Reviews
The hotel is undergoing renovations, which has led to some inconveniences such as limited parking and construction noise. However, the staff, particularly those in charge of breakfast, are frequently praised for their friendliness and helpfulness.
- Friendly and helpful staff, especially during breakfast
- Convenient location for some guests
- Renovations causing inconveniences such as limited parking and construction noise

You could tell the room was clean thr second you walked in. The staff was very helpful when ever we had an issue. Breakfast was excellent and had a good variety. Having to pay for parking at a hotel you are staying at seems weird.
- 4/5
Breakfast was ok.. not much of a breakfast person. Nice room. Very clean. The gate to the parking lot would not open, even for 2 different employees. Needs work.

Well, the property was alright except for the $15.00 per day fee for parking that wasn't known before check-in. I would not mind it if it were secure; unfortunately, my small cooler was stolen out of the back of my truck along with all my drinks. I know a lot of people will say I should know better. You're right, but paying that price for the Room and then extra for the parking, I should have peace of mind.
- 5/5
Room and bathroom were very clean. All the staff members that we ran into were professional and very pleasant.

It smells terrible. Housekeeping lady had bad actitudes!
- 5/5
All good
- 3.5/5
Good location, there are restaurants and bars around the area or San Marco is a 20min walk away. Breakfast had a good selection of food. Tea and coffee are available too. They have a water station next to the lobby which was so useful! Staff were so lovely and helpful. The pool isn’t very well maintained there is dirt and leaves that aren’t cleaned out, and only two sunbeds.
- 3/5
Overall the stay was good. So first the staff was great. What I didn’t like was the property maintenance of the entrance and outside in general. I don’t know what’s going on with the spiders and insect problem at the front entrance, etc. but there was a ton of something going like sacs and creepy looking things from some kind of insect. It freaked out my wife. Another thing I completely hated paying for parking separately that should be included with the cost of the room! Overall, the day was OK could be much better
- 5/5
Very nice room and very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
- 5/5
Excelente la atención, no tengo ningún comentario.
- 5/5
Very clean. Great breakfast with a great hostess.
- 4/5
We've stayed at this location multiple times to return to MD Anderson Center and it is very convenient. The staff is helpful and the parking is close. It's an added convenience that breakfast is on-site and included.
- 5/5
Breakfast was warm and constantly replenished. The room was kept clean. We needed extra towels and had to go to the front desk for it, no housekeeping. Busy hotel. Parking was easy and direct. In and out services. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was as it should be.
- 4/5
Parking was convenient and close for all entries
- 5/5
Easy check-in and clean facilities. The room was amazing and everything I needed for my quick trip.
- 3/5
Not a good area, no fast food nearby.
- 5/5
Excellent accommodations.
- 5/5
Tina was GREAT!!! Excellent breakfast.
- 5/5
We had a wonderful experience from when we checked in to when we checked out this morning. Stephen Terrell and Miss Tina were absolutely fabulous especially Miss Tina. She has that breakfast station down on lock and we loved her.
- 5/5
Very good location
- 4/5
Ms Tina was so helpful and sweet
- 4/5
Definitely upgrade to the pillow top mattress. Everything else was great
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean and comfortable. A/C was cold which is a huge plus for me. Comfortable bed too. I didn't realize it when I booked it but we had stayed in this hotel 7 years ago. You can never go wrong with a Hampton Inn.
- 5/5
Our room was great but we did not have a blackout curtain and there was a very bright street light that stayed on all night. Thankfully I had my eye cover.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good!
- 5/5
Staff was excellent.
- 5/5
Big rooms with comfortable beds. Plenty of fresh towels. Good breakfast. Helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Clean and convenient
- 3/5
Near Riverwalk which is very nice.
- 5/5
Excellent location! Clean rooms, friendly staff and nice breakfast choices.
- 5/5
From the moment we walked in, everything felt very clean and welcoming. The room was spotless, smelled fresh, and was super comfortable. I loved having a smart TV in the room — it made it easy to unwind and watch our favorite shows after a long day. The pool area was nice and well-kept, perfect for relaxing, and the gym was a great bonus with everything you need for a quick workout. The staff was amazing — very friendly, helpful, and made everything smooth from check-in to check-out. That kind of service really makes a difference. The free breakfast was also really good, with plenty of options and everything fresh and ready to go in the morning. One thing I really appreciated was the gated parking, which made us feel safe and gave extra peace of mind during our stay. Overall, it was a clean, comfortable, and stress-free stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Jacksonville! ✨
