    I thought it was closed... like the property next door. Bad area. Very dated facility, toilet rocked, paint was old, poor lighting in and out. I could see through the towels they handed me when I checked in. The tiny shampoo packet was dried up so I used the tiniest piece of soap I've ever seen. There was a $20 cash deposit on the room- for what I don't know- that I got back on check out.

    You should not offer this hotel on your site. Front desk hands out individual towels to guests. Sink was dirty. No hot water. Tub dangerously slippery.

    When I opened the door, I was threatened by the drunk inside (a "weekly" resident who refused to accept that a mistake was made. He followed me back to the check-in, threatening me the whole way. When I finally got a room, it stank, had no chair, table or trash can, and most of the electricity didn't work. Then, when I stepped outside, the same drunken young man continued to threaten me!!! The receptionist witnessed his criminal behavior, but did nothing about it. Nor did they do anything about my room. I hid in my room from this criminal for quite some time. There is no ice machine. I was told it had been stolen. This slum tenemant should be closed down, and its owners prosecuted for allowing unsafe long term residents to abuse guests, as well as for failing to uphold basic standards. I feared for my safety for staying at the "JAX". Every website MUST discontinue offering this unsafe, unclean, broken down dump.

    The staff was amazing the property on the other hand was not suitable. It was dirty there was blood on the sheets on one bed. The toilet looked like it was coming up. And I saw roaches. I only wish I would have gotten pictures . Had it not been for the hurricane I wouldn’t have stayed there.

    When we arrived there was water leaking from the toilet, dirty in the tub & linens in the room which is weird because they give you your towels upon arrival. The spring was completely pulled from one side of the mattress, & a huge dip in the bed, the door from bottom & down wasn't lined up & the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking. Shortly after I arrived I went to the desk the lady asked what time we would like maintenance. I asked preferably after 12pm seeing we would not have been situated and unpacked til around 3am. They came knocking around 10am. We asked if they could come back in a little bit we waited ALL day finally we spoke with the maintenance which was the same guy who knocked and said we refused service which we never did. I am so happy that the second day we were there the lady was able to help us and my husband was able to go get the mattress from wherever they stored it.

    We booked this hotel room online while evacuating from hurricane Milton. We arrived at 3 AM walked in, examined the room and immediately left. There were no sheets on the bed and no toilet paper in the bathroom. The entire room was filthy. We did not feel comfortable staying in the room, so we slept in our car and checked into another hotel in the morning

    The 1st room I got the TV was broke with lines throughout it. The clerk offered me another room which had cigarettes butts floating the toilet and it wouldn't shut off and THAT TV was also broke. Third room was ok. Bed was so springy and dippy and there was water on the floor by my bathtub and I didn't even run the shower because I was provided with NO towels. I will not stay here again.

    The front desk clerk was busy outside talking to random street people and almost refused to check me in until I said I already had a reservation. The condition of the lobby seems like it has been run down for years i’ve kept her clean on a regular basis. I was told not to answer the door for anyone except for the front desk person and not let any random females in my room it’s a very dangerous part of town. I open the door to my room to see a it grimy and unkept. The final straw was there was roaches crawling all over the room so I went back to the front desk and asked for a refund which they would not implement.

    Please return the money. I couldn't stop there and for a minute everything was in a terrible state. There is a mess and dirty everywhere from the three rooms that I was shown, the air conditioners did not work and there was nothing in the rooms from the declared one (towel, refrigerator, microwave, etc.)

    Worst experience ever. Dirty hotel room. Burn holes on comforters. No fitted sheet on beds. Hotel staff took forever to check me in . People just loitering on the stairs and hallways. I did not feel safe and had no other choice but to check out after a few hours .

    Will never stay at this property myself and would never suggest this property to any one I know. The staff including management needs training in customer service. The clerk reacted to me like we were on the street corner but then here comes the manager which was no better, she made the situation worse. Im over it now, was pretty upset, but I paid the price, lost 60 bucks, sad thing is im the customer the one contributing to thier paycheck and they treated me like crap. Maybe thier checks should reflect -60 dollars so we all learn a lesson. Lol. Doubt that happens. No worries its obvious they dont need my business.

    There were people walking around at all hours of the night being loud. I was awoken at 4 AM one night by a man screaming. The Wifi connecting was spotty at best and BARELY worked. I had planned on staying an additional day and working from my room but I am glad I didn't since it would had not been possible. Finally, the breakfast was not "continental" in any way. There was some bread (plain white bread) with jelly, coffee, and cereal. Overall, not very appetizing.

    I left after the first night because I didn't feel like this was a safe environment. although the television came on the remote didn't work properly. There were no restaurants near the hotel and the vending machines didn't take credit cards. I stayed one night. I was visiting relatives and didn't want to inconvenience them which is why I was staying at the hotel but I was afraid to leave my luggage in the room unoccupied. it was a total waste of money. The continental breakfast was dry cereal and packaged danish that was distributed at the front desk toast and juice which I welcomed since the only other place to get a meal was at the gas station across the boulevard. it was also 30 miles away from the airport. This hotel should not have been a advertised selection. it was in a horrible part of town with absolutely no convenience to a traveler unless they are into getting mugged.! i should be awarded a refund!

    stay was ok. room had some issues. bathroom floor tile was cracked and it made the to let wabble. there was a soft spot in the floor by the ac, flooring was broke and you sunk a little bit. beds were great. housekeeping was nice and friendly.

