    I was promised everything and received nothing. Filthy, mold, mildew, extremely rotten carpet, walls, ripped curtains. I was told by Mark that the owner is a slum lord who will not put a penny into this place. Mark pointed out the drug addicts and homeless hang outside your door and do not go out after dark. None of the ice machines work and have major rust, who would want the ice out of that filthy platform. Everyone makes like they are extremely accommodating and tell you yes and do absolutely nothing. It’s always someone else’s fault.

    The AC didn’t work in the room… they literally have to open your room door with tools because the keys doesn’t work. So we couldn’t leave out unless they were able to break us in.. it was blood splatter on the wall yeah u heard me.. the night clerk must’ve been high or something she wasn’t helpful at all and spaced out

    I like the buffet breakfast. I didn’t like how ran down the rooms or the property was differing from the pictures posted above. There was also ALOT of activity going on throughout the property. Noisy guests throughout the night. The rooms need to be deep cleaned and renovated.

There were no washcloths, the carpet is absolutely gross, the A/C fan did not work, very limited TV stations, the trash recepticles at the side entrances were overflowing with trash, dirty towels were piled up outside the rooms, dirty diapers and trash were outside in the parking spaces, and worst of all, guests were loud and arguing all through the night to the point of yelling profanities and kicking the doors of the rooms. We did not feel safe or valued as customers. In fact, we did not complete our stay and forfeited a night of the charge.

    When I checked in the Gentle man was great, the next morning i went and told the night shift lady that my shower needed cleaning as the housekeeper sprayed it down but forgot to clean it, and i needed a working blow dryer, the housekeeper came in but no blow dryer, she wiped down the shower but not cleaned it. This hotel has a comedy club, and when it is going on, hotel guests do not have parking, they need to make sure that their paying guest have parking and not have to park across the street at night to get to their rooms, very dangerous for a single woman staying at the hotel. no coffee maker as advertised, the night shift person is not very customer oriented and seemed to be bothered when i asked about the ice machine, which found out it was out of order. Charlie in the buffet area, is such a delight, he greets all of the guests and is such a pleasure to see every morning of my four night stay. Please help this hotel, I have been coming to it for over 25 years for it's buffet and stay and i see it going down hill, it just needs some updating as the room i stayed in was in need of some work. The complaint is the night shift not being very customer friendly, and the housekeeping needs to be a little better with making sure the rooms are completely clean, and be a little more task oriented as she took the shampoo and conditioner and left two lotions in the place of. all in all i would stay again but would make sure i was treated like i was wanted and their priority.

    The room that I was put in. stunk. and I mean smelt so badly you wouldn't believe it. After surveying the rest of the room, I found. that the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet sheet was very loose. The TV had no cable connection coming into it. so the TV would not play. You can find out the room that I was given. Go check it out and you will see what I mean by stunk. I will never recommend any one to stay. in a Ramada Inn ever. Now going back to the loose toilet sheet. I am disabled and I wear a prosthetic on my left leg all the way up to my ass. So if I wouldn't have checked that toilet sheet and sat down on it and fell, you would be looking at a very nice lawsuit. Let this hotel get in the condition that it is in should be fired immediately. and the top management of Ramada Inn should be reviewing this hotel in person. and possibly shutting it down. I immediately checked out of this room. I immediately checked out of this room and went across the street to La Quinta Inn. That was 100 percent better than the Ramada. And I also did not feel safe on the property because of the homeless people that were around it. I expect a full refund immediately.

    I travel often and try to stay at nice hotels that have a bar/lounge. This one has a nice one but it was closed the night I was there. You could get a drink in the “Comedy Club” but I’m not buying a ticket to get a drink. The grounds are filthy, people for a lack of the appropriate term, use the parking lot to get high. The room was decent.

    l've been to this hotel many times with good experiences & the older lady Mrs Stephanie would always make sure l had a good clean room, & she would go above & beyond to make sure my room was legit, but for some reason this time the younger Mrs. Stephanie was in charge. The 1st room they put me in had mildew & bugs, the 2nd room had a strong musty odor, the 3rd room they put me in was a reserve, but it was much cleaner than my previous rooms. l don't know if they have a knew staff, new management or what, but l just wasn't satisfied this visit. Hopefully it was just a 1 time experience.

