Deposit was NEVER RETURNED, CALLED ABOUT IT, TOLD IT WAS MY BANK HOLDING 3 DAYS, THEN NOTHING, SENT MESSAGE, STILL WAITING ON THEM TO REPLY....

Hotel was not as pictured. I had to circle the block 2 times just to find it. Very run down looking

There was NOT a hot breakfast. Only scrambled eggs if you eat them. No biscuits or bacon. Barely anything. The air conditioning was noisy. Rooms were very old. The safety was ok. The desk staff was friendly.

The photos do NOT match what the hotel looks like. There's no sign indicating the location- I don't think this property is actually a hotel more like a motel. The property is eery, we were the only individuals/vehicle staying there. The site offers free breakfast, but I'm not even sure where that would be held? The rooms were older and not up to date, bedding was mismatched, carpets were sticky, shower has zero pressure. Employees were outside hosing down refrigerators upon arrival. Please book elsewhere.

Nothing The toilet didnt work, there was no heat, the room was dingy, security was absent, I had to check my car every few hours to make sure it was still there. I cant believe Best Western has its name and reputation tied to this awful property I will never use a Best Western hotel again........... Over 100 doll;ars to stay in a dump I was awake almost all night. Sure Stay should be changed to Never Stay, I want a refund for the night we stayed there but I am so disgusted by it I won't bother. Ok breakfast, the eggs were weird but the waffle maker was a plus, fruit was good, coffee could be better. That some jackass was smoking in their room and it was filtering into mine.

Clean comfortable bed , close to everything you need. Walmart, gas station etc I'm not picky, I can adjust to mostly anything.

The first room we got the AC wasn't working there was no remote for the TV and when we got to the second room it was a little better but the shower curtain were tore up a little bit and that was kind of smudge dark marks inside the toilet.

Easy to find, price was okay when booking but a bit to high. If just passing through for a night it should work. 1 room of the 2 booked smelled alot like Marijuana. Area at night not sure I would want my kids walking around in. This is a Motel not a Hotel, breakfast was included but it was not worth eating. Hot water for tea was barely warm.

I stay here every other week and the staff have always been nice in the past and at checkout today he was very apologetic and friendly. When I arrived he ran my card twice. He put me in room 217 where the heater did not work. I went back up to the front to make him aware that the heater did not work. He said well I can get you a portable heater, the heat works in the room but not right now. I said do you have another room he said no I have a portable heater. I asked for a refund to leave the property he then said he had another room. He told me to when. I got to that room make sure everything work before I touch anything I said ok. I just went to the room checked the heater to see if it work and did not bother anything else. I had already made up my mind to to complain about anything else because of the way he talked to me. He put me in room 208. In that room there is mold on the bathroom ceiling, when it rains hard the water drips from the ceiling., the drawers for the stand by tv were stuck wouldn't go in and the light in the lamp was blowed. The microwave did not work. I went downstairs where the serve breakfast to use the microwave tried to heat up my food like four times that microwave gets warm but didn't warm the food.

convenience . they have decent breakfast. i requested for a disabled access room. when i checked in the attendant keep insisting me a king size bed. where i book 2 Queen size beds. the room given , the tv is broke . the towels are dingy.

Had to wait about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged to check in (No one was at the front desk). The toilet paper holder was broken in the bathroom. The light by the beds did not work. Carpet needed to be replaced, it had many stains.

Excellent easy off and on 95. Older property but very well taken care of. Excellent breakfast area with lots of choices. It is on a busy street making it hard to get into the parking area.

For the price you pay for the room, it was really good. The beds were comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure! The staff was friendly enough, but got right to the point and was all business.The downside was the air conditioner was very noisy and had a hard time keeping the room cooled down, and although the breakfast was good, it was not kept well stocked.

The first room we got smelled like smoke, the second room Ac wasn’t working properly and the third room the water was ONLY burning hot. I have kids so they can’t take burning hot showers. We ended up finding a new hotel and the guy did give us a full refund. He did try to accommodate us but switching the rooms but each room had issues with it.

The stay was good. The hotel was in a good place with a few restaurants and not too far from the beach (driving distance). The room was outdated and had a bunch of nail holes in the wall upon walking in , the area was quiet and okay overall. The bed was comfortable for a one night stay.

We actually ended up leaving and not even staying the night at this hotel. I was told we would get a full refund ( which we still have not received). Roof leaked. We were on the bottom floor and the roof dripped all night long. The photos make the place look like a hotel when really it’s a motel. Would not stay again because there was water all over the place by the morning.