- 5/5
La habitación amplia y limpia y el desayuno muy bueno. El mejor omelette lo hacen ahí.
- 5/5
Clean room, decent breakfast
- 4/5
Just went for an overnight stay for a concert. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great, and I would stay there again.
- 2/5
Very, very noisy. They were working on a room across the hall at 11 p.m. They were using a drill. I think this is very disrespectful to the guest. We were trying to sleep because my stepmother was having a procedure the next day. When they are doing construction work, it definitely needs to be done in the daytime.
- 5/5
Nice room, comfortable beds, super clean, breakfast was delicious and staff was very friendly! Only complaints were that our a/c unit (room 426) kept knocking and rattling all night and they had Fox News on in the dining room during breakfast…not exactly relaxing, family friendly content. Other than that, and the $15 parking fee, great hotel!
- 4/5
Stayed for 1 night while seeing a show at the Florida Theatre. Kind of expensive for what it was and the extra $15 at check-in to park was annoying. However, it was clean and there were plenty of food options close by. There’s a great place right across the street called Southern Grill that had a darn good breakfast.
- 5/5
Good stay
- 4/5
Place was ok, nothing fancy but clean and great staff, just be aware if your room face the street might be noisy, there are two bars/pubs almost in front of the property and Saturday night was on, other than that good breakfast, clean and convenient
- 3/5
Okay All but one of the staff was friendly
- 5/5
Very clean rooms. Breakfast was excellent. There were many items to choose from and the woman working the kitchen area was very kind.
- 5/5
Quick check out
- 5/5
Room was clean, bathroom impecable, breakfast super yummy, thanks to Tina and her amazing service.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Very clean hotel Quiet in hallways. Great breakfast. Would go back!
- 5/5
We loved our stay. Boys loved the breakfast
- 5/5
Staff were professional and courteous. Met all our needs
- 5/5
Clean amazing
- 5/5
Staff very professional and courteous.
- 5/5
Had a great one nights stay at this location. Miss Tina, who took care of the continental breakfast was the best part. She was very friendly and made sure everyone who came through had everything they needed.
- 2/5
My heater didn't work then they mived us and the tv didnt work then the toilet paper holder fell off the wall, capets were nasty my white socks turned black nasty
- 5/5
Very courteous and friendly staff
- 4/5
Nice stay downtown
- 5/5
Room was very clean. Easy checkin and check out. Good breakfast
- 5/5
Extremely friendly staff, nice clean rooms, and smart TVs that include streaming!
- 5/5
The room was amazing, but the staff was even more wonderful. Stephanie check me in. She did an amazing job complementary water was given and they made sure that parking even though it was overwhelming made it easy for me to park. Breakfast was amazing. Miss Pat is marvelous in the kitchen And because of the great customer service that I have had with my stay, I will definitely be back and recommend them to any and everyone that I know that is coming to Jacksonville Florida.
- 4/5
Amenities, such as breakfast, comfortable workout area, you may want to invest in one grab bar for getting in and out of the tub. Sometimes the full disability bath is not needed.
- 5/5
All good
- 5/5
Very clean and the staff was very friendly and personable.
- 5/5
The staff was so very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff and breakfast staff were especially kind!
- 5/5
Very clean hotel. Nice breakfast. Excellent staff.
- 4/5
Friendly Staff
- 5/5
Breakfast was fair.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and my game was available on the TV. The breakfast was staffed by a wonderful employee. The food was fine, but probably near the bottom of my hotel breakfast experiences. The variety of drinks and snacks in the market was pretty low. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would likely choose to stay here again.
- 5/5
Very clean quiet and comfortable. Easy on off I-95
- 3/5
We didn’t have a night stand in our room. Parking was $15 a night. 😕. It was clean and served its purpose of a good nights sleep.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 3/5
The window blinds was not covered the whole window. It made the room so bright and was so hard to sleep
- 4/5
All the staff was so friendly and just wonderful. Only complaint is our room was ground level closest to the lobby, so it got very noisy very early in the morning (before 6am) when they started preparing breakfast. Paying for parking was a bummer too. When I booked it I swore it said parking included, but that was my oversight. Still, at that caliber of a hotel parking should be free.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Clean , Melissa at check in was delightful.
