    The a c at the hotel was broke, and they did not warn us in advance. Hot tub was not working.The breakfast that was promised was not available as most of the guests canceled orNo one was there after finding out the a c was out. The receptionist at the front desk was very rude. Even to our third party booking agents not once, but twice. The actual room itself was clean and very comfortable.

    I will NEVER book another stay at this hotel. The staff was very rude, and would NOT work with Hotels.com to correct a mistake on the dates I chose. They wouldn't even work with me to internally change the dates so I paid for a night I couldn't use. Awful experience.

    It is hard to try to explain how disgusting this hotel is. They’re swimming area. Disgusting the walking into the entrance to the hotel no air-conditioned fans blowing AC units everywhere place is absolutely. I don’t even know how they’re open for the health department to come in there they have no restaurant their pool is disgusting along with the hot tub

    Tried to check in early, the hotel wanted $60 so we waited and checked in later. I forgot my wallet so the desk clerk would not let me check in. My wife with the same last name and credit card was with me. They would not let her check in. We could check in only if I had MY driver's license. We went down the street and stayed at a Marriott. Please reverse the $122.53 you charged on my credit card.

    The location and the front staff The room was misrepresented by the pictures shown, the pool was dirty, the hot tub was half full with cigarette butts floating in it, there was no complimentary breakfast as described on the site, no pool towels (like we really needed them), the A/C in the building did not work, the room was cold and dark with sticky floors.

    Staff was rude, demanded my passport for id, stating drivers license wasn’t enough. Worst check-in experience ever. The lady should not be working with tourists…. She has her own agenda. Also the tv and ac in the room don’t work. The hotel is run down and not cheerful atmosphere at all.

    Parking was fine and well lit. No A/C in main building looks like it’s been out a long time. Makeshift ac for lobby and floor fans down hallways. Elevators were filthy and smelt bad seems they tried to cover up the smell with a floral cleaner without really cleaning it. The rooms were a little less to be desired.

    I always stay here when I visit Jax so I love the property, just was not my better stay. They definitely were hospitable in switching rooms and accommodating. The young who checked me in on Thursday was amazing! The entire was great…customer service is always superb even security. AC Unit did not work and was assigned another room and the bathtub was clogged. I had to take a shower in a completely full tub. The inconvenience of switching rooms or even for the staff to come and check to see if there was something I was doing wrong with the unit.

    Delayed flight. Came in at 1:30 a.m. Front desk was closed. They close from 12:00 a.m. - 8 a.m. w/ a security guard. She was great, but we couldn't get our room. Had to find other options at 1:30 in the morning. Filed for a refund and no one has been able to contact them.

    The management clearly does not care. My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for work in the area. I picked the hotel because the photos made it seem above average and especially because they had a hot tub. The hot tub didn't work while we were there. Our AC would work for about 5 min then quit until we unplugged it and plugged it back in. The maintenance guy said it was as good as he could get it. The room floor was sticky. My wife asked for it to be mopped again. It helped a bit. There was no free breakfast. Wifi was very slow. The kerug in our room was broken. We got a replacement. They do not offer coffee downstairs either. In short, I won't stay here again. It was on par with a barebones motel 6, but worse because of the high price and non functioning AC.

    This is a nice property, staff were nice. The first room I walked into was clean but as I was setting my things down, a bug crawled across the top of the bed. I took a video and went downstairs with my things and they were hesitant but after THEY went and looked at the next room they were going to give me, the handed me the key to another room. Both rooms smelled good but your feet stick to the floor everywhere you go and there is no carpet in the rooms. The room door would not lock. Only the top latch lock. However I didnt want to upset the staff. Not whatIi expected from a Wyndham. For the price, I was disappointed.

    DO NOT BOOK! Do yourself a favor and save the headache by avoiding this place totally. We never made it past the lobby and was asked to leave by the same lady that we checked in with. After checking in we went to dinner so we never went to the room. When we returned the front doors were broken (she said locked and to use the key card, that didn’t work) and wouldn’t open but a few inches so we tried to give a friendly nudge and she lost her mind and opened them from the desk. If you ask me it’s a trap to give people a hard time. When she asked us to leave I said gladly after you give me a refund. She refused and called the police (so she says) and told them a name of the hotel that was not the name of this one and stated it was alcohol related. I quickly corrected her as I had not been drinking and again asked for a refund. She repeated I would not get a refund. We waited over 30 minutes for the police to come and they never showed up but I needed to find another room for the night so we left. The next day I disputed the charge with my bank (I should have used a credit card, it would have been easier) and was granted the refund. After we got home from the trip I decided to look up the reviews on many other platforms and to my surprise there are deep dark secrets about this place. Don’t let the beauty of this place fool you, let the no cars in the parking lot tell you everything you need to know and steer clear of this place. There should be a zero star option.

