Very satisfied with all aspects of accommodations

This hotel met all my expectations. I was here to visit the Mayo Clinic. The room rate was doable. The hotel was spotless always clean, the employees are most helpful and friendly. They serve quick breakfast hot and cold offers. Very clean and abundance of food. They also have take away bags if you are on the run. The location was perfect. Close to shopping eateries and more. We will definitely stay there again. The room was clean ac worked well and plenty of plugs for phones IPads etc.

My only negative, is there was no water pressure in the shower and the shower head seemed to have some miles on it.

I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast because I woke up to find one of the most disgusting problems I've ever faced at a hotel and by the time I tried to get it addressed and dealt with, we left The unprofessional and rude staff, the fact that there was no manager on duty apparently or no way to talk to one at all, and that there was a severe biohazard in our room that my sister slept in unknowingly

This hotel is situated in a good location. Close to the beach, shopping, schools, church and family.

Location: many business and restaurants to choose from and beach just down the road: staff very professional and knowledgeable and friendly and accommodating

The staff was great! I booked a double queen and the room was clean and very spacious. The water takes forever to warm up but overall it was a great stay! Breakfast was great 😊! I loved the strawberry waffles and whip cream . Only thing I would recommend the hotel staff do is to put a rug down coming from the pool in front of the elevators cause that could really cause a slip and fall! The hotel is in a good location close to the beach 🏖️.. Thanks ! See you guys soon! 🙋‍♀️

Staff very helpful and friendly. We had a large room, but the mattresses were lumpy, and made a sleeping hit and miss. Room was cool, and freezer worked well in the room fridge. Loved the pool indoors!

I did not want to stay in a pet friendly motel. Every room had at one time or another animals in them. Our room smelled terrible. We had to go buy sanitizer to make it smell better. It did not help much. I am a good customer of Expedia but this time I am really disappointed in our room and your service.

We got this property because we could take our small dog. They do amazing with that and our room was big and spacious. We had more than enough room for our baby’s pack n play. The biggest downside was this hotel did not have hot water for our baby’s shower or any shower during our stay. It was difficult to give our baby a bath here. We were also under the impression we would get a bathtub but we got a shower. Other than this hiccup, it was a good stay and it was clean.

Everything was nice. Staff, cleanliness, breakfast...everything! 10 minutes from the beach❤️❤️ We will stay again.

The rooms were clean but had an awful smell the breakfast was horrible, the staff was nice the elevator has absolutely the worst. We were so scared to get on it seems as if i was getting stuck in between floors so we took the stairs after trying it twice. I dont think ill be staying there again.

Easy parking, nice enough property, they allowed us to check in 30 minutes early They made us feel welcome but two different times mentioned “oh you have an Expedia reservation” in a way that sounded slightly inadequate

One of the two bi-pass doors to the shower was missing. No one told us when we checked in. Mentioned it at the front desk the next morning, we were told that another door was on order. No offer of a discount of any kind. We were told that 5,000 points would be added to our Hilton Honors account but the points haven't shown up.

Friendly staff, close to everything that I needed, breakfast. Bed pillows - seems like they were starting to break down.

We are Hilton honors member when we asked for water we got a snide correction saying we don’t qualify for water but she’give some to us anyway.

The King bed room was clean and spacious. I like that Hampton Inns are similarly laid out so you know where everything is just about. The staff was very courteous. We had a group of us spanning several rooms, so the manager was super welcoming. Very nice.

The room was not worth the $134.00 cost. The A/C would come on and off all night. I awoke at 03:30 am. The bed was not comfortable. The "free" breakfast was a joke. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were lukewarm and not tasty. This misadventure convinced me to stay in a Marriott next door, like I did on my last trip to Mayo Clinic for treatment.

Furniture..chairs are very uncomfortable. Sink is very high.

Room was not ready for early check in as requested via property. The ac was set to 60 and the room smelled like a stale ashtray. The bed had springs poking at you all night. Not up to the chain standards at all.

Have stayed here many times. The room we were given again needs repair. I had zero hot showers for 5 days. Floors of room were very dirty. Pillows flat and towels small and scratchy. I’d say this place is due for an update. Staff was great. Unfortunately this will be my last stay at this hotel. Way too expensive for the shape the rooms are in.