- 2/5
Also- There was a lady screaming in the parking lot at 5:00am for about 30 minutes.
- 3/5
Everyone was in the corridor and Confused ! NO VOUCHER WAS GIVEN TO COMPENSATE THE INCONVENIENCE… Poor management
- 4/5
Courteous staff, clean rooms.
- 3/5
Housekeeping is done once every two days unless you specifically request daily cleaning. This was never communicated to me, and on my second day the room was not cleaned at all.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly. The entire property was clean.
- 3/5
Staff good, bathroom floor grout needs a steam cleaning, was black with dirt. mattress lumpy and uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Was good
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, the staff was welcoming and the breakfast was great. Great stay with a fun restaurant within walking distance for dinner! Great place!
- 4/5
The staff were kind and courteous. The room was clean and well put together. However, there were ants in the room. I found them on my bedside table and in the surface of the sink in the bathroom. Other than that my dog and I enjoyed our stay.
- 5/5
Room ambience was very good, clean and very near to I-95 highway which made it very accessible.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was courteous, hotel is in a good location and breakfast was better than expected. I was happy to see they served turkey sausage
- 1/5
Room 520 was close to the elevator and mechanical room which sounded like a tractor trailer starting and stopping every few minutes. The hotel clerks response was I am so sorry to hear that period. Trash collected in the hallway. The lobby was freezing the whole time and this is where breakfast is served.
- 5/5
Easy, friendly, quick
- 3/5
My fiancée and I recently stayed at this property, and while most of our visit was comfortable, we did experience an issue in the breakfast area that made us feel unwelcome. As an interracial couple, we couldn’t help but notice several uncomfortable looks and subtle comments from the staff working the breakfast service. One staff member in particular made a remark — ‘Let me guess, dark for you and blonde roast coffee for you’ — that came across as unprofessional and inappropriate. Whether intentional or not, it made us feel singled out and judged, and it affected what should have been a simple and pleasant part of our morning. We hope management will address this to ensure all guests feel respected and included.
- 4/5
Clean room and courteous staff. My stay was relaxed.
- 5/5
nnnnnnnnnnnnn
- 1/5
I didn’t stay here I was charged for wrong property and they wouldn’t transfer so I had to pay twice at the correct hotel and Expedia still haven’t gotten a refund.
- 5/5
Welcoming and clean
- 5/5
The staff was amazing! Super friendly and helpful =)
- 5/5
The room was nice and clean. A/C was working perfectly and the room was very comfortable to my standards :)
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful.
- 5/5
Everything was excellent except for breakfast. Breakfast was cold and the waffle iron was not working due to some electrical issue. Other than that hotel was excellent.
- 5/5
Having a shower with grab bars was great. Location was great for walking our dog.
- 4/5
Room was nice & clean, beds were comfy, staff were nice, and breakfast was good.
- 5/5
Convenient location, very friendly staff all around. The room was quiet at night.
- 5/5
TINA!!!! The breakfast lady was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! She was such a joy and brightened our day each morning. It is very apparent she loves her job.
- 4/5
Mrs. Tina was great.
- 5/5
Had a great stay. Room was very nice. All of the staff very welcoming and friendly.
- 3/5
Bathroom layout feels cramped when it doesn't need to be. doors which fold and hit each other makes it tough for more than one person to be in the bathroom at a time. Peaches at Breakfast, was a very nice lady and made us feel welcomed to Jacksonville.
- 5/5
The rooms were very neat and clean. The breakfast was excellent! All of the staff we encountered were very friendly?
- 5/5
Good location. Very clean, comfortable rooms. Great amenities.
- 5/5
Yes
- 2/5
There were large roaches in the elevator. Staff never said they would only clean the room every other day. When I called when it wasn’t done I was told they would be out there. They never came…twice. I went 3 days without a room cleaning and fresh towels.
- 5/5
Very clean room.
- 5/5
Very nice room and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good with many items to choose from.
- 5/5
beautiful. clean and friendly. However did not like the extra $25 fee that was not disclosed when booking
- 2/5
The hotel is not maintained well. It took more than half an hour to check in because there was only one person working the front desk and she was slow.
- 5/5
Everything was very nice.
- 4/5
Clean