    Decent hotel but def not beats being advertised. No continental Bradstreet cofffee maker in room not working and no where to get coffee downstairs due to restaurant being closed. Pool was closed no water in hot tub 35$ fee for jets in tub. Ummm no. Nick Saban must run the bldg. doors lock at 8. If you get caught with a pet or smoking it’s 250 and you’re getting kicked out. Lol!

    The lady at the front desk was on a phone call and barely spoke English. She took my credit card and ID without telling me what she was doing. She tapped my credit card for a payment without asking for permission or tell me what the payment was for. She handed me one room key, did not tell me where my room was or how to get there. The hotel had no A/C, water stains in the ceilings everywhere you looked. Walls were covered in condensation and texture was falling off in many areas. When I walked into the room, there was a nasty musky smell. Poor lighting did not help either. The bed was not made properly which made me wonder what else was not cleaned properly. I immediately turned around and went to the lobby to demand a cancellation and refund. The lady at the front desk was still on the phone and told me she could not do anything. I demanded the Name, Contact Number and Email to the Hotel Management and the lady at the front acted like she had no information for me. She gave me the phone number the front desk and told me again she had no other information. After multiple questions she finally gave me an email I could try to reach out to. This hotel is poorly maintained and does not match what was advertised. I would appreciate someone contact me ASAP to discuss retribution. I had to book at a different hotel last minute in order to have a safe, clean place to stay.

    We arrived several hours early and did not check in until 3pm; staff claimed our rooms needed to be cleaned. When we got into our rooms they were not as clean as they could have been. The hotel was empty as we never saw another guest in the 4 days we were there. We were not told renovations would be going on until we checked in. Guests are not allowed to smoke ANYWHERE on the property. If you wanted to smoke, you had to walk completely off the property - no designated area provided. No housekeeping provided at all. We had to ask to have our trash emptied, which they did, but that's all they did -- no fresh towels, no fresh sheets. In the bathtub, the drain mechinism was dismatled and sitting on the side of the bathtub. Do yourself a favor: save your money and stay somewhere else.

    I paid for 2 nights there and went up to our room. The tub was horrific. Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Visible dirt all the way around the tub. I was refused a refund when i checked out early. Staff was very rude and incorporative. I gave it 1 star because there isnt an option worse than that. Just dont go there. There was no staff available after 11pm until 9am.

    I did like the space. So much to work with. It was dark outside & the bathroom in our room was dirty the sink had hair in it. The front desk lady told us we had to be there by 12pm because she needed to go home. The hot tub looked to be working but it was half full & dirty. I believe it was a big machine beside the hotel but it was very loud the entire time beside the pool. They definitely need to disclosed this information because I booked this hotel for the hot tub specifically. I’m very disappointed

    The air conditioning in the building was broken so the hallways and elevators were sweltering hot. Thankfully the room ac worked great. The lady at the front desk wasn’t that friendly, but I didn’t have to deal with her that much.     Finally someone came out and checked us in. Headed to the room and the elevator and common areas were hot and humid. Only a/c was a blower unit at the front desk. The room was also hot, a/c unit was blowing hot air even at 62°. When it cut on and off it sounded like a truck driving thru the room.     Air-conditioner was not working anywhere except our room , which i was thankful. Old and outdated inside. Resturant was closed, permanently. Staff was helpful and gave us more pillows and a chair we asked for. Location was nice.

    This property was rather run down and there was no fitness center, despite the label of one in the hallway. The restaurant was never open, there was a tattered leather chair in the room, and the A/C did not work in the common areas. It served the purpose of a 2-day stay just fine and was a convenient location to the beach and to breakfast spots, but I would not want to stay there again.

    DO NOT BOOK! The website pictures are deceiving. Upon check-in, the front desk lady had a horrible attitude and talked down to me like I was incompetent. While walking to my room, I saw the restaurant was closed and looked like it was abandoned and neglected, like the rest of the hotel… the lights in my room’s bathroom didn’t work so they had to move me to another room as they had no one on-site to fix the issue. The next room looked like they decorated with furniture from a dumpster. Pieces of the chair were all over the floor! There was NO WAY I was sitting on either of these chairs, let alone sleep in the bed that looked dirty and stained. The vibe here was very sketchy and I felt uncomfortable in many ways. I ended up leaving even though I was there for a total of 45 min while changing in the first place. Currently trying to get a refund… front desk lady was not helpful.