No hot water when you try to take a shower or bath. The water was lukewarm throughout my stay. Only cold water comes out of the sink no hot water. The air conditioning unit only blows out cool air even when you turn on the heat and set the temperature to 80 degrees. Towel and wash cloth is rough on your skin. They need to used fabric softener to make it soft. All these issues I told management but my issues never got resolved. To be honest this is a trash placed. The worst experience I ever had. I don’t recommend anyone to stay there at all. FYI I was in room 213 when I stay on 02/14/2025 to 02/17/2025. Stay at your own risk don’t say I didn’t warn you about the condition of the hotel and my experience. I would have stayed somewhere else but it was Valentine’s weekend for us and plus we came from out of town. Remember this is a trash place spend your money somewhere else that you can be happy and comfortable. Warning DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!!!!!!

They advertised as Pet Friendly on Hotels.com, but they were NOT. There is NO place for your dog to do their business, the back parking lot is scary and the grass along the edge is messy and on a hill, which prevents the dog from going there. The room was marginally OK, not at all like the pictures. I had a hard time finding the place due to the road construction (not the hotel's fault).

Outdoor entry, not well insulated. Was noisy with doors slamming all night and there was a drive by shooting. On top of it all housekeeping stole a watch and ipad from the room.

The gentlemen who checked us in, and came to the room the look at the TV that was not working (which prompted a move to a different room) was very friendly and helpful. The lack of available breakfast items was disappointing.

I was terrified of staying here. I did not feel safe at all. I wanted to forfit my $100 but my husband said we would be fine. Which we were, but I would not stay here alone or with my children ever!!!

No hot breakfast as advertise. I did not even stay my full day. I checked out because of the reason of all the activity going on at the hotel with other guest Was one of my worst trips ever

No accommodations for people with rolling walker. The shower handle was almost impossible to turn on. The faucet in the bathtub leaked because we did not have the strength to turn it completely off. The floor left your socks dirty (I mean black). I don't know if it ws the carpet or the tile. There was tear in the carpet that could trip you.

I did not stay at this property even though I fully paid for the booking. I am a young woman traveling alone and did not feel safe here whatsoever. It’s a motel located between two “gentlemen’s” clubs. In a not-so-safe looking area. When I turned in my key and told the staff I did not feel safe, no reimbursement was even offered. My key was simply accepted and I drove away. I was in town to shadow somethings at Mayo Clinic for school, as a young solo traveler I did not feel the need to fight for reimbursement.

The room was very clean but carpet smelled old, there was Spanish men hanging outside all night outside of are room drinking being loud. People above are room was stomping all night long. It was unsafe area altogether. Lesson learned here will not be returning ever again. Very ghetto hotel.

Mostly everything was great about our stay. The room was nicely updated. The breakfast was great. Staff was nice. The only negative thing about this property is that I think they forgot about updating the bathroom. Lol. It wasn't terrible but looking at the room and then the bathroom you would think you're in two totally different rooms.

The management of this property is terrible ice machine. Not working no breakfast in the breakfast drone. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom. In the breakfast room and nothing was tended to when you told the management

1st room I checked into.The TV did not work.They tried to fix it but did not.Gave me another room.TV did not work again.Both rooms smelled.Air Conditioning units were very noisy. Overall a very unpleasant experience.Would not recomend this hotel to anyone. I do have to say the staff meaning a young man at the front desk did his best but was limited in what he had to work with

The property was very safe and quiet

Bathtub clogged, heating not working, not polite customer service. Fan in the bathroom noise.

Booked a King bed online and when I got there the front desk clerk explained that there were no king rooms due to a plumbing issue and then flat out refused to give me a refund leaving myself and my husband stuck with a double queen bed room. We were specifically looking for a hotel with a King room available and only booked this hotel because it had one available. Also, the property looks nothing like the pictures, Its a run down dump in a disgusting area and was a horrible experience altogether 😪.

I overslept by about 30-45 minutes from checkout time aa I had checked in after a late night flight and the manager starts banging down the door threatening to call police if I don’t hurry up and leave.

Clean and comfortable stay.

1). Parking lanes are too tight, you can not get in and out of your vehicle. 2). Roaches in the rooms and in the breakfast area. 3). Weekend breakfast is supposed to have sausage, biscuits & gravy on the weekends and only had on 1 Sunday in a month. 4)TV doesn’t work half the time. 5) toilet leaks water on the bathroom floor. Sink has a hole in the bowel that leaks water on the floor in the room. 6). They increased the price of the room by double ( unannounced).