    Location is perfect, you don't have to get in all extreme traffic to go out & get what you need.     No wash cloths in the room. No hair dryer even though it had the holder. Breakfast buffet from 6:30-9:30. No hot food brought out till 7:45. The hotel is very outdated and could use some definite refurbishing. Trash all over outside. As if nobody cared about the appearance of the property.

    It appears that this hotel has a contract with the city. Other occupants were clearly in need of housing and some were vagrants. The five days I was there EVERY night there was arguing, and loud talking, even a motorcyle...all right outside my door. The breakfast is not a typical hotel breakfast at all. You have to go to the front desk to get a card and present it to the staff to get the few items available. Again this is to only serve the guest and not those that seem to walk in off the street and it's quite annoying. This property should only service those in need rather than mix reservations with regular travelers who are unaware of what they are getting into.

    We came from down south to surprise celebrate my partners birthday and were put into a room that was actively being renovated, walls half painted, bathroom with cabinets taken off, shower full of rust and falling apart. We were offered another room and were unfortunately in a hurry to get to a dinner reservation so we did not inspect it further than now having fully painted walls and a proper bathroom. We got back to our hotel to sleep, and woke up to realize that there was mold everywhere!! The headboard, the night stands, the corner of the walls and the carpet. The trim had black mold behind to the point of growing up the wall. We packed everything up in a hurry and hoped that breakfast would at least be as pictured and promised, but we were left in disappointment once again. The beautiful photos of fully loaded banquet style trays were instead little bowls of milk, apples and cereal. We were once again in a hurry to get to a lunch reservation with family so we just left. To my horror, while at lunch I began to feel very itchy and started having little red splotches and bites under my upper arms and determined they were bed bug bites!!!!!!! We put EVERYTHING in trash bags and sealed them up tightly, took a shower at a family members and threw our clothes away. I wanted to chalk it all up to just a crappy hotel experience but the public needs to know THAT THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE AND BED BUGS!!!! I have photos of the mold, as well as my bites!!!

    Not much i liked about it Staff was rude the restaurant was closed by the health dept. i left a day early because the carpet was stained ,the ceiling had water stains, the toilet ran all night. I walked outbof the room on the last day and was greeted by a large dog throwing up and having loose stool in front of the day. It never got cleaned up

    the property is right off the highway and there are nice restaurants and bars nearby my ac in my room didn’t work well. it was hot and the ac made loud noises that made it hard to sleep

    No wash clothes, hand towels or shower mat provided (even after request). I left my gold bracelet on the nightstand when I checked out. I called few hours after I checked out. They had already cleaned the room and stated they did not find any bracelet. I called the hotel for days, each time asked to speak with a manager. Each time a person got on the phone, claiming to be a manager/supervisor. They all said the exact same thing “no one has turned anything into me” I was told I would need to speak with the housekeeper manager, then was transferred to their extension, the phone just rang. I was told multiple times by different managers that they would call me back, they never did. Every time I spoke to a manager, they would tell me they never heard anything about a missing bracelet. I even called corporate customer and opened up customer service claim. I was advised by corporate that they couldn’t do anything because the hotel I stayed at was privately owned. When the housekeeper manager finally called me, she stated that no one had turned any bracelet into her. She stated that there is a lot of drug users that walk around that property, that could have broken into the room. I finally had to get law enforcement involved. Whoever entered the room after I checked out, took the bracelet that I know for fact, was left on the night stand in plain view. Even after week from when I checked out, the hotel manager claimed that she knew nothing about a missing bracelet. Horrible

    My check-in experience was confusing, as the lobby had very loud music and there was no one at the reception desk. I had to look around to find someone to assist me. The room I received had a bad smell, probably due to the old and stained carpet. The bathroom was outdated, with a bathtub that had a dirty bottom and black grout. It was impossible to take a shower without wearing sandals. For the price charged, I wasn’t expecting luxury, but at the very least, the place should be clean and have a more pleasant appearance. I will not return to this hotel.