    The staff was rude and unhelpful. Half of the lights in the room did not work. The room had a bad odor. However, it was relatively clean, the beds were comfortable, the room had a refrigerator which was nice, there was plenty of hot water and the bathroom was in good condition. And the price was right.

    There were people fighting half the night. Those same people would throw trash in the parking lot. Not to mention the drug deal we seen going on. Looked like prostitution was going on. I had children with me. This was suppose to be kid friendly bit I didn't think it was by what was going on. Oh and the pool being closed. That was one of tge reasons i stayed tgete was for the pool for tge grandbabies. Needless to say I was not to happy with my stay.

    The pool was out of service and was a main reason i booked with this hotel.... the place was very dirty had mold in the bathroom the bathroom sink was coming of the wall. The bed was comfy the sheets were clean but the top blanket was dirty and smelled bad... also there was only one pillow it's ok if you are looking for just a place to stop and sleep that's about it... the lady at the desk was very rude when asked about the pool situation... I expressed that needs to be put on the website for people to know and she placed the blame on the site I booked with and told me she did not have to update that info.

    Burn holes in bedspread and blanket. Bedspreads, blankets that are exhibiting burn holes should be replaced. Poor housekeeping practice. Whoever burnt those holes should have been charged with buying new ones for the hotel when discovered after their stay. It was a smoking room but that does not mean guests should be allowed to burn holes in the bedspeads and blankets.

    The price and location was perfect for this trip. When I opened my room, there was a strong smell of smoke and mildew. I should have asked for another room, but I didn't. The room seemed to be clean, and the A/C reduced the smell to a tolerable level.

    It is located in a semi-industrial area, but it was not at all noisy. The hotel itself was well-lit and felt secure enough. I had no issues. My room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as expected.

    I booked 2 rooms for me and my family. The first rooms one was still dirty and uncleaned. The other smelled like black mold. So i go back to office. The woman at the desk was very helpful and gave me and my guest another room. But my room still had mold smell. Not as bad. The other room was ok. I said okay we will stay if no other problems arise. The water smelled rotten. And throughout the night I had killed some roaches. Beds were hard and when I pulled the sheets up you could see stains on bed. I only stayed one night and that was enough for me. Never would I return here!!! There were people selling drugs out the rooms. I felt like it was the hood spot for taking someone to get a quicky or something. Yuck!!!

    First, I walked into the Lobby and handed the desk attendant my confirmation and she stated "I don't need that unless you want me to throw it away in a very sarcastic rude tone. I just ignored her unprofessional statement and handed her my I.D. and continued with the check-in. When I returned to the room later I noticed that there was a lot of activity that appeared to be calls girls coming and going. The next morning I went down for the continental breakfast and they only had cold cereal and coffee and juice. The other containers were empty, I assumed they had pastries and muffins in them. I would not stay here again and you should not send your customers there.

    It was my second time .The first time ,I just let it go because the manager said it was new staff. However this time,the same staff and it was awful again. Every time I went to get coffee there was never any coffee made. There was no breakfast food at 8:00, 8:30 or 9:00 am . Ask the clerk about it and she said ,she would get to it when she had time. So, I left with nothing to eat . TV did not work, missed 30 minutes of my show. Called 3 times to front desk and they would not pick up the phone and all I wanted was an extra pillow ,because they really suck . I use to take my own pillow with me however so afraid of bed bugs can not do that any more. I really believe you should take them off your list. Tried to get things from the vending machine and they were all empty. The 3 pm desk clerk told me as I was waiting on my realtor to pick me they cater to truck drivers. Ask for the manager when I checked out and the clerk told me he was not there. Very sad and totaling embarrassing to Hotel.com

    The staff were wonderful, was a little concerned when the security guy told us he was also the maintenance man...the room/bathroom could use a good deep cleaning, the floors were filthy like they have never been cleaned. Bathroom could use a good cleaning as well, and they do not come in and change linens or anything just came in and left 1 clean towel. This would be okay for a quick over night stay but defiantly not a extended stay.

    A buddy and myself stayed here after an all day concert. The area seemed a little sketchy since both the gas station across the street and the hotel lobby locked their doors after 11:30 and all interactions had to be done through a window and a slot. I was disappointed because I thought I had booked a room with two double beds, and I even called the hotel to confirm several days before but there was only one bed and they were fully booked of course so they couldn't make any changes. They did bring a spare cot to the room, which was nice of them. The room wasn't much to write home about, but it was clean and we slept well without any issues.

    Worst hotel ever. I had to wait with my kids for about 45 minutes just to get chicken because they couldn't find my reservation. Was given a room with dirtiest sheets dirty bathroom, And then I had to get switched to another room which smelled but the sheets were clean. I would never ever stay here again!!! The breakfast, might of well not even offer one!!!

    When I drove up everyone was standing outside smoking. I got out the car and realized that I had to go to the window (instead of them telling me they walked inside and I read the note on the door). Once I started talking to then everything ran smoothly. The room was very clean, although the neighborhood wasn't so good it was really quiet. They had new sheets and carpet. Overall my stay was good.

    Room was small, but clean. The bed was a bit hard, but I slept well. The breakfast consisted of white bread and Frosted Flakes, and not being able to eat sugar, I skipped it. But a decent motel for the price.