The gentleman who checked us in on Sunday, Oct 6, 2025 at 3:30pm was very professional, courteous, and such a pleasure. We were going to the Chiefs vs Jaguars game and I asked for his recommendation on how to best get to and back from the game. I shared that we have our car, but did not know the parking guidelines, or perhaps we should Uber. With a genuine smile, he explained the St. John Water Taxi. With pen and paper, he wrote their site name and was detailed in describing 'the southend port' and boarding behind Doubletree. He then grabbed a map and stated to turn right out of Hampton Inn, marked the short 1.5 blocks down the street to the dock. His recommendation and detail enabled us to have a carefree and pleasurable time getting to and from the game. The staff Sunday morning greeted us with a smile as we entered the cafe for our continental breakfast. And, a member of the Cleaning Crew was so fun to chat with on the elevator.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly and efficient
- 5/5
The receptionist was amazing I forgot the woman’s name but she gave me excellent customer service
- 5/5
We stay here a lot while visiting our sons. Always a pleasant stay. Very good location. Easy in and out. Nice clean rooms. Would recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
good location for I95 N.
- 5/5
Very clean as usual. We stay here quite a bit. Convenient location. Nice breakfast bar.
- 5/5
Walking distance to the Friendship fountain. Not a lot of traffic felt safe
- 5/5
Clean hotel, friendly staff. Good breakfast.
- 3/5
Friendly Staff, good breakfast, easy parking, the rooms smell very musty had changed twice. The hotel needs repairs and serious deep cleaning. Doors are hard to close because hitting the frames, moldings coming off walls, etc. Place needs attention
- 4/5
Conveniently located off the interstate, and near to many businesses in the area. However, nothing of significance within walking distance. Staff are friendly and helpful. I would use this location again.
- 5/5
All the staff was great. Wish the was more fresh fruit options expectionally to to the waffles instead of just flavored syrups.
- 5/5
Our room was freezing cold and when we tried turning on the heat, it set off the fire alarm! Otherwise everything was fine.
- 5/5
Love the staff and the room was nice and clean
- 5/5
friendly and cooperative staffs, nice place, had a very comfortable and great time.
- 5/5
Perfect hotel for attending an event at the Vystar. Staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.
- 5/5
Very clean, very nice stay, easy check in. Very good staff.
- 5/5
Front desk personnel very nice.
- 3/5
it’s was ok
- 4/5
Breakfast was really good. Great location to Skyway (monorail).
- 5/5
The property is continently located near the train/bus stops and within walking distance of area attractions
- 5/5
It was an excellent stay to view a great performance.
- 5/5
The hotel was great! All of the staff I encountered were friendly and welcoming, and the room was very clean as were the main areas of the hotel.
- 5/5
Everything was clean especially the comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Staff very friendly and courteous. Safe environment
- 4/5
Service was great all staff I encountered was super friendly !
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay! Pool was great and the staff was friendly and breakfast was a bonus.
- 4/5
N/A
- 5/5
Area was secured, good working AC comfortable beds and pillows. Only thing is shower was weird especially having kids made it a little difficult.
- 5/5
The hotel was nice and clean. Attendants were friendly. The one thing that that could use improvement is the mattress on the bed. It was not of the quality you find at other Hampton Inns we have stayed, it might need to be replaced.
- 2/5
Negatives: Lobby, hallways, and rooms were dirty. There was a lot of noise from a nearby establishment that got even louder between 1:30 and 2:00 am.
- 3/5
Housekeeper need to do better when you are changing the sheets. You should take extra precautions. I always check my sheets and bathroom when checking in. My sheets were dirty and it look like it was blood on the sheets! Very unsanitary!!!
- 5/5
My stay was short and extremely pleasant.
- 5/5
Was there for baseball and had a wonderful staff dealing with ball players! Thanks for the amazing time and excellent staff
- 5/5
Nice facility, refreshing pool, good service. In JAX for a book festival. Location was handy and nice little restaurant within easy walking distance (Southern Grill). The only negative was having to pay for parking.
- 5/5
It was very comfortable and very quiet.
- 5/5
Nice location to easily get around town. We were there for a graduation so there were events in various locations. Check in and out was a breeze. Breakfast was a good hotel complimentary buffet and tea/coffee station. Tina keeps everything freshly provided and does so with a positive an upbeat vibe. (Tip her well… she deserves it!). Parking is easy. The property and rooms are very clean with comfy beds and pillows.
- 1/5
It was supposes to be free parking and they charged me 48 dollars I will never stay at a Hampton hotel again
- 3/5
Friendly employees but my room smelled, in the shower the knob came off and after king size bed was not comfortable.
- 3/5
Nice property, expedia please tell guest about parking, the hotel charges for parking 15 per night, I was unaware and your also charged 50 per night for incidental
- 4/5
It was clean and quiet, pretty spacious but with an overwhelming cleaner smell. Not sure if they just cleaned the carpets or it was some room deodorant, but it made us cringe every time we got in the room. Personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was great!
- 5/5
Amazing service. We were greeted with a smile. From start to finish check in was great. Our original room was set to be on the 4th floor but the hotel was hosting a youth sports team that was all on that floor. She moved us to the 1st floor with no additional charge or fees. And recommended a great local restaurant in walking distance.