    We had to switch rooms multiple times due to power outage in room and backed up toilet. There was stains on the bedding , we were told there were no replacement sheets or bedding available. We couldn’t attend the comedy show due to the fact we felt unsafe to leave anything in the room unattended. In fact while standing outside at car , someone walked in our room and shut the door with our belongings inside.

    Usually I stay here a lot. The second time I've stayed there recently and once again the AC did not work in my room , keys did not work. Anytime you had to get into your room you had to call main so they could come in and break into your door to let you into your room

Had to go back to the front office, she rekeyed the card and came with me to see if the key would work. But no luck with the key. The lady at the front desk said she would bring me back my card in a few min. Well she did not. If the keys are not working why rent the rooms OUT.

    Our manager was great and helpful, but we showed up to no rooms available and no key cards working. It took about an hour to troubleshoot everything before we had to go find another place to stay. The upside was that Morgan the manager did everything she could do and stayed very patient. Her calmness helped the situation stay smooth even though it was a real upset for all of us.

    First off when I got there at 3:00 p.m. my room was not ready came back at 3:30 they gave me a key that didn't work I tried three different keys and the same room didn't work they sent me to another room it did not work I did not get into my room until 5:30 6:00 and then when I got in that room my toilet was messed up they came n plunged it but didnt clean up the mess.. It was fresh, tasty and well presented. What really impressed me was the lady running the restaurant. She was welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. We saw her wiping tables that looked perfectly clean and constantly checking the food supply was topped up from the kitchen. She spoke to all guests checking they had everything they need and was a perfect host. Her pride in her job wasnt driven by a pay check or because "the boss" was watching, but because this was HER domain and she really cared for it. It shows that job satisfaction can be found in any job if you do it well. Even though she was doing a great job, if I ran Ramada I would take her out of there and put her in charge of staff training!

    The rooms were extremely terrible. Our first room reeked of cigarette smoke. We changed rooms and the second smelled of strong urine and cigarette smoke, with no towels and orange gel like goo coming out of the bath tub drain. The rooms were listed as non smoking, but people obviously still smoked in them. The service was slow, but due to only one agent working. The website listing is very deceiving. The pictures showed beautiful high class rooms with a hotel rating of 4.1. It is clearly only a 1 star at most. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!! We canceled the reservation and requested a full refund due to the poor conditions of this hotel.

    Our room (150) was absolutely filthy. I had to cover the chair before I even let my dog sit on it. I had to sleep on top if the comforter it was gross. Didn’t want to take any chances. A/C wasn’t working and the entire ambiance was one of a seedy motel used for hourly services. We booked 3 nights. Left after one. Take this place off of your list.

    The hotel is not as updated. The rooms smell like smoke even if it's a non smoking room. However the room was clean just old smelling. Very basic Continental breakfast. Be prepared to go out for breakfast. The staff was accommodating and friendly. This hotel is for a quick stop if you need a place to sleep for the night while traveling.

    requested room to be serviced 2 x and was never completed. 1st day room wasnt cleaned walked to the deskfor fresh towels was told to bring towels to the desk. walked back to the room and took dirty towels to desk to trade for clean towels was told to take them back to the room and housekeeping would pick them up. received new towels at desk and one bath towel had dark blackish spot that looked like poop.when i said something immediately the clerk was bothered that i didnt want to accept that towel. the next day when we requested service and didnt receive we brought the towels to the desk and were made to take them back to the room. was told service needed to be requesyed although we saw the girl write our room number down to be cleaned. also lacking security side doors says u need a key to get in but in reality u just open the door with no key. we ended up checking out a day early because it was so bad was told we would be refunded for last night and a small discount but either have yet to be received. do not recommend stay far away there are many hotels in that area do yourself a favor book elsewhere .

    Extremely terrible stay. The first room I was given was actively being painted. The second had no AC. I had to settle with a room with food growing in the freezer. When I sent a complaint through the website, the manager replied with an attitude.