    Check-in was so long, both guest had issues and staff could not solve issues. One guest stated she worked for Wyndham and wanted the corporate rate. Instead of letting other guest check-in, she just kept complaining. Then in the room, the decor was old and partially covered up. Also there was no soap in the bathroom, the dispenser was empty. The only containers contained oil and lotion, nothing with soap.

    Terrible experience go to check in they wanted a 50 dollar deposit no problem. Get to room after being at the beach all day go to take a shower and there are for prints of feet with some black substance and pubic hair all over the tub. The small couch in the room should've been replaced years ago if i was the owner i would be embarrassed to even let anyone stay there. Then the next morning my phone goes off they done pulled another 50 dollars for no reason. Go up front to ask about it and the guy was really rude no apologies sorry for your inconvenience nothing. That really upset me then he proceeds to tell me it's going to take 4 to 5 days to return to my card when 50 of it should've never been taken out in the first place. WILL NOT BE BACK AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

    It was ok, but I wouldn’t stay again. Clean enough, but basic, basic,basic. You can hear everything from your floor - slamming doors, kids running, even after 10:00. The jet engine that passes for an air conditioner made regulating the temperature in the room a challenge. Dated hotel that needs many upgrades. Disappointing Wyndham property.

    If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The room was filthy—dust everywhere, stains on the sheets, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in weeks. To make matters worse, the air conditioning didn’t work, making the room unbearably hot and uncomfortable. When we brought it up to the front desk, the staff was not only unhelpful but also downright rude. They didn’t offer a solution, nor did they even bother to apologize. The customer service here is nonexistent. On top of that, there was no daily housekeeping. We had to ask for fresh towels, and even then, it felt like we were inconveniencing them. It’s clear that this hotel has zero regard for its guests. Save yourself the headache and book somewhere else. This place is a complete disaster.

    I had checked in on line before I got there, to find out that nothing was done. There was one person working in the hotel, and I had to wait 25 minutes at the front desk. I got to my room and the TV would not turn on, went down to the front desk to get a different remote, and I waited another 20 minutes to get another one. Came back upstairs, and the tv turned on but would not change the channel or volume. Went back down stairs and asked for another room, and she said no. She told me that she would come to my room and "fix" it. An hour and a half later she did bring another remote. By that time I was going to bed. The next morning, the shower pressure was extremely low and I couldn't rinse off. The coffee maker also didn't work in the morning. I also checked to see if my reward points were applied, and they were not? Extremely disappointing at best!!

    Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great.

    This has been our worse experience in a hotel in Jacksonville. At check in time the front desk person argued with me for having my service dog with me , stating the owners don’t allow any pets even If they are service dogs, she finally check us in , spend one night out of the 3 nights I paid for and at 5:30 am the security lady kicked us out of the property saying the owners didn’t want no dogs and did t care it was a service anymal . My fiancé and I packed up and left I haven’t heard anything back from the owner and they still owe me my 2 nights . Horrible place horrible people and the rooms are falling apart with old furniture. If u love your pets Don’t ever stay there .

    This was the absolute worst place I have ever paid someone to stay in. The furniture from the oversized chair to the desk chair was peeling and disgusting. The carpet was dirty and stained, the bed frame had been duct taped, and the shower curtain was full of mold. We were informed that we had to arrive before 12am after traveling almost 8 hours from North Carolina to ensure that we could check in, only to be met with these accommodations. We got up the next morning and told the staff that we were checking out due to the conditions. I had photos that she refused to look at and told me that she would let someone in management know. Honestly, I think they know well the condition of what it is that they are offering. DO NOT STAY HERE!

    Chicken was slow and unfriendly. Room was clean but a few hangars left on the floor and the occasional chair in bad shape. Needs recovering or replacement. No do not disturb tag. Restaurant closed. Snack room that disclaims open until 12am was locked and the desk clerc was snarky, telling emphatically she was working with a check-in and I would have to it four 20 minutes. Wifi password did not work and I was told I could work in the lobby if I liked. I did not like.

    The furniture was garage sale cast offs. There was hair on the shower wall. The TV never worked and the WiFi only worked for minutes and then was dropped. The restaurant was not opened and no Continental breakfast. The carpeting in the hallways were grossly filthy. And upon leaving our neighboring travelers had similar complaints.

