N/A We had to be moved from one room to another because the floor was wet. The air conditioners in the room leak. When we got to the second room, the floor was still wet due to the same thing. This is a mold and safety hazard. The televisions in the rooms don't work. When you call the staff with a problem, they just move you to a new room without addressing the issue and place someone new in the room without fixing the issue. Very disappointed with my stay!

Hotel is not completely Handicapped safe. Tub baths instead of walk in zero clearance showers. Reach over tub bath showers with one single safety railing. No nonskid flooring in tub shower. Shampoo and other body essentials empty No Microwaves in rooms. Older ground level HVC Units. Very small main entrance and unattractive. Limited seating areas to relax and meet up with friends. . No small refreshment Bar for adult drinks. Very limited snacks, and only available at front desk. As well as beverages. No vending machines available. Small outdoor pool for size of Hotel and quests. Advertised Hot Tub only half full of water and massage jets flowed above the water line. No available laundry for quests. *** Major complaint is parking is limited and has a high charge to park daily for paying guests. Completely unexpected and price gauging.

Very nice hotel with easy access. Check in was quick. Room was pleasant. It had rolling table which we used frequently. Breakfast was good with usual food. Breakfast staff was Excellent. Never made it to pool or exercise room. We did have market items billed to us in error but it was reversed upon our notification.

Ac was not working in room, it was so hot. Complained to front desk. Young lady said she couldn’t move my room because system wasn’t working. Had to wait for maintenance to come next day 10am. Took apart ac said he fixed and still room was hot. When I left and tried to ask for manager they stated there was not one on site. Just not a great experience at all especially for the price

Property was ok. They didn't tell us at check in they only clean every other day. Also the AC fan was horribly loud and squeaky but generally ok for a budget quick stay.

We left an important personal item in the shuttle on our trip to the airport. After a quick call to the front desk, the driver returned with our lost item and we had it back within a half hour. Every one of the hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful during both our recent stays. Highly recommend this property. 😊😊

Older property, lighting was dull. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was poorly lit but comfortable. The bed was super. Having to step into a bath tub could be difficult for some.

The air in the room was stale and smelled of chemicals. It needed to be refreshed, but the windows could not be opened.

The hotel is clean and well situated. The room was spacious but the sofa bed in the suite was not suitable for sleeping; I do want to point out that when I spoke to the front desk about it they tried their best to address my issue. The breakfast could definitely use some healthy options, like fresh fruits and yogourt, for example. They did serve oatmeal but 2 out of the three mornings I was there it was empty before I arrived downstairs and they would not refill it. Other items were also gone midway through breakfast. I really appreciated that they had a reusable water bottle refill station in the lobby.

Next door to hotel were Ruby Tuesday ; Longhorns steak house; Zaxby’s! Right off International Airport drive-about 8 mins drive from airport! Pretty clean safe area. Easy checkin and checkout, Rooms are well kept up! Well stocked. I didn’t see light wine & beer but there were snacks for sell. Complimentary Breakfast 6:30-9! Nice gentleman curator of the breakfast! He was like an OG! Calm & smooth. There was a delicious taco, cheese, egg bagel! Nice shuttle ride back to airport. We tipped him $5. For me, it was the staff smiles and telling me to have a blessed day! Perfect stay!

We did not get housekeeping service for 4 night stay. That is understandable, since a lot of hotels have limited service, but they did not mention it at check-in and there were no signs in the room indicating limited service.

The room is clean- Reception- Moe, she was happily check us in and provide us with town landmarks information, that was so helpful! She was loves her job because she smile, make small talk and just happy to greet us!

The only thing that was inconvenient was the key cards for rooms where not working , each time staff had to walk you back to your room and let you in.. with that being said the hotel was clean, the staff waa supper nice and and accommodating.. was able to get into room with early ckeck in at 11 am which was wondweing since we had landed at 8 am and no where to go.

Nice hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Clean.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The shower water pressure was excellent. The room itself was dark in spite of numerous lamps. Breakfast was sparse despite the listing that described a top notch breakfast. Someone obviously dropped the ball. There was a sign on the warmer that normally would have contained eggs that said "ran out of egg" The container that was labeled hard boiled eggs was empty as well. This was at 7:30 AM. There was no cream cheese for the bagels, no butter, no fruit and no napkins.

4 minutes drive to plaza with breakfast and coffee shops like Cracker Barrel,Panera,Starbucks,Walmart etc.

Only had one extra pillow for a part of 4. The staff handling the breakfast was questionable the young man had his hand in his hair and no napkins. Coffee area was full of spills. The stairs had a box just sitting there. No lotion in the rooms.

The hotel and staff were great. While breakfast was great the first morning, after that it was very disappointing. There was a decent variety of foods; however, the preparation led to an almost inedible meal. (Almost liquid oatmeal, hot water so cold it wouldn’t make tea, meat not heated all the way through, stale/dry muffins, etc.)

Pillows could be bigger and more cushy.

The staff was very kind and polite. The promptness of getting us checked into our very clean room was very appreciated. I especially appreciated the variety of breakfast choices.

Great Front desk service, house keeping. Convenient and amazing. I enjoyed the breakfast as I do all Marriotts.

I took a video of the filthy sink and the water on the floor. The horrible mildew smell. The breakfast was horrible half cooked sausage - no variety not even salt and pepper. I would prefer a refund.

Elevator was out of service. Had to walk up to the 3rd floor with luggage.

AC unit was dripping in our room, causing a wet spot on the carpet. You can tell it’s a dated hotel, but the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was a typical continental breakfast. The area around the hotel isn’t the greatest, but we had no issues.

Room was beautiful, big, and clean. Loved the King size bed, small refrig and microwave. enjoyed working out in the gym. Loved the free breakfast. The only thing I did not like was that the washer/dryer was not working and I was not convenient to go to another hotel.