The lady was very very helpful and accommodating for my situation at Mayo. The plumbing in the shower needed a little help but it worked fine and I'm sure if I hit mentioned it they would have given me a different room. But everything was good

Pictures of this hotel are inaccurate. Shows that they have a hot tub but that appears to be filled in and no longer there. Also the pool and hotel are undergoing renovations which is great but that would be nice to know prior to booking. Front desk staff were very friendly. Room and hotel had a musty smell.

No one came in to change out towels. Had to request them by going to the front desk.

Property was centrally located to the area we needed to be in. Overall was quiet and great for a 1 night stay. Only issue was the property was hosting many youth soccer teams and was unprepared with breakfast items running out quickly.

Room was not clean on arrival. Shower had bar soap and wet washcloths. Sheets were scratchy and pilled. Desperately needs an update.

Just had another excellent stay at this Hampton Inn. This was my fifth stay for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Jacksonville. The hotel Manager Tammy has also been very welcoming and helpful with questions I had about the area. The hotel is kept clean which I and others staying there appreciate.

Room was close to the elevator. Listened to the beeps. Nice lady at front desk switched us to a quiet room. She had to program the keys 4 times to get them to work in the door. Phone didn't work at all. I fixed it. Property is clean inside and out. A little dated. Breakfast and breakfast staff were both good.

Good location. Close to beach and Mayo Clinic. Not a ton of food places around but we managed. My only complaint, the ac in the room was extremely loud and made a lot of rattling noises which kept us awake.

We were in the area for a few days to help our daughter move. Hotel was centrally located. Easy to get to. Room was very clean and nicely appointed. We will bookmark this place as a place to stay again when we visit.

This Hampton Inn continues to exceed our expectations. We are staying in Jacksonville to go to Mayo Clinic. Tammy, the hotel manager is very attenteve to pur needs and makes sure that any needs we may have are met.

Refrigerator in room was so noisy had to wear earplugs. First room offered had a huge leak and had to change rooms.

Close to the marina but spendy for the very short time we spend there.

We spent 4 nights at the hotel and have stayed in the past. It’s a nice place at a good location with excellent breakfast. The morning staff is really nice. The blonde manager is a piece of work. They put 30.00 of snacks on my room which was a mistake. When I told the manager she said it was me and would check the camera to confirm. Obviously I wanted her to check it because it wasn’t me. When I called days later she blew me off saying again I was the party who took the snacks. This is the craziness thing because she was not there and terrible way to treat quests. Very rude person that killed the experience. We will not be going back.

Pool was closed for contruction and nothing was advertised about that. Price should have been reduced due to that.

Good hotel to stay

I booked through Hotels.com & some of the booking info did not come through to the hotel system. Tammy & Anastasia at the front desk spent 30 mins getting it figured out. They were very helpful.

Everything OK but no more. Too complicated to log onto wifi. Took a while to figure out temperature in shower. Otherwise fine.

Had a plumbing problem but was fixed in a timely manner. Everyone was friendly and courteous

This is m second time staying and just like the first time I had a great experience. I will definitely come back next I have to come to Mayo Clinic.

Water leak. Had to walk up 4 flights. I have to go to Mayo Clinic in am. No water. I expect a refund if there is no water in am.

We were staying in Jacksonville for our anniversary and were getting ready to go out to dinner to discover we could not shower to get ready for our dinner. We had to use bottled water to clean up and brush our teeth.Called front desk several times and they did not offer any solution. When w got back to our room after 9:30 p.m. the water was turned back on. I questioned the front desk as to any refund or compensation for the inconvenience, the manager stated my request was sent to management.

Stayed one night as I had an appointment at the Mayo Clinic. There was no air conditioning in our room and no room to move to. Will not being staying there again!!

The coffee pot was dirty and there was no hot water. Several guests(from all floors) experienced the same. Apparently this was the entire building

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was OK; however, the bathroom needs a renovation. The paper wall in the bathtub was coming off, and the shower was barely warm.

Only complaint was the card readers on the outside doors would not hardly work at all, and you had to walk around to the front of the building

We have stayed at this property many times! They are now catering a bit more for Mayo--you need to contact the hotel directly by phone to get a Mayo rate. That was the reason for my travel to JAX. Breakfast was very fresh & good!