    We found lot of mosquitoes in our room , everything in the room had debris and were sticky , toilet was not flushing properly , shower curtain was very dirty .overall it felt very risky and unsafe staying there but as it was already late and we were with could , so we’re not able to change the hotel. Expedia should. It recommended this even for free specially with the kids

    Several issues with my room: No phone in the room. Had to call the desk from my cell phone. Installed power bar did not work. Had to unplug the only working lamp to plug in my surge protector. No coffee maker in the room. Micro and fridge worked fine but dated. Blow dryer didn't work. No toiletries in the room. Not even hand soap. Not something I've ever had to pack, used body wash to wash hands The courttard/pool area is beautiful. The entry doors into the buildings should really be key entry. My biggest "pet peeve" is beds that are not sitting on boxes but bed rails, leaving that space open. No extra blankets or pillows available. I do like the hotel, will likely stay there again. A coffee maker would be nice though, it's a long trip between the room and the coffee in the lobby.

    House keeping knocked on my door at 9 a.m. to ask if I was checking out that day even though check out time is 11a.m. I had received a text earlier from the front desk that allowed for checking out by text when I left which is what I did at 10:45 a.m. I left the room keys inside the room when I left. When walked out , closed the door and turned to leave, the housekeeper came out of a room about 5 doors down asking me to leave the door open if I was leaving. I told her I had checked out and left the keys inside the room. She started yelling and screaming at me saying I was suppose to leave the door open so she could clean the room. I am 65 years old and have never stayed at a hotel where housekeeping didn’t provide their cleaning staff with access to the rooms they are charged with cleaning. I have never come across such a rude and arrogant house keeper. Even though I had checked out already, I stopped by the front desk and spoke to the person there. The ladies at the front desk at check in and check out were professional and courteous.

    Worst hotel experience ever. The pictures online must be when first opened. We got there and checked in, didn't have a good gut feeling about this place. We got to our room and the bathtub looked dirty, toilet paper roll broken l, only 2 towels available. Saw a roach crawling on the ceiling on the bathroom. Carpets were nasty and smelled of mildew. Saw another roach crawling in the main room corner. Tiny little gnat bugs flying in and out of the drain in the bathroom sink. Ir didn't seem safe around the area at ALL. With two small children we couldn't imagine staying let alone sleeping. Only giving one star because they gave us a refund after having to go through Hotels.com to get back as a manager was only on duty after 10pm.

    The room was nasty, it had mold growing on the bathroom walls and ceiling and the cabinet in the bathroom. The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed ever and it had big black spots on it. The heat and air unit looked like it had seen better days and like it had mold growing inside it. I will definitely not use that hotel ever again nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Worst experience I’ve ever had!

    Front desk was efficient and friendly. Our room's lock was busted so we had to get another one, but that didn't take long to sort out. The area around the property kinda smelled, but was fine in the room. Ice machine broken on our floor, but that sort of thing happens. The place suited our needs. Not the Taj Mahal, but that's not what we expected.

    They were out of blankets, comforters and pillows. We only had sheets and it was cold. Pillows were baby pillows. The room was dirty and the toilet did not flush and we had to fix it ourselves. The tub was filthy and dead bugs were on the floor. The room smelled so bad. it was a horrible experience. Never again. They should close that property.

    One downfall was the issue of being short staffed at check-in. The woman behind the counter was friendly and professional, but had everyone taken care of as quickly as possible. Another was they didn't have a list of local places to eat in the room, but they had a great hot breakfast buffet. Overall it was a nice stay.

    Really bad. No hot water, shower curtain broken and only covered half of the tub so water everywhere. Smoke detector missing from the wall. Very noisy and not very clean. Hot paper cups, but no coffee maker. Even the alarm clock woildnt work!Breakfast was so so, but styrofoam plates and tiny plastic utensils with a plastic knife that couldnt cut anything. This place is a restaurant, why not real plates and silverware? Each year we stay it seems to go further downhill. Will be looking for a different place to stay next year. Took photos, but wont let me upload.