The conditions inside, it was not very welcoming. I do not know if there were renovations going on but the walls were sand down and not painted. My room was very clean but had a very weird smell but I was only there for two nights. Overall the hotel is clean, it does not appear welcoming with the unfinished walls.

When we checked, and we noticed that the refrigerator did not work in the floor was wet in front of it and the bathroom fan made a very loud clanging noise when you turned the light on. When we reported this to the front desk, they said there was nothing they could do. Also, we never received housekeeping service and had to request towels.

While the hotel is under renovation, I never heard a peep. Room was lovely and scrupulously clean. Very pleased.

The beds were very comfortable. The room suited our needs for the one night. Breakfast was not great. It was supposed to be ready by 7 but even by 7:30 things weren't set up and the options were very limited. It is walking distance to a few restaurants and the shuttle driver was very nice!

Under construction, being updated so trim was missing, felt less clean than I would like and just not what I expected from the photos and reviews. Breakfast was sub par. There was a loud beeping in the lobby that was constantly having to be turned off. Would not stay here again.

Stayed here before a cruise because it was only 10 miles from port. Room was clean. One hall was missing molding on the wall and the road was closed near the hotel so it wasn’t terribly easy to get in. Had to ignore and go around a “local traffic only” sign to get to the hotel. The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. I would stay here again in spite of the small issues.

Received a handicapped room, but not sure why. Housekeeping never visited the room during my 5 night stay. Internet was out the entire time as well. Otherwise, all was very good.

Was not as advertised. The room had dirty sheets. The bathroom was dirty. There a even a pill on the floor from the previous people who stayed there to let me know that they didn't vacuum before us. The water in the bathroom only got like warm not hot and the toilet had a funny odor to it.

The breakfast was more than other hotels offer, the beds were super comfortable, the accessible room was very open providing easy wheelchair movability...only 2 suggestions - accessible room closest entrance has no ramp to sidewalk and no designated handicapped parking...and beds are on a platform which does not allow for use of a patient lift...

Front desk was able to transfer my rewards points over even with booking thru third party. My floor has alot of remodeling in progrsas qhich made it noisy after 9am. Great stay altogether. I wouldnt mind another nite here

Anytime we cruise out of Jacksonville Florida. This is our go to hotel. I think we’ve been here three or four times. The ladies at the front desk are remarkable you won’t be disappointed.

I ended up having a mishap at another property and their screwup was my luck. I was greeted on the phone by the pleasant "Mo" who was helpful and let me know my reservation was confirmed , paid for, and my room was ready for whenever I wanted to check in. She greeted me and my daughter as soon as we walked in by name and was helpful the entire stay. We will stay here each time we visit Jacksonville.

When I was booking my cruise in January 2025 I asked for a hotel that was close to the Jacksonville airport as we had a 5am flight to San Juan and had parking available to leave my vehicle while I was gone for 7 days. Imagine my suprise when I was told I could in fact leave my car but...it would cost me $10 per day ($70!!). This is after we reserved a room for over $200. Too late, cant cancel, have to stay and then after much discussions, they paid for an Uber for us because their shuttle wasn't available. Will NOT stay there again.

It is a little dated, but nice.

Not good from the start! Trouble checking in - duplicate reservations, staff incapable of sorting out the source of confusion. Once we got in, the rooms were in poor condition, holes in the wall, shower curtains not installed properly, door keys and locks that don't work throughout the facility - had to get keys re-made on multiple occasions. Just not good and a blemish on the Marriot / Fairfield brand.

Overall experience was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. One night stay close to Jacksonville airport.

The room was pretty nice, however I'm a non-smoker and apparently the adjoining room had guests who did not care about the no-smoking policy. Not a good night. I communicated this to the front desk at checkout.

Staff friendly. Breakfast was good. Eggs were very salty but it was free so can’t complain too much I guess. I just don’t eat them. Hotel overall was short staffed. 1 agent at the desk when I was trying to check in. 1st room I got had a broken lock. Had to switch rooms. Front desk agent couldn't do everything by herself. Not her fault . She was running like crazy to help everyone. Rooms need renovation. Black mold in shower, pink mold in bathroom , rust around bathroom door. Iron leaks water, ironing board dirty. Could not iron work clothes. Had to wear clothes I had worn the previous day. Shear curtain completely missing. With all the choices near the Jacksonville airport this hotel will no longer be considered when I travel here on business.

This is a very old motel. We ended up in a handicap room which was fine but the lighting was really poor in the room and the bathroom. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.

Property was a little run down for Marriott brand. We were somewhat surprised by this. Front desk was friendly enough but seemed a little disorganized. Bed was great and water pressure for shower was great.

The television signal was awful. The one in the breakfast area worked fine. Called maintenence and did not speak any english. Couldnt even understand us. Used a translator and said it was the weather. It was only cloudy. Every channel was pixelated when other tvs werent. We sat bored in the hotel

Initial room had the air conditioner running on 54 when it was in the 40s at night. The register could not be turned off only to heat or air neither of which we wanted. Never seen a unit that could not be turned off. Fortunately the next room we checked out did have one that could be turned off. However the sink when I turned on the water gave a strong mold smell. The carpet didn’t look like it had been cleaned. Overall pretty disappointing for a Marriott property.

The bathroom all around the bottom of the floor looks like it was just done but not completed. The Tv messed up the whole time on all channels. The tech said it was the weather but there was no rain or bad weather a little windy.

The beds were hard and very uncomfortable. I had 4 rooms all 4 were dirty curtains were ripped and full of wholes. The staff was kind and very helpful and no bugs. It was ok for one night but probably wouldn't stay again.
