The room was good but we were only given 2 towels. I asked for more towels and was told that I would have to wait almost 2 hours to get a towel because they ran out of clean towels. We had 4 people in our room so what were we supposed to do? We could not wait due to our check out time and the fact that we were boarding a cruise ship and had to go. It ruined my opinion and my stay. We paid way too much to not even be able to shower. I asked for extra blankets for the fold out bed because non were provided and had to go and get them from the desk in my pj's because nobody could deliver them.

Requested and paid for king room. Only option when we arrived were 2 queens. Hair in the sink, used bandaid on the floor, just wasnt impressed. However, couch was awesome and breakfast was delicious. And although by the airport, was very quiet. Got what we paid for I guess.

They did give me a refund for my second night after fighting with them through expedia. Would not recommend to anyone. Spend the extra $10 and get a better room at a better facility.

Everything was wonderful from the clean and spacious room, the front desk was so friendly, kind, and helpful. Quick at checking us in. The breakfast was great! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. We enjoyed our stay.

This property was great needs a little updating but other than that it was perfect. Stay staff was phenomenal. We definitely stay there again.

The location to the Airport How noisy it was with all the kids running down the hallway screaming. You can hear everything going on the room next to you so really no relaxing or quietness. The breakfast staff was not friendly and was not restocking the food to busy talking to each other. Breakfast was not that good I wouldn’t even eat any of the cooked food did not look good.

The breakfast was another major highlight—everything was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. It was the perfect way to start each day. I also appreciated the location; the area felt very safe and secure, allowing me to relax and enjoy my stay without any concerns. I did encounter two minor issues during my visit: The Wi-Fi was unfortunately non-functional on the 4th floor, which was a bit of an inconvenience for getting work done in the room. The AC in the gym was out during my stay, making it a bit too warm for a comfortable workout. Despite those two technical hiccups, the "amazing" service and hospitality far outweighed the negatives. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming and safe place to stay!

However, our room was not cleaned during our second day . I had to ask for clean towels and body wash. The shower only had shampoo and conditioner in it. This was probably an error in reading the bottles.

It was noisy/loud, light fixtures were flickering if you could find the light switch. Bathroom door did not lock. Entrance door was broken. It was a place to sleep. But will rethink staying at Marriotts in the future because of the poor condition of the one.

This hotel was conveniently located but is very dated. Bathroom need overhaul. Bonus the market is super convenient. The no airport shuttle thing really disappointed, and had to extend my car rental for a cost.

When I initially checked in my key card wouldn’t allow me entrance to the room, I returned back to the desk and after explaining maintenance went back up to the room. He immediately stated that he had new locks coming in which hadn’t arrived as of yet. He tried to accommodate me as much as he could. I left the hotel to meet up with my Military son, and family one of the main reasons for my visit plus it was my Birthday the day I checked in. Once I returned for the night I couldn’t get in the room again which now my bags are now in there. I went back to the desk and the same young lady I encountered earlier got my bags out, I explained that now I needed a new room since this was going to be a problem that I didn’t want to deal with my entire stay! I felt something could’ve done other than being told I would be given points! I work with vast majority of the Public (Hospital). Word of Mouth is how Businesses stay afloat.

When i arrived to the hotel it was very dark. The light in the lobby were off and i didnt know if it was even open to check in. Got checked in and was hit with a surprise of a deposit and needing a credit card on file for damages however when i walked in my room the floor in the bathroom was cracked and the light switches was not working. My sheets had stain in them and the counter was burnt as well. There wasn't a ice chest and the fridge was not working properly. The iron leaked on my clothes every time i used it good thing it was hot outside.One last thing but certainly not least i saw bugs. I saw multiple big ants and a roach.

I can honestly say this is a downgrade from my previous experiences with SpringHill suites and SpringHill suites by Marriott. As a bonvoy member, I would expect to be greeted a little more pleasantly, given Wi-Fi information, giving information about when the pool would be open versus when it's locked, so you can't use it. The younger women at the desk this evening were more interested in their cell phones and personal things going on than they were checking in guest and being friendly. When I ask about when the pool would open up, I was told "sometime" & I then asked are we just guessing?! Like is there not a specific time? It's open and closed? I was told "aybe sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 a.m. but that just depends on when they get here cause I don't know nothing about pool hours." I specifically had instructions on my account and called and verified those instructions with the property that stated I'm a light sleeper and so I like to have a room that is not next to the elevator or vending area. Guess what?! They were going to put me in a room exactly the opposite of what I asked for and right next to the elevator and vending ice machine. So I had to ask, did you read the notes on my account and she told me no. We can't see any notes on your account. When I asked for an itemized receipt because I booked and have to turn this in for work, I was told that I'd have to go download it myself at a later date since I booked with Expedia. This is not it. I booked two rooms. One room we met the door open and had to double check it was empty before going on... the 2nd room, shower was dirty, hair on shower curtains and the carpets. Microwave was not cleaned and room had a smell. We got in so late and was tired after driving 10hrs, we went to bed and left early as possible next morning.

