Stayed here two weeks ago and everything was great and gave it a good review. This time it wasn't even close. Constantly saw roaches running every time I turned on the lights.

The door had huge cracks in it. The chain to the door had been ripped out of the wall and barely hanging in. Told them needed a ground floor 3 days before we came was told one would be available. When arriving was told we were in second floor which could not be possible. Went to leave and the gentleman was like oh I sorry I do you have your room

No frills but budget friendly location, so that's totally acceptable and expected. Definitely a positive experience.

It was conveniently located in a spot where everything we needed was right there and it was a safe location. We didn’t really have any issues besides the door to the room not locking like regular hotel room doors it only had a chain lock.

I like this service at the hotel. They said that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and then they try to make me pay for my own shadow because they had a problem with your sister. Then the manager came and picked me up and I kept saying my name to him and he drove by got out and I said my ring to him and he just kept looking around for somebody else. I said I think you’re looking for us He was quite trying to get me to run. Hurry up and run to the car and I had just given up my wheelchair. I was at Ronnie they just were polite.

Great staff making up the very clean rooms - please thank them and tip them when you check out.

The manager was disrespectful abd very rude I came intown to see family and he came to my door and he was screaming no visitors no body can come to my rm and I booked. A smoking rm and they put me in non smoking witch i didn't know he cursed me out bout that too threatening to put me out

The breakfast the juice was deliberately watered down it was awful people know ....no hot breakfast again I booked with the hopes of waffles at least nope stale cereal stale bread and a apple ...with a note that stated do not help your self only take one....... The other complaint they can't really help the motel beside us was loud and had cops and people playing music loud and yelling and fighting......maybe a barrier wall sound proof...idk it sucked

Staff booked another guest into our reservation/room that was booked under my name and then checked us in and gave us keys to someone else’s room that we then walked into. Dealt with this inconvenience for over an hour and then the manager was rude and refused to give a discount or any sort of compensation.

Unfriendly reception. Extracharge for Early c/i is ok, but not if leaf blowers are in front of your door for hours!!! Very very thin walls. you can hear e v e r y t h i n g what your neighbors are doing, incl. the bathroom neighbors. The room walls seem to be that thin as there wouldn't be any. From the outside it looks brand new, but the interior is so cheap. Nothing for anyone who wants to have a good sleep. There is not one reason why I would ever come back.

Was an okay stay with a pet. Since the room door faced outside there was a lot of noise/activity right outside late into the night. People were coming in and out of cars and talking outside pretty much all night long. Brought a white noise machine for the overnight to help distract my dog.

The A/C didn't seem to be working properly. It was humid and stuffy in the room. The mattress and linens were like sleeping under plastic. Bad night sweats and discomfort. The "breakfast" was pathetic. I wish I had taken pictures to show what I mean. It was below standard. It was below a continental breakfast. Unless you compare it to a 3rd world country. I was there for one night before our cruise. I would not recommend this place. It is the bare necessity of a room.

For a full breakdown: 1) She asks me to swipe for first room, so I do 2) She asks me to swipe for second room, so I do 3) She asks me to swipe for the second room again, I inform her that I already did, she says "no you didn't." I show her the charges to my bank but she refused to look and got increasingly aggressive and accusatory. While waiting in the lobby for the manager and listening to her talk to customers on the phone, I see that she's just short with everyone, so at least I know it's not just not me. The manager came and said "I'll look into the charges and ensure it's only two rooms, if it's not correct on your statement by tomorrow then just come back so we can continue working it." See, was that so hard? Why on Earth did she get so defensive and accusatory? Separately, the staff never came to clean the rooms over three nights. But we know for a fact they at least went in the room because a towel we had on the floor was taken, but nothing else (beds, trash cans, the other towels).

This is the worst experience I've ever had. First of all, we were told there was a 24/7 airport shuttle and then when we got there they said it stopped at 1pm.

The room itself was fine but the location and site were kind of sketchy. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. The "breakfast" wasn't worth getting. I was nervous staying there and wouldn't return.

Staff was welcoming and attentive. Room was CLEAN! We did not take advantage of breakfast due to work schedule. Only thing negative about our stay was the loud banging noise from the air unit. We did not want to bother about it, as it was just a weekend stay. Bed and pillows were comfy as well. Fridge works great! We look forward to future visits.

It was a place to sleep and it was fairly clean. The Reception person, was very judgemental and Racsist. It's been days and I have yet to receive my deposit back.

My stay was ok. The outside of the property was sketchy but the room was clean and nice. The breakfast was minimal. Also they charged me $30 to check in early. But overall it was a quick convenient stop right off I-95.

