Stayed here out of convenience due to its proximity to Mayo Clinic. The staff was great, the room was clean and ready upon arrival. This was my second time staying here, and I will be back when I have future visits at Mayo. Thanks!

A solid, no-frills Marriott that delivers exactly what you’d expect at this price point. Room was clean and functional, staff were courteous, and check-in was smooth. Nothing about it will wow you, but it gets the job done. Good option if you need a reliable place to sleep and don’t need extras.

I always give this place five stars. It’s conveniently located near the Mayo Clinic, where I receive medical treatment, so I stay here often and it truly feels like a second home. The area is great, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and both Walmart and Publix are just a short drive away. I especially appreciate having a full kitchen, which makes longer stays much easier and more comfortable. Most importantly, the property is extremely clean every time I visit. Highly recommend!

Rooms were out of date. Woman on stairs doing drugs ,no couch in suite . Felt very unsafe and unclean ,stains all on hallway floors and room carpet felt very dirty

I paid on the booking website for my room I called the front to let them know what time I was coming in and she said okay that’s fine and just threw me in a handicap room when I communicated with her and also paid online so my room shoudve been secured

Staff was great. Room was great. Only complaint is that I booked this hotel specifically because you have ev charging. When I arrived your front desk person said it was removed months ago. This is very disappointing since I planned on having it charge while sleeping

-Wonderfully kind and attentive staff -Rooms were clean, spacious and well-stocked. -Beds were very comfortable. -Very little noise pollution despite being off of a major road. -While I didn't utilize them, the gym seemed to have a good bit of equipment, and the pool and surrounding areas looked clean when I walked out there. -At breakfast, there is only 1 waffle station which is in high-demand, boiled or frittata were the only egg options (frittata had bell pepper, which I strongly dislike), and the only meat was dry turkey sausage (which I also strongly dislike) -Parking lot is awful. Too many compact car spaces, forcing trucks and full-sized sedans and SUVs to park in those spaces, making for very tight fits (I actually drive a compact car). This is even worse, considering hotel shares parking lot with adjacent hotel -Room's layout was not good. Couch pulled out right against the end of bed making navigating the space less than ideal.

I don’t know her name, but the person who checked us in at the front desk and was at the front desk the time that we were there. She went out of her way to help us with our dogs. She went out of her way to help me with my husband. Super person she is a type of employee you are glad to have and wish you could always keep.

I've stayed at this facility several times and this was the weakest of my visits. The TV wouldnt turn on and the only solution I was offered was to switch rooms after we had already settled into our room and the only room offered was 1 king(rather than 2 queens) which was unacceptable for our party. Seems they either have no staff to service the TV or no back up TVs available.

No communication from hotel. I booked one bedroom suite and was issued a studio with no explaination. I had to book an extra hotel room because of limited space in studio room. Cost me extra money and time sorting this problem out.

The room was spotless with a separate bedroom. It had a full refrigerator, stove , microwave and toaster and was equipped with dishes and cutlery. We didn’t use any of this but it was a surprising touch.

Everyone was friendly. Room was clean. Breakfast was a little sparse. My wife does not eat sausage. The bath tub was very slippery. My wife had to put a towel in the tub to shower.

I was disappointed that I did not automatically have daily service to place fresh towels, take out trash, and make bed. For the price, which went up $30 sons the last stay and service staff were not as friendly. I learned this hotel is considered an extended stay so they do not offer daily maid service. The coffee was not great either.

Very helpful and professional staff. Property is always clean. Was a hint of Marijuana of the floor we stayed on. Other than that was a great stay.

Came to stay the night to be at Mayo Clinic in the morning. Only 8 mins away. Actually had a sign for a shuttle in the lobby although we did not use it. Nice clean safe area. Friendly staff when we walked in. She asked our preferences on floor and elevator location. Room was just what we needed. Clean and spacious enough. No sounds heard. Comfy beds. Would stay again.

There was no wash cloth in the bathroom and the tub was clogged up! The towels had hairs on them.