    The receptionist was wonderful, however the lobby and furniture was shabby and worn, we get out of the elevator (one of two was working) and the carpets were stained, ripped and hadn’t been vacuumed. We open the door to the room, and the first thing we noticed was the chair was extremely worn. And they attempted to cover the damage by a dirty cover up. The next thing we noticed, was the black mold on the wall. We decided right there to leave and requested a refund. We are still waiting to hear back on that.

    This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I checked out 45 minutes after getting to my room. The hotel is trash, worn furniture, rooms overwhelmed with bleach, pool was green, place smelt as soon as I walked in. The bed had pieces missing from the headboard, the desk chair was ragged and worn out. The windows curtains was broken, there was paint smudge on the wall. I will never stay in this hotel, I would rather sleep in my vehicle. The hotel is disgusting. I wish I was a way to give them less than one star.

    This property should not be carrying the Wyndham name. It may have been a Wyndham someday, but it is no more. Blinds were broken. Empty tissue box with one tissue on top of the tissue box holder so it looked like there were tissues. No toilet paper or very little. Very unfriendly at times. The price was right, but the hotel wasn’t.

    Super creepy, not at all like the photos. Every amenity they have was either closed or “being repaired”. There was a padlock on the pool, when we asked the front desk attendant about it she said “there was just a shift change, I have no idea”. The next morning, there was a sign that stated you had to pay $30 plus tax to use the hot tub. The hot tub was one of the only reasons I booked the hotel, so that definitely made my birthday trip a little less fun. There was also almost no one staying at the hotel, it was just a completely odd and slightly uncomfortable experience. It was fine as a place to sleep and leave for the day, that’s really the only thing I would recommend this hotel for. I wish that I had read the other reviews people left before booking, if I had I would’ve gone with another hotel altogether. Whoever said this hotel is a money laundering scheme….I believe it!!

    We got to the room though and first issue was that it was a single king bed but I booked a 2 bed room. I went down to the front desk and she said she can’t switch it and gave us a pillow and blanket so 2 of the kids could make a pallet. The chairs were both peeling badly and stains EVERYWHERE. Whatever, let’s just swim. We head down to find the pool area padlocked. Back to the front desk. She then let us know it’s completely closed down. We booked another hotel and while waiting for Uber 2 other families came down complaining about things. I still haven’t been refunded and don’t know if they’ll approve the refund. Horrible experience

    This hotel is worn down and outdated. Carpeting throughout the hotel was stained and worn. The first room I was in had black mold coming from the air duck from the ceiling, the leather furniture in the room was pealing and worn out. The hotel put couch covers on it for a quick fix. Top it off, I found a burnt cigarette hole on the comforter of the bed. They switched me to a king size room from a queen, which was cleaner but the same issue with the leather furniture and the stain carpet. Last but not lease, the walls are paper thin where you can hear everything. Never coming back here again.

    Eventually checked in and given the keys to a room, walk the dubiously stained hallway to the room and open the door - it STINKS of cigarettes - as if someone had just put one out in the room. Return to reception to complain and ask for another room to be told I don't know what other rooms are available - I'll have to go and check and then immediately offered a refund... Of course being booked by hotels.com, I have to apply for the refund indirectly. No Wi-Fi, hot tub 'closed for maintenance', no restaurant, no bar... this place is in serious decline. Avoid at all costs!!!

    Horror movies should film here! To take the elevator to the 3rd floor, you had to get in one elevator and send it up, jump out,then push the up arror again, because 1st one didn't go to 3rd floor. The halls looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in 5 years. My a/c didn't work, but I was too afraid to call for help because it seemed i was the only one on the 3rd floor. Furniture was faux leather and it was peeling. Expedia should not give this one star, let alone 3.

    Direct TV didn’t work the whole stay . The furniture was scratched up. Reported to front desk and no maintenance person came at all. Didn’t get the names but the management of this Hotel need to get a refresher training on Hospitality. In my profession I am an Auditor. This Hotel and some of the Staff would have failed. Sad part is I knew the Owner before he passed. He wouldn’t be Happy at All with the way This Hotel has went down .

    The property was very run down on the inside, carpets dirty and the chair in the room was worn through on the armrests. Very out of date. Reception was very rude. The bed was ok and the sheets were clean. The parking lot was empty because there are only about 3 other guests at the hotel.