- 3/5
Front desk worker Jeffrey is SO kind and welcoming. He truly made my experience feel wonderful. However… Christine at the front desk was condescending, rude, and spoke to me like a child. I was in town on very important business and was not treated with respect or kindness when interacting with her. The Hotel manager was respectful and apologetic regarding the situation.
- 5/5
The young man that greeted me upon my entrance was very delightful. Having to pay for parking are park on the street is crazy and not save.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay. The property is very clean and the staff are friendly. I did not like paying for parking since I was a guest. Parking fees need to be included.... not extra.
- 4/5
It was a nice quiet stay room was clean and staff was friendly.
- 5/5
Easy to find and at a great location in Jacksonville. Close to everything.
- 4/5
Some of the staff was on the phone on speaker very early in the morning.
- 3/5
our room was musty
- 2/5
Room keys didn’t work twice upon check in and when they did work the room wreaked of cigarette smoke. Was given another room.
- 5/5
The staff here were amazing…helpful, happy, and genuine. Every interaction with them was a pleasure, and they made my trip so enjoyable!
- 5/5
I have to say that was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Everyone, from the gentleman who checked us in to the housekeeper who cleaned our room and the lady who was in charge of breakfast for the guest were all wonderful! Very friendly . I would 100% recommend this hotel!
- 5/5
Close to our sons homes
- 5/5
It is great to stay quiet and staffs are friendly and nice.
- 5/5
The staff was great, friendly and helpful. Its clean and breakfast i the bomb! Location is easy to fun and walking distance to eats & the riverwalk.
- 5/5
Great place to stay downtown.
- 3/5
Also, at night when I got back to my room, there was loud music coming from across the parking lot. I called front desk and asked about it. They knew and indicated that the band will quit by 9:30 pm as required by ordinance. I had a long couple days of travel and was planning on sleeping 8:30 or so. I asked to change rooms and the other room available was first floor by the elevator. So, I stayed and suffered through the loud music. They did stop around 9:40 pm. I remember asking the clerk at the front desk that I needed a very quiet room and this is what she gave me. We be traveling to downtown Jacksonville at least monthly on business going forward and will never stay at this place again.
- 5/5
Staff at check in was very friendly and helpful. We were very late and tired and he made it quick and pleasant. The waters and snacks were nice too.
- 4/5
Stay was ok if only needing something short, front desk lady at check in wasn’t so pleasant. Also the breakfast food was horrible choices and cold. But I would stay again if needing something cheap and convenient.
- 5/5
Great location! Clean and excellent service. Will stay again!
- 5/5
Good location for us, very close to the hospital.
- 5/5
room is perfectly set up....2 queen size comfortable beds, study desk and lamp, comfortable easy chair and perfect bathroom
- 3/5
The staff was top notch and so helpful. Miss Tina at breakfast went above and beyond and was extra helpful with our elderly parents.
- 4/5
Great hotel with the exception of having to ask to get room serviced. You have to ask to get towels, and your room cleaned etc.
- 5/5
Trina, who handles the breakfast buffet provides the warmest welcome every morning.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. No problems at all, and breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Peaches made breakfast a special occasion for everyone. It was a joy to see her smile and positive attitude. What a way to start the day. Thanks, Peaches!!
- 4/5
We stayed here for new years and the location was spot on. The room was nice, basic but very clean. The free breakfast was amazing, my 3 sons loved it too. Hotel is a walking distance to a few restaurants, and the bay and fountain show. Would definitely come back
- 1/5
No-one on reception on arrival, so couldn’t ask where to park as no obvious places available. No hot water first night or next morning. Receptionist offered to change our room but pointless since no hot water in building. Had to wait 25 minutes for receptionist to appear at front desk to let her know no hot water in 2nd room. Ants in room.
- 5/5
In Jax to for a concert at Florida Theater. Very good location for that. Staff very polite and friendly. Hotel looks fresh and clean, as if recently renovated. Will definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff, enjoyed our stay. The southern grill restaurant down the street was delicious and give a discount if staying at hampton inn. Our next trip to Jacksonville we'll be staying there again.
- 5/5
The hotel location in downtown Jacksonville made it very convenient to do everything that we were doing.
- 5/5
We booked this hotel because of its proximity to the nearby hospital- it was very convenient as well as comfortable, clean and well attended. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating which goes a long way - especially during a stressful time. Thank you!
- 5/5
Peaches, the breakfast Queen (my nickname for her), made the hotel the excellent experience it was. She is a such a beautiful person and so obviously meant to work with people. Not only did she bust her butt to make sure everyone had what they needed and wanted, she was just so friendly and warm. My bestie and I were there to celebrate my birthday, after a rough week at work and my dad having life saving surgery, and Peaches' presence made my weekend even more special.
- 4/5
Great location to stay at if doing a event downtown
- 5/5
Simple one night business trip. No issues
- 5/5
Hotel staff was the friendliest and most helpful i have experienced
- 3/5
Also our TV picture in 519 was really fuzzy on all channels.
- 3/5
Room was not great, but the service, particularly from Tina and Peaches, was excellent!!