    The lock to our door did not work. I was locked outside my room at 1:30 in the morning with two small children. Hotel staff did nothing to get us back in room, Nor did they apologize or try to accommodate us in anyway. Sex toy under our bed left from previous guest. Two towels in room when hotel was booked for four people and no toilet paper.

    Upon arrival we were given keys to our room. When we get to the room the key does not work. We go to front desk for help. They send a maintenance guy to let us in. Door card reader still not working so he opens the door with 2 screw drivers. We have to leave to go to store after hours of waiting for maintenance guy to return and reprogram the door. When we cine back the door still hadnt been fixed. We see the front desk for someone to help us. Desk clerk says its going to be a long wait for us to be let back in. We tell her our belongings are locked in the room and the maintenance guy never came back to fix the door. She tells us again its going to be a long wait and goes back to doing something else. We had to eat at the hotel because we couldn’t leave in case the maintenance guy decided to open our door while we werent there. Dinner was okay but definitely not worth $110, especially since we couldn’t leave and choose where we wanted to eat. We almost missed the maintenance guy, they didnt call or let us know when he became available. We sat where we could see our room door from the dinning room. As we were returning to our room we pass the maintenance man whom didnt want to turn around and be bothered with helping unlock our door. We sat everything of ours in the car. We had tickets to the late comedy show. After the show around 1130 we returned to our room which still had not been fixed. The lobby was full and the front desk still was no help. We went home, whats the point

    Upon check in i asked for a ground floor room, i was tols there were none. My door lock was broken so i walked all the way back to front desk, she changed my room to a GROUND FLOOR room, floors were flooded and there were 3 lizards in the room. Next door was a party or a fight, walked back to front desk and was given yet another ground floor room. Ac didnt work but we were exhausted and it was 11 pm so we slept the best we could. The next morning i was charged for 2 rooms but i had booked and paid my balance with hotels.com. still waiting on hotels.com to communicate with the hotel to refund my money.     Carpet in the room was filthy. We couldn’t take 10 steps across the floor without our feet turning black. Everything in the room was old, out dated and not well maintained. I’ve stayed in Motel 6s better than this. It’s cheap but it didn’t seem worth it. The only things I couldn’t complain about was that the AC was nice and cold and the complimentary breakfast tasted good. Thats the only reason I gave it two stars.

    I didn’t like It, First my room Key didn’t work, then the room that they give me the bathroom was nasty, water wasn’t flushing out when we was taking a shower. Housekeeping never came in to clean our room the 4 days that we were there. It was a bad experience.

    Didn't like anything. No hand towels or wash cloths. No bath mat. Floors were dirty, so much so, that when we did get a wash cloth, we used it to clean a portion of the floor. NASTY!!!

    Staff was amazing however the first room we checked in the bed was broke. They did switch our room however each room smelled like cigarettes. Other than that the hotel was good.

    Well for starters no trash can in room. No ice bucket in room. No cold water for about 5 or 6 hours. No blanket or spread on the bed. The pillow cases was dirty. Was not happy with my stay at this hotel

    They didn’t clean the room during the 7 days that I stayed, not even once and when I asked for clean towels they didn’t have any to give to me. That was unacceptable!

    The front desk staff wasn't on the ball. Our request for linens hadn't been completed after 12 hours, only to be told they didn't have any clean sheets to give us. Free breakfast was poorly prepared. Room was ok, quiet and comfortable but room smelled as if someone had smoked in I'm it.

    Where do I start!! My visit began on a Saturday night. Comedy Central was in the lobby but I was checked in relatively quick. Then it went downhill, I got to the room, it doesn’t open. I go switch it, the second room doesn’t open. I go for the third time, the concierge is no where to be found, for 28 minutes I stood in the lobby. Then got a room that actually opens. However, the carpet was a swimming pool due to the leaking AC. Breakfast was absolutely disgusting, everything was either dry or completely solid. The only decent thing was the pancake machine which quickly stopped working. Overall, place is run down and doors to the parking lot are all broken. They need a visit from corporate, general manager needs to be fired so does the maintenance director and housekeeping lead. Very disappointing to se that this is what Ramada has become.