Spacious room for a family of 5, with everything you would need including a microwave! Hotel is very clean, lovely staff and good choice of food for breakfast. Highly recommend!!!

The pull out couch was only a twin trundle, only gave three towels, even when I grabbed more and they cleaned the room only left 3 towels with 5 guests in the room. The extra bedding for the trundle bed was not comfortable. Breakfast, they took away the waffle maker so all the was offered was a few bagels, scrambled eggs and sausages and two cereals. Kids were bummed.

I didn’t stay long, I arrived after midnight and left before 9am. But I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and the cleanliness. The staff were all very kind and helpful. I didn’t try the breakfast so I can’t comment on the food but the options looked good. I would definitely stay here again if I was passing through.

Budget hotel for a short stay. I checked in late night at about 11:30 PM and didn't feel safe. Some strange people were coming in and out. The breakfast was ok and had everything you need for a quick meal before you get on the road.

Okay so I stay here often I've never been disappointed until this last visit I don't usually complain about anything my room had no tables in the sitting area . I had no room service from Thursday until I checked out Sunday no clean towels for me and my kids although I asked they said they have none clean , well then they did finally get some they gave me 3 pool towels and 2 wash clothes smh I took my own trash out . I extended my stay for one extra day went down for new key card the guy on duty was texting on his phone never acknowledge me until maybe the manager walked up I believe she called him joe you have a guest he said I see her she's standing right here in front of me wow so he continues to texting and once he finished he asked if he could help me wow unbelievable what $150 a

Okay so I stay here often I've never been disappointed until this last visit I don't usually complain about anything my room had no tables in the sitting area . Over all nice experience only negative was the shower was dirty and elevator was sketchy and seemed like it was gonna fall apart.

The staff at this hotel are fabulous. I was in florida from ohio at this hotel because my brother was ill and a patient at univ florida medical center 5 miles away. It was a difficult time as my brother was gravely ill. Not once did i pass the front desk that the staff didn't ask about him. If it were in eveming they would send me to room with a snack. The morning breakfast was great and i shared i was diabetic. They would send me off with a container of juice a piece of fruit or even a begal with jam and cream cheese. I would take a carton of milk and cereal to my room frig for a bedtime snack. Every one was just so supportive and kind. Jusht what this 77 year old needed

Bathtub was falling apart and my key not working 2x was super annoyong

Twice during my stay, My room key would not work so I had to go up to the front desk to get it fixed. Also, the ice machine did not work on the first floor so I had to repeatedly go up to higher floors just to Get ice. Also at breakfast the eggs were extremely salty and the only fruit options were apples. I will not be going back to this hotel.

The key cards only worked once and afterwards you had to be escorted to your room

One night stay. Booked hotel because website indicated there was a bar and lounge. There was neither. Very disappointed as we had driven a long way and just wanted to stay in and enjoy a drink at the hotel.

Nice property, you could tell it was renovated. It was a good place to stop on our road trip. Family of 5, it worked great.

Basic Spring Hill suites. Lots of local eateries within walking distance. Hotel is under construction so kind of a mess but not in a bad way. Staff were friendly.

Hotel was great, room was clean, I gave it 4 stars just because the grout around the tub wasn’t the cleanest looking but the rest of the room was very nice. We were very comfortable and would stay again.

Friendly staff, clean and close to Airport and lots of good food.

Nice big room for the money. Convenient to the highway. Breakfast was ok, thin walls, could hear neighbors to well, AC was very loud.

Under renovations. But the room was clean and very comfortable. Lobby are was very spacious and clean. Staff was beyond excellent.

Bedbugs

Check in was easy. Nice that you are given two bottles of water and chips upon check in. Staff was polite and efficient. Room was clean. though some rust in handicap bathroom handles which was not nice. Otherwise, check out easy as well.

Wonderful suite, roomy and very clean. Liked the little entry bar setup.

There was a roach in our room 219 hair in the bathroom when we arrived and sunflower seeds under the edge of the bed not to mention all the food wrappers and a piece of clothing in the pull out bed and when we told the manager he said the roach was understandable but clothing and food wrappers were unacceptable and said there was no way to reimburse me anything because I booked on here

Damaged rooms. Says under construction but no work being done. Hotel was old and run down. Staff have to be asked to work. Does not live up to the name on the sign.

Slept okay. Not enough room for breakfast. People had to stand and eat their food and hold plates. I went to the bathroom before we left, but chose to go all the way back upstairs to our room,when I saw the 3inch cockroach in the middle of the woman’s restroom floor.

Great staff. I booked two queens, but all were gone. The clerk gave us a king without extra cost. Breakfast is fantastic! There are restaurants in walking distance.
