

Pictures did not match the room, the room looked like a dorm room that you walk in on the first day of college with a bed with no sheets and those 4 black legs holding it up. Blinds were broken and the room was dirty. Very shady area too.

Room was dirty, bed and pillows had stains. Counter top was nasty. Bath towels had stains in them. And I am still waiting on my refund.

When I got to the place, it looked super sketchy. All the windows were open, like there was no A/C. Then, people were coming out to sit in their cars, others were smoking in the parking lot, and kids were running in and out of the building. The lobby looked dirty and smelled weird. The person at the front desk wasn't there, so someone who was about to leave their shift had to go back to check me in. Then, there was an argument between a guest and a staff member, and then staff members were cussing at each other. I got in the elevator, and it was gross; it looked like someone had walked on the walls, and it smelled. When I got to my room, it was disgusting. The kitchen walls were gross, and the bathroom was gross. It looked like no one had cleaned it; it was so bad I didn't even want to sit on the bed. Plus, the room doors didn't seem safe because when you closed them, there was a gap on the side, not the bottom, and you could still see into the hallway. So, I just turned around, went to my car to cancel my booking, and found another hotel.

The location is very dirty inside and out. There was trash all over the ground outside and the room we were given was terrible. It smelled like pure bleach the tv was broken the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and we had found mold and traces of bedbugs under the blanket.

I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk and notify them my partner got stuck inside the bathroom the bathroom door lock was not working. The front desk guy was not nice, housekeeper lady was nice, the lady who opened the bathroom door was nice, I was happy that she was able to unlock the door with a credit card.

Truly nightmarish experience. The late night check in staff took an hour to sign us in, and it was 1am. Nice enough dude, but what a night!

The property is in bad shape number one. Two the staff is composed of residents without experience. The place inside is not clean and quite honestly disgusting to say the least.

Nasty room, the tub pops when you stand in it. One of the bathroom floor boards came up when I stepped out of the tub, the bedroom walls had big holes in patch spots in them and black mold, the sheets on the bed had spots on them like they had not been washed, the kids and people that live there were playing football in the parking lot and hitting cars with the football, I came back from getting dinner. There was marijuana being smoked in the front of the hotel. Tre was awesome and a great person to deal with, but there was a guy that worked night shift and he was outside smoking most of the night and I asked to switch rooms because my room was so bad and he said I can either switch to another room or I can go ahead and leave and check out. The hotel has dogs that are living there full-time that bark all night and there are kids that run up and down the hall screaming all hours of the night and crying. Also, there was no smoke alarm and no fire detectors anywhere in the building you get off the elevator and the fire pull station was deactivated. If there was a fire in the building, no one would be notified. I was also told by one of the workers that electricians had messed up the wiring in the building when they had to rewire the building and they got wires crossed, so the switches in the rooms are messed up.

Terrible hotel and staff. Roaches everywhere, noise complaints unanswered. Parties with loud music and who knows what else is going on. I'm sure drugs were a big part of it.

I would not recommend this hotel to know one their was roaches in the room the tub and refrigerator was nasty and the sheets had stains in them this was the wrost hotel I have ever been to.

I didn’t even stay. The tenant could only give me three rooms to choose from an every room that I went to was disgusting. It smelled awful. There was dirt and food in stuff all on the sheets and every single room. I just ended up, biting the bullet and not getting refunded and losing out on my money for not staying somewhere that was very disgusting.

Horrible! Do not book here. I stayed at the location on the Southside thinking the one on Beach Blvd would be the same type of service and clean. It was filthy. The guy at the front had on flashy jewelry like he was about to audition for one of MC Hammer’s backup dancer. Very unprofessional. The room was nasty, musty odor in the halls and room. I saw two roaches come from out the sink. The tv would not work. I had to walk downstairs several times to complain. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk. This hotel needs to be torn down and hire better staff.

Arrived late afternoon after a long drive. They acknowledged my reservation but said they overbooked and had no room. After persuasion, they gave me a phone number on a scrap of paper. Did not even call or offer me a phone. Never been treated so poorly.

