    Room was dirty. Bathroom are like motel bathrooms. They were dirty, toilets have poop stains. The cost of the breakfast was to high. I can get the same breakfast in a hotel that offered for free. Do not recommend this hotel to travelers.

    My bathroom wasn’t clean hair was all over the shower and my room was vacuum at all the beds were made fresh but far as the rest of the room no. And I am a Hilton rewards member. Also the next morning at check out front desk ring my line profusely and it was only 11:00am right at check out. I won’t be visiting here again .

    Booked 2 rooms for an extended weekend. Rooms were clean, staff was amazing! Parking was a bit of a surprise @25.00 a day, but car was safe in the parking garage. Hilton is always my first choice when traveling they, haven't let me down let.

    I can’t say what an enjoyable stay we had. Only one slight deterent. Upon entering our room, there was water on the floor due to the refrigerator being turned down. The staff came in right away and resolved the problem.

    From the moment I made my reservation, I sent an email several days in advance requesting that my room be ready upon arrival, as I would be driving approximately five hours from Miami. I was informed that an early check-in might be possible, with an additional fee, if I arrived before noon. Despite this confirmation, when I arrived, my room was not ready. At the front desk, I was asked to wait standing while the receptionist handled multiple phone calls, clearly overwhelmed due to understaffing. When I mentioned the prior email confirmation, I was told that what had been written in the email did not matter and that the King bed room was not available. As a result, I was given a room with two Queen beds, which was not what I had reserved. Additionally, I was not informed in advance that parking required an additional fee. To make matters worse, the parking key did not work on two separate occasions when exiting the garage, forcing me to return to the front desk both times to have the issue addressed. Unfortunately, the issues did not stop there. That evening, loud music from a nearby nightlife venue across the street continued late into the night (10 PM, 11 PM, midnight, and even past 1 AM), making it impossible to rest. I traveled to Jacksonville specifically for a cycling event and needed to wake up at 5:30 AM. Due to the excessive noise, I was unable to sleep and therefore could not wake up as planned. Given this overall experience, I will be checking out early today and will be canceling the remaining night through PayPal. I respectfully request a refund for the night I will not be staying. Additionally, I would like to mention that the breakfast quality was extremely poor and far below expectations. This stay has been extremely disappointing.     The toilet had an issue when we checked in and the bottom of the toilet was brown and my daughter didn’t want to use it as it looked dirty! The bath need fixed/replaced it had peeling enamel and it looked dirty. The elevator was also not clean and just overall felt the hotel needed a really good clean!

    The cleaning was nasty… I can’t believe a price hotel put me in that situation. I just realized my nightstand wasn’t cleaned, I complained nothing was done. In the morning I saw the headboard of the bed was with nasty things on. This is so shame for a hotel that supposed to have quality

    The common door between the room wasn't very well insulated and i was awaken by guests who were calling escorts and performing sexual behavior. Between that and the noise outside the room, hallway, and elevators, it wasn't highly recommended as somewhere I'd stay in the future.

    I booked a king room, not sure why we were put in a handicap accessible room. some of the tile trim was separating. when we checked in, we were also charged an additional $50 fee. when parking you can pull straight into the garage but to get out you use the room key, if not you have to pay to leave. the hotel is combined with another but have 2 separate entrances. the bed was extremely comfortable. breakfast is not included. they have a restaurant/ bar in the lobby that is nice, and the bartender Jose was wonderful and makes excellent drinks! overall it was a nice, comfortable stay for the night. 4/5

    When my husband and I checked in, we asked for a quiet room away from the elevator. They put us in a room right near a loud bar, and after midnight, in our pajamas, we had to pack up and move rooms. The night clerk was very helpful. She even stated that she always tries to place guests away from that bar on the weekends because of the noise. However, when I subsequently called the hotel manager, Jeff Mercado, he was very rude and did not want to help us or offer us any compensation for our tremendous inconvenience. We have been Hilton Honors members for many years, and we were treated very poorly by Mr. Mercado who should be trying to make amends for his clerk's lack of training or ignorance placing us in this very noisy room requiring a middle of the night move. A hotel run by a non customer service oriented manager like Mr. Mercado is a hotel to avoid.

    This hotel is very run down. You can tell they are renovating but I have stayed in many of the hotels in the area and this one left alot to offer. The rooms were ok and clean but the lobby is falling apart the breakfast area is about 104 degrees and the halls and ceiling tiles falling. Pool area is a very basic pool. Breakfast was very good that i have to say! Although it ends very early and you cant take anything to your room so for those with children that like a sleep past 8am good luck.

    When we got in our room the tv didn’t work so had to call maintenance. Previous snacks from other people found under the tv upon entry. The bed felt dirty. The pool was smaller than appeared in photos and we thought breakfast was included but wasn’t.

    For what we spent on this room, I was disappointed that we couldn't get room service. We called to find a menu and they said it was on the website but it wasn't. Called again and that person said we couldn't get room service because they were too busy. We went down to the restaurant and ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers and said to call when they were ready and we would come get them. We got the call and went to get them which were barely warm and one had bacon and one without. Also the tv went out. Do not plan on staying at a Hilton ever again.

    The front desk staff was great. That’s about where it end. I was placed in a handicap room for some reason. The fridge didn’t work and ruined our left overs and food we purchased for breakfast as the breakfast meal is super expensive for just add water eggs and such. Our room was never cleaned or towels restocked for some reason. Bed was not comfortable at all and the blankets are stupid thin and hard to figure out as they are fitted to the bed. Then to be woken up in the early hours by the loud Cuban staff shouting at each other down the hallways all morning while cleaning. Disappointed as we have stayed here before and didn’t have this experience on the last stay. I don’t think we will be back.

    The hotel is in a good location. Everyone says that the San Marco neighborhood is the best in Jacksonville and it's convenient to take the Skywalk or water taxis over to the stadium. The room was nicely updated and pretty large. My only complaint was that there was never coffee in the morning in the lobby. You pay for breakfast, but there was complimentary coffee and it was always empty.

    Not so good. I didn’t realize I would be playing exterminator during my stay. Three cockroaches. And the remnants of another that was killed prior but left on the carpeting. No room service available. There’s a five bar across the street playing club music until 2am which you could literally feel in the room. I asked for parking to be comped to make up for the inconvenience and was ghosted. Front desk attendants were not professional nor welcoming. Sorry sack for a Hilton brand hotel. Will not be staying again.

    We were given a horrible room when we first arrived. After seeing the room we had to convince the lady at the front that we purchased and paid for a king upgraded room. She finally gave us the room we paid for. A lamp shade fell out of the bathroom light and shuddered everywhere. I had to ask 3 x to have it vacuumed up and not swept as there were tiny pieces everywhere. Again huge attitude at the front desk.

    The room was very clean. However, there was alot of inside construction going on early in the morning. The elevators were all shut down, so we had a long walk through the sister hotel to another elevator. This was inconvenient as my husband uses a can to walk and is not very stable.     My day was absolutely terrible. The hotel is under complete renovations. It smells bad. There was a bug in my bedroom. I didn’t even take a shower because I did not feel like it was clean whatsoever. I will be following through for a reimbursement. And I have known that the elevator has were broken the pool and hot tub were Closed it was a complete disaster. I would’ve never booked. I think that was false advertisement.
