The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, I have no complaints about that. The CARPET in the room is filthy! We walked barefoot for a few minutes and our feet were black. Also, I let my baby crawl around for about 10 min, because he was tired of sitting in a car seat all day, and his knees and socks were also black from the dirty carpet. I’m not over exaggerating. I even took photos to show to the hotel management, but there was no management there that day. Also, the room was not well ventilated and it felt wet the entire time, no matter how low we set the temp to. The sheets and pillows felt “wet”. I would not come here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and nobody made our bed all they do is just change the towel for the first day and throw the trash out then we have to get our towels in the front desk thereafter but breakfast is okay

Surprisingly good location. Staff very friendly. Older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast has a nice assortment of items. I would definitely stay here again.

I didnt like how the room smelt like mold, and had so much moisture in the room, it made it uncomfortable, I complained about it, but was told that all rooms were like that and that they are trying to get the new owner to fix the issue.

The breakfast was good, but the biggest acid in this property is the people that run the front desk the gentleman in the evening very nice very casual and very attentive. That’s the kind of stuff that Old people look for. It wasn’t really much to dislike if I would add something I believe their workout facility. The gym needs a little upgrade. The TV ain’t working on those treadmills. You might wanna look at that other than that it’s pretty good.

Not much to say. Everything was fine. The elevator was a bit outdated and getting an Uber was interesting. The hotel is set back and gps takes you a weird way.

Shower did not drain properly. The parking lot was not well lit at all. The electrical in the room wasn't working well. I plugged the iron into the outlet and the power to the TV went away. Just all around mid.

Room had no running water. Was told by hotel staff to pursue a refund with hotels.com. I'm told by Hotels.com the hotel manager isn't available to approve a refund. A room for 6 without working plumbing is terrible!!!

Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the coffee was very good. Glad you offered turkey sausage, but you should look for a little better brand. This brand is not very tasty. A little picky, but felt I should share. Also, one side of the toaster was not working, and the pancake machine was not functioning properly.

Staff was great and the property itself was very well maintained. Rooms were clean and ready to go. Drove to the hotel for a cruise and it was in a great spot. Close enough to everything we needed and wanted to do(beach,restaurants.) Parking was very reasonable as well for the cruise portion. Will stay here moving forward.

Our rest was interrupted by a 1 a.m. call from front desk asking us to lower the noise level. We were all asleep, TV off, no other devices making any sort of sounds were on in our room. They should have investigated the noise disturbance complaint from another guest by actually walking to the respective room/s, not by assuming the other guest was correct in their approximation of where the noise was coming from and gratuitously disturb 2 adults and 1 child who drove 700 miles that day and were sound asleep in our room. Not professional, not showing much care for the comfort of the guests.

My kids got bug bites, the phone in the room didn’t work and the breakfast was terrible.

Just minor things...sink drain slow, a little nail polish smeared on floor, usb sockets broke, thermostat would not pair with PTAC unit. I needed a razor and they were out.

The hotel appears to be older, but in good repair. It is beginning to get a little rough around the edges. Paint peels here and there, and the bathroom fixtures were corroding and showing their age. Overall, the room was well-appointed and clean. One thing that struck me as needing improvement. The bath towels were the same size as the towel provided as a bath mat, and the same brand and type. You actually needed at least two to dry off, and you might have used one that saw the bottoms of someones feet. Yuck!

I did not know there was an animal fee as this website just states "pet friendly" so we stayed with our two small dogs. I received a phone call on the second day stating we needed to pay the 80$ for the dogs which we had no problem doing once we got back to the hotel. Once we arrived to the hotel we found that we were locked out of our room with all our belongings inside because we hadn't paid this fee that we weren't even aware of . This management group is ridiculous and has no tact. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. We were there to collect a dead family members ashes and these low life's made the experience even worse. They were so unprofessional and disgusting.

Room was right beside the elevator (noise did not bother us), ice/vending machine did not work, went to 1st floor to get ice, no ice machine had to go to 2nd or 3rd floor for ice. The amenities available were not that many but someone put in the research to hit the average need of consumers. The issue I have in the maintaining of the bathroom. The shower head had low pressure. I'm guessing that is from the calcium build up on the shower head. There was also green corrosion on the shower heads. In the room itself, a decent amount of tech assisted items were very helpful.

We decided to stay at a hotel for the night because we were having some issues with our water at the house and we all needed to get a shower. We stayed in room 207. Was a little disappointed when the tub wouldn’t drain after our showers.

The hotel was gross. It was dirty and run down. The pool was disgusting—and closed. The breakfast was not good and most things were out. We had to wait for coffee, for eggs, for bacon, and for cinnamon rolls. If you wanted fruit loops you were in luck. Couldn’t get out of there fast enough.

Hard to find the turn for the hotel since it's literally behind the dealership. Also the lights is not sufficient, its too dim and dark, not something you want from a hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, clean, and on the newer side.

The desk lamp did not work as it had apparently been taken apart to be repaired and not put completely back together. The TV worked fine but the TV remote control selector was held together by rubber bands because its battery cover was missing.

God's Gracious Morning. I am up at 5:39am writing this review. I want to start by saying that I've stayed at an IHzg hotel in Oneonta, NY which was amazing from top to bottom. So I was like great we'll stay at 1 the day b4 our cruise in FL. (We had 3 rooms-12ppl) Where do I start. We walked into a cold lobby to check in but that could've just been us coming from outside. Got there and rooms weren't ready no problem wait wasn't long. When we got to room we knew why. The rooms smelled like stale, dry, moldy, water and cigarettes - non smoking hotel btw. In my room the cushions on the couch were torn and the cotton was coming out. Those were the first 2 things I reported to front desk (the lady was great btw). Nothing they could do about smell but maintenance came and changed couch cushions only for him to say couch linens weren't changed - SMDH). We endured only staying for 1 night. Next Bathtub stopper wouldn't stay up so when you took shower the dirty water didn't drain from tub left soapy scum around tub. Went down to front desk she gave my a bottle of cleaner and rag for tub. Came up cleaned tub and was like only 1 night. We were on 2nd floor and it sounded like there were 100 kids just running back and forth until about 2am, needless to say we complained about 4 times to front desk I had to go down the 1st 2 times because phone didnt work. The tv also didn't work they came and fixed both they said kids play with phone and make prank calls and tv needs to be reset.

The front desk attendant Darren was extremely friendly and helpful. He set the tone for a great experience. The hotel was clean and inviting. The room was spacious and very clean. Amenities such as shampoo and conditioner were plentiful. We were allowed a late check out at no extra charge. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything is good

The amenities were quite sparse. No hairdryer in room and they seemed annoyed when I requested one. Sheets for fold-out bed were thrown loosely into bad that made them seem unwashed. Mattress cover was in vad shape, shredded in places.

Walls and doors in disrepair. In-room safe was floating on the closet floor, unsecured and w/o power. Informed the desk; no Maintenace dept on weekends.

This Holiday inn was very clean! The front desk staff were so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast selection was awesome.

The people working there were friendly and nice. Our room had stuff in it, left by previous occupants. We had a dead cockroach in our bathroom on 2 different days (at least they were dead). Some outlets didn't work. Pretty good breakfast. Convenient location.

I was disappointed that their pancake machine was not in service and they did not make fresh oatmeal.