My stay is good

The worst part was the person in the room above us was moving furniture around and pounding around starting at about midnight until I called the front desk at a little after 1 AM. Turns out that the person in that room (426) WAS the front desk clerk. She apologized and said she would stop and go nighty night. Her words. I had an alarm set for 5 AM as I had early morning appointments at Mayo Clinic. The noise above us started up again between 430 and 4:45 AM. I gave up sleeping at that point. When we left at 6 AM to go to Mayo Clinic, the front desk was closed. The roller door was down. We just slid our keys underneath the crack of it. Overall, I would highly recommend not staying at this property. I was very surprised to find that it is a Choice property.

It was absolutely disgusting! There was rat feces on floor dead coach roaches, hole in wall from someone punching it. Bed was loaded with black things all over it spread had burn holes all over it. Floor boards were popped up and the room reeked of mold. I included the bathroom towel with soap to notate this was their considered clean. There were homeless people all over the entrance from highway. There was nefarious looking people hanging out in parking lot there’s no way I could stay here! I walked out five minutes after checking in. Absolutely condemnable hotel!

The rooms were dirty, roaches were coming out the walls, and the sheets were dirty. The facility was unkept and the when talking to the GM about a refund, no effort was made to refund aside from offering the room next door as an apology.

I had booked this room a day prior to moving into my apartment. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to check into my room. The first room I was assigned to had a clogged toilet with piss and toilet paper filling it up. The room stunk of cigarettes and the bathroom door would not close properly. I asked for another room and was assigned a room on the 2nd floor which had me thinking maybe I should have stayed with the room on the 4th floor. The people above me were so loud with their stomping it was almost impossible to sleep. The bathroom had questionable stains covering the ceiling and the AC unit had mold in it which had me concerned about breathing it in. Overall I would never stay here again and would rather sleep outside👍😐

We got there the smell was excruciating a mix of pot dirt and nasty burnt kitchen equipment. They don’t have a one bed room. There was no tv or WiFi. The attendant was kind and visibly upset she couldn’t help us out. She showed us a room we could stay in and it was dirty and frail

There was nothing to like about this property there was nothing but drugs gangs no cable prostitution everywhere the place was dirty smell like cracking meth and I filed a report with the attorney general of Florida

I could have looked past the vibrating stoy in a drawer and food from a previous guest in the fridge but the room was abdolutely filthy and infested with bed bugs. I was checked in for literally 30 minutes which including me unloading my truck and loading my truck. The young man would not give me a refund at the front desk when I left and the hotel manager refused to give expedia a refund multiple times as well. I would give this place 0 stars if that was an option, but it's not. 10 out of 10 do not recommend staying here.

This place is very dirty.. it reeked of cigarettes. I'm not going to say all of the staff were no good, one of the staff members during my stay took care of me but the policy of the Suites made it hard for me to get a towel replacement, I had to literally bring my towels to the front desk to get a replacement.. that's not good. The third day being there my skin broke out.. that was the same day I was leaving.. I can't come back there ever

The hotel from the pictures looked okay, this was the reason why I booked it. However this hotel should be closed by department of hygiene is you have such department in USA. The floors in entire building were dirty, the air condition was full of dirt and when turned on smells untidy. Restroom and shower place as well was full of mess. I am not sure who is dealing with this hotel but in Europe such hotel will be closed straight away. This is not the first time when I book cheap hotel, however first time I experienced such mess and dirt in the hotel room and corridors I could not believe. Sorry to say but hotel must be cleaned by professional contractors.

Receptionist was very nice, but had little training and manager was not answering calls, which made checking in take much longer than it should have, due to a question regarding payment from this website. The room was recently remodeled and mostly clean. Full size refrigerator, sink, stove, and microwave was in the room. The remote for the TV was not correct so there was no watching local television. The bed and linen smelled like everything just came out of storage and made it very difficult to sleep. The hotel has only one elevator and the stairwells smelled of feet, weed, and swamp. Pretty much what I expected for the price.