Honestly this motel was a best bang for your buck kind of stay. Our only complaint at all was the floor in the room. It was gritty & we had to wear shoes. I walked around in socks & they turned black on the bottom. I washed my feet 6 times in a 3 night stay.

AC made the room have a weird smell and it caused migraine .. I notified the front desk and asked to be moved to another room and had to argue with Mike, regarding getting another room … ended up sleeping in my truck in the parking lot because the room , the smell and the migraines were unbearable.. room was only good for showering and keeping my belongings safe

This was an overnight thing with my kids and dog because we were driving in from NY. Sheets on the beds were stained and ripped, there was a weird bug on the floor in the bathroom, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Just overall did not feel comfortable in the room

It was very clean, the room had a bad odor to too. It wasnt nothing like the pictures that is on the on the internet. Had to go and buy more towels. It was 3 in my room they woundnt give an extra set of towels with me paying for them. Wasnt please with this hotel at all.

It was okay. Worked for what we needed it for. Just a place to sleep before going to port for our cruise. Nothing extra, nothing less. Staff was nice!

Overall I do not recommend it. Since I paid for a double bed room and got a king size bed room. Was late so I didn't complain at the check in desk. Also noticed that I was not refunded the difference. The whole place needs upgrades and better service and suspicious people walking around the parking property when I left in the morning. The only good thing was working AC though loud and comfortable bed.

Cockroach found in bed. Staff stated "THAT room doesnt have cockroaches". Advised staff to go look for himself. Refused to refund our money after staying just under an hour in mold infested room that was overly stinky of Fabuloso cleaner. Half a roll of toilet paper in moldy bathroom. Horrible neighborhood. Actually a MOTEL not a hotel. Chain broken off door- clearly from previous drug bust of sorts. This is bottom of the barrel housing Management was rude and unhelpful (after we left and stayed at another clean hotel and returned in morning to speak to manager). Manager said too bad you could have had another room. We explained that we had left to another hotel as the conditons were unthinkable to sleep in. Couldnt breathe in room from mold and cleaner smell. Awful experience over all. Doesnt deserve a 1 star rating. Report filed with BBB and the state. This place should be shut down.

Horrrible, owner made me feel uncomfortable always staring at me. They were rude and demanding. Roaches on the breakfast counter. The world class breakfast is honey buns, toast, oatmeal, fruit loops, and Raisin Bran and they have no drinks

Property was close to the airport which was a plus there are a lot of dining facilities and a convenience store within a few minutes walk. I just needed someplace to stay for the night and this was okay.

This place was terrible. We checked in at midnight. I was given a keycard. She wrote room 229 on the card so that’s where we went. The room had very heavy chemical smell. You could taste it. If it wasn’t midnight I would have asked for a different room. When I got into the shower there were black pubes all in the shower. There was blood smeared on the walls and boogers on the walls. We were so disgusted. We slept fully clothed afraid of what was on the sheets. We decided to stay elsewhere for the next 2 days. We kept the reservation it was a package deal. Our flight was at 6am and the place is located by the airport. When we showed up on Sunday and went to our room it was torn apart they were doing construction in there. I went to the manager and he told me I was in room 211. I showed him the key card with the ladies writing on a sticky note. He laughed and said oh no it’s 211. He proceeded to pull off the sticky note write 211 on a new one and handed me back the key card. I realized later he never ran the card through a machine or anything to re key it. Very scary that all the keycards open every door. At rm 211 I used the keycard and the door unlocked. I opened it someone was LIVING in there. It was FULL of stuff. The manager had no idea that room was already taken. We went to another hotel. The manager called me and argued with me about the situation. He told me I can’t tell Expedia about the awful experience. This place should be shut down. DON’T STAY HERE

Non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. Card key could not be programmed. Staff had to let me in. Was fixed later, but couldn't come/go until they could get staff to fix it. Bathroom door locked, that i could not get in to use toilet in middle of night. It had an external door knob requiring a key anddoor stopper on wall (to protect wall) pushed button in and locked door

The lady that was working the counter led and said we stayed over a hr and she was not going to refund us. She then told us we paid the third party so there's nothing they can do for us. The pictures don't match the hotel. They are acting up scale and really is a whole in the wall economy hotel.

There was a lot of noise - and not because it was by the airport. Men chatted outside our room. Cars making noise at 6 AM . People yelling late into the night.

Our room had been refurbished with new bathroom and floors. Reception area was sketchy. The breakfast was poor but Denny’s is a 5 minute walk awsy

The heater didn't work. I called frot desk on my cell phone because the room phone was not connected. They said they would call be back, but didn't. Linens werefull of hole and dirty. Worst stay in a long time. Stay away from this place