Would stay elsewhere next time.

Second year we visited Jax, stayed in same hotel because we had a great experience last year. Only complaints I have is that we had a few nights where parking was unavailable due to I believe an excess of parents in town with their kids for a soccer tournament. Additionally to that point, the kids were in the pool (loud) till midnight several nights, however they didn't personally disturb us as we were on the 3rd floor. I'm sure other guests didn't appreciate that, though. Overall another good stay, will be back next year for sure.

Only thing I wasn’t happy about. Breakfast was more Mexican style. Eggs had jalapeños and peppers there was no real option that wasn’t spicy except dry cereal, and bagels.

The beds at all of the Marriott locations are always awesome. That is why my family always looks for Marriott no matter where we go. The free breakfast was very good. If you stay multiple days it repetitive but always high quality.

Everything was great except operating the TV. Has to be the worst hotel TV system I've ever encountered and I'm into audio/visual stuff as well as IT. Super-slow and unresponsive and seemed to lock up at one point trying to make the guide go away. Rebooted and could finally change the channel after 2 or 3 minutes. Otherwise, room was clean, staff was friendly, location was fine, and bed was ultra- comfortable. I'd recommend, but bring your Roku/Chromecast.

The pool was not clean. It had candy wrappers and trash in it. The shower bottom was scratches up and def needs repair/replacement.

Great place to stay (for a day or longer) if you’re a patient at Mayo. ((I’d assume lots of other things close by)). The rooms were well maintained: clean, quiet, and comfortable bedding.

A/c barely blows, tv doesn't work, front desk attendant acted like I bothered her just asking to check in. She was of course on her phone. I'm normally a very easy going person but this is 3 strikes in 15 minutes...

Amazing Stay!

Nice location, not to far from the beach.

This property was in a convenient location between the college/university campuses and the beach. In addition to coffee shops and restaurants, there were plenty of shopping options within a few miles of the hotel. The rooms were quiet and the property was clean. The pool area was stocked with towels and comfortable reclining pool chairs. The only negative was that the pool was not heated. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Only thing missing is room service , we stayed for 3 nights , called front desk and asked for room service , they mentioned you are on the list and they never showed up , with kids it’s definitely needed informed Tracy the same . She told she will inform housekeeping manager . Other than that everything else is good

The reservation was booked Dec 13th for Feb 12-13. Upon arrival, there was no parking available and I was instructed to park in the coffee shop parking lot but was also told to make sure there was enough parking for the coffee shop employees (like I’m supposed to know how many people work there). Upon checking in, without any notification prior, they informed me that the room I booked was no longer available and they placed me in a handicapped room. I booked the king suite and this was the double queen handicapped room. Once arriving to the room, the deadbolt on the door would not latch. I called the service desk and the girl came up and just kept slamming the door saying, hear that clicking? It’s locking over and over again. This visit could have been a lot better and unfortunately I will not be returning.

The setup on room was okay. Expected a King, got a Queen. Breakfast was subpar and on a four night stay our room was never serviced. The bed was not very comfortable. The staff was kind and polite but overall disappointing stay.

There is a carwash in front of the hotel and the music is to loud. Other than that the staff was great and re hotel was fine

Great room with 2 queens. AC unit worked very well. Was able to stream Amazon Prime on the TV too. Very friendly and helpful front desk. Breakfast was also great. Very good location for Mayo Clinic and other areas in east Jax. Highly recommend!

Parking spaces arex a little tight, compact and standard vehicle sizes but very narrow. Larger trucks 250 and 2500 or larger will have to get creative while Parking.

The bed was very hard and uncomfortable, the sheets felt like sand paper. The shower was moldy and the water did not turn off. This was not worth $200 for 1 night.

Requested room service for daily cleaning and didn't receive until I asked again on the last day we stayed. Room key didn't work to get in main lobby on 2 different occasions. Apparently, the front desk staff didn't unlock the door at the beginning of the day. The room was ok for the price but I was expecting a little more from the pictures online. Overall, the experience was good.