Pictures can be deceiving! The outside was much nicer than inside. The cleaning staff was VERY nice and helpful otherwise not a great experience. Check in time at 3:00 - I was asked to come back in 30 minutes - no problem....at 5:30 they asked me to wait LONGER - I refused and was going to cancel but they "found" a room

The room i stayed in was clean but had a foul smell heavily in the bathroom but also in the main area. The bedding particularly the inner sheet seemed to be reused and did not smell fresh.The hallways esp the first floor and staircase had a terrible smell. There needs to be better ways of ventilating the place. The place could go to above average if these concerns were taken care of.

Where to start… there’s plenty of parking. Guy at checkin was nice and morning staff was nice too! however, people shouldn’t be allowed to hang out and partake in activities at the front door and handicap parking spots. there’s designated areas for smoking or whatever you’re doing and the front door of an establishment is not it. Room was ok, could’ve been a little cleaner. No dishes, pots/pans or utensils to use in the kitchenette so bring your own if you plan on cooking. No blow dryer. No phone in room, what if something happens or cell phone doesn’t work? Washer and dryers are available. Soda and snack machine.

The outside was filthy just as the inside. There were homeless people hanging around the entrance/lobby. The phone in the room didn’t work, no batteries in the remote, yelling throughout the night this place was not worth the stay or money. This hotel needs new management and a renovation.

There were doors slamming and so much noise until 4 am. The room had clean towels and sheets, but the toilet, floor, and sink hadn't been cleaned at all.

Middle of the night several people knocking on doors loudly yelling let me in. smelled like old food cooking. no lamps, phone or alarm clock in the rooms. over charged for the room. Says $75 on site and charged $135 when I checked in. Do not stay here, felt unsafe all night.

Looked nice from the outside. However, that was deceiving. Check-in was chaotic. The bed was terribly hard. The pillows were very hard. Around 3 o’clock in the morning some teenager was in the hall, screaming and yelling for about 20 minutes. About 3:30 someone tripped the fire alarm. I will never go back to that place again.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Roaches in the bathroom, unclean floors bedside tables had smeared food hair all in the bathroom and inside the shower mildew in the shower. It was disgusting people running around the hallways, making noise, smoking weed I believe this place may accept long-term public housing. It was scary awful I would not recommend staying here at all. I have the photos to prove it.

I never write reviews on anything, but felt compelled to do one on this stay. You literally would have had a better experience sleeping out on the street vs this hotel. I have never seen anything like it. I asked to be refunded and was told no. That’s on me, I should have just took the loss and left.

Hotel was disgusting, should have left after first room wasn’t cleaned. Did not have my Hotels.com reservation, no credit card machine, had to pay cash. own have to fight with Hotels.com for my refund. This is the 3rd time my reservation was not made properly. The place is very dirty, feels unsafe, people were arguing and fighting, when I went to my room, the lock was broken, the blinds were ripped, the pillow cases and the bed sheets were dirty, there were wholes on the wall, the bathroom was dirty, nothing was washed or fresh, everything was dusty the sealed had crumbs on it, then I asked for a different room, same things all the rooms were dirty. Very disappointing, I hope I can get a refund.

A hotel for the less fortunate or possibly homeless. Noisy throughout the night. Continuous smell of something cooking. Only a picnic table chair for seating in the room.

I did not like anything about this sketchy place. There was a group of about 20, in the parking lot with a charcoal grill and a portable fire pit having a cookout. The entrance was full of people making it difficult to even get in. The employee had zero cares in the world and could care less about anything. The room was full of cockroaches, dead and alive. The mattresses were literally falling apart!! The inside was literally falling out of the holes in the mattresses! NEVER AGAIN would still be too soon to ever visit this cockroach infested hole!!!

When booking online it definitely doesn't give you an accurate representation of the property. The room itself was very clean, but all the towels and bedding were stained and didn't look pleasing to sleep on. The TV did not work. It wasn't even hooked up to anything other than an outlet. There was also no pillowcases on our pillows and we didn't have a blanket on the bed either. Just 2 thin sheets. The hallways and front area where you walk in always stunk of just filthy and dirty dogs. They did have a laundry room and a kitchenette, but the do not offer anything for use in the kitchenette, nor do they tell you you have to provide your own things to use it so we were incredibly unprepared for that and had to eat out instead of being able to cook in. The bathroom is nice and spacious, but the floors (at least on the first floor) hold this layer of condensation through the entire room. We could not for the life of us understand why the floor was always damp.