Arrive at lunch time, room wasnt ready, not a problem , went out for the day and dinner returned at 9pm, and room still wasnt ready, not to mention horrible service at front desk, had to wait 30mins while woman at front desk seemed to be overwhelmed and under staffed... plus the fees for a chagred for room went up over 400% cause of busy weekend... very very disappointed

The air conditioner in our room did not work properly. When we notified front desk they said they’d have someone come look at it. It was not fixed and the only way we made it through the two nights was a fan we brought from home. Otherwise the hotel was fine. The staff at breakfast were friendly and accommodating.

We requested a room on the first floor near a door out to the parking lot. The night clerk was able to provide one next to where we parked our vehicle, so it was easy to roll the oxygen machine needed by a family member right into the room. We were very appreciative. However, the room was missing a curtain over the window and a phone. The clerk brought us a thin sheet to put over the window. The door was also hard to close. The door leading outside was very noisy when opened and closed. The person in the room next door must have gone in and out 30 times before finally calling it a night around midnight. Then the maids were out early working the hall while talking extremely loudly. We didn't get much sleep. I also felt the charge for parking in THEIR parking lot was petty. We had two vehicles, so we were charged $25 to park. Shouldn't a business provide a place for their customers to park? While the staff was very nice and accommodating, we will not be returning.

I didn't like having to pay to park

My reservation was for two rooms. I also have two federally registered ESA service animals. When I go to the hotel, the front desk girl refused to honor my reservation saying I only had a reservation for one room, not two. And the hotel refused to recognize my registered ESA service animals as actual service animals. And I was charged a $70 a piece pet fee even with all documentation. Staff at check in was rude and very unaccommodating and for $600 and having to pay for parking, I should have almost received five star service for the one night.

Cancelled a reservation I secured. No contact from the hotel or Expedia.

The staff was amazing! However the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. Our microwave didn't work either.

They had nice beds

I booked this room because I was having difficulties with my air conditioning and looked for a pet-friendly facility. This one advertised that it was pet friendly but did not advertise. That was going to charge me $75 per pet per day! This is unacceptable

The room has a lot of dust, and smell like dirty, like they clean superficially, but it needs a deep clean

The staff were outstanding

AC made horrible noise the whole time made it hard to sleep. Beds were not comfortable. Only one elevator worked for entire hotel. Parking was not easy.

We stay here often. Always pleased with the room and service. Right now they are having renovations done but still all was fine.

They were under construction so access was kinda strange but staff was friendly and the room was nice

It was under construction which was fine, but hallways were dirty from debris. Breakfast room was probably not as usual but had to ask for water or juice today as only option was coffee. Also asked for an extra pillow the first night and it never came, had to ask again in the morning, at least I got it then!

The hotel is under full renovation. Hotels.com nor Hampton Inn thought this information was important enough to make the customer (myself) aware. Had I known the hotel was under such an extensive renovation beforehand I would have opted for a different hotel. There was no access to rooms through the lobby. Out of the 4 outside doors leading into the hotel (not including the lobby door) there was only one in operation. This one door led to an elevator lobby for guests to access their rooms. This elevator lobby was covered in construction dust. The elevator floor had tape on it holding flooring down. The parking lot was mostly taken up by the construction material, dumpsters, and vehicles. The room which we were assigned was not cleaned. There were food and drink stains on the dresser and there was thick dust on the bathroom vanity. The pillows were so old that the cotton inside had formed into balls which was extremely uncomfortable. The sheets felt and sounded like paper. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the condition of the hotel, and the overall comfort during my trip.