I booked for a couple of days and when I get into the room it smelled like pure cigarettes. There were roaches crawling all over the place. I tried to use the stove and it would not work. I could hear crying babies and people arguing from both sides of the walls.

I left after 4 hours.

I was only there a couple of hours the 1st night. We were in pur 2nd room. Then told they dont accept cats. Place infested w/roaches lft msg. Called Expedia told them we couldn't stay there & staff left too they promised full refund then went back on it. Now will need to fight charges qith my bank. I never stayed there They are dirty & wanted me to hids my cat. I have 3 auto immune disorder cannot be in a dirty bug infested place and think I should just accept this although i put out additional money to stay at other places that were pet friendly and clean. Not happy with hotel or Expedia at all

I was both unbothered and not bothered by the shortcomings of the hotel so I want to give it three stars.. but I have to agree with fellow reviewers. This place is not very clean at all. There are a lot of random, rundown folk just hanging about. It was very noisy throughout the night. There were bugs!! If you’re an able-bodied guy like myself, you don’t have much to worry about, but i would recommend you look elsewhere if you’re not.

There was bugs and cockroaches. The floor was not even swept or clean. Too many people around the property that does not belong there.

There was dead roaches in the bathroom, the tub was still dirty and the bed was just a cheap frame from Amazon you only get 2 pillows. There was hair on the clean towels the was hanging.

Walked in the room assigned me and walked right out. The room was filthy, smelly, disgusting not conducive for a human being to stay in. The bed was not dressed and the toilet of my God. Non Smokey hotel but the whole place smells weed.

This hotel was disgusting. I checked in super late and was let in just fine. But when I got to the room there was (I think) a dead bug on the bathroom floor. I went to wash my hands and there was no soap, only shampoo in the bathroom. When I called the same number that checked me in, I asked if they had any soap to wash my hands and they stated I'd have to wait until morning. I was told there should be some in there when I checked in, but there was not. I asked for a public restroom where I could wash my hands and there was no option for that. We immediately left the hotel and found other lodging. Unfortunately I wasn't able to receive a refund even though technically the room wasn't even properly prepared since there wasn't even any soap. Very disappointed to lose 4 days worth of money on this booking. Please spare yourself and find another place to stay. This one is deceiving because the outside of the hotel isn't indicative of how gross it was on the inside.

This hotel needs to be shut down . It had roaches the toilet look like it hadn’t been clean the towels and sheets were dirty . The pictures online doesn’t look like how the hotel looks in person . When you first arrive u have people standing in front of office just hanging out being loud playing music could barely sleep . When I arrived after 3pm the room wasn’t ready and was asked if I could come back 30 min to an hour! If I didn’t have friends in the area, I would have had to sit in a car with a five year all that time. There was also a foul smell like some kind of dead rodent when you pulled into the parking lot and a musty order when you entered the lobby door.

my room had roaches, I didn't know the room had roaches due to me getting back from my event noone was at the front desk so I went the next morning to let the front desk know and also about the report to the tv had to sleep with tv up loud bc the batteries was rusted and couldn't use it. The girl at the front desk was very rude to me didn't stand up to acknowledge me, wouldn't give me corporate number she was very unprofessional was working in slides. told me I can check out and leave. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

Took my grandson and daughters on last troad trip before he goes to college, to play in a Rugby Tournament. We got to the hotel and Lakisha the night lady was great. Then we saw a roach walking up the wall. Then we get to our rooms. My room 317, the TV remote did not work, was stuck on one channel. The other room 216 , had roaches. The pullout bed in the couch was BLACK !!! The door did not lock. The place either smelled of smoke, mildew, or pets. We could not even stay the second night. Was the most disappointing trip in my over 60 years of living. Please fell free to call me. The only thing good about our stay was your night girl !!!! Best Regards, Tom Boehm

The entryway and halls smelled bad. The mattress was a double on a queen frame. The air conditioner did not work properly. There was no one at the desk for checkout.

Went to check in and there was nobody at the front desk, just a sign saying to call a number, I called multiple times, each time straight to voicemail. I eventually gave up and had to get a room somewhere else.
