Husband said the quiche was very good. We left something in the room and realized it 30 minutes after checking out. My husband called and staff was nice enough to retrieve it and had it waiting when we got back. Mattress was very, very hard. Pillows too soft. Several soft “squishy” spots in the floor in our room. One set of lights in the bathroom non functional. The room needed a comfortable chair to sit in, only had bed and desk chair.

This little gem is definitely underrated! This was my first time here, however my kids have stayed a few times. Not only is this facility clean, the staff is amazingly friendly! And did I mention how great the breakfast was!!! So many options!! The only minor detail the beds were hard. However the pillows were nice! Pool was clean and jacuzzi was nice.

Complimentary breakfast was great & well managed. Location across street from LifeCare was super convenient. Staff was very helpful. The Smart (?) TV came on by itself 3 or 4 times in room 220 - Once it was in the middle of the night requiring me to get up, find the remote & turn it off. Was also billed for parking my car and I had no car.

The lady at the front desk was super nice and let us check in hours early. Clean hotel and just over all really nice place to stay.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of options. Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again.

Hotel is brand new so everything was clean spotless. Walls are a little thin but still a peaceful stay. Breakfast was great. From the make your own waffles to fresh fruit, to frittatas to yogurt, this was a good breakfast for everyone.

We were originally in a handicap accessible room. I thought it was odd there was no shelving or table in the bathroom to place your items. The hot water was only warm and the air conditioning didn’t seem to be working properly. I asked the front desk clerk about moving and he obliged. He even allowed me to check out the room. It was perfect.

Super clean. Perfect location and the amenities I needed for myself and my family I had very little interaction with the staff here. Overnight gentleman was very welcoming and jovial which I appreciate the rest of the staff when I did interact was definitely not as much of a good vibe or near anything that felt welcoming.

This Fairfield location is newer and/or recently renovated. I’m not sure which, but it was modern and not dated. It was very clean and as an asthmatic, I did not experience any issues with air quality. This is a common problem I have encountered in many hotels.

Check in was a breeze the staff was pleasant and Had a great stay! The room was clean, beds comfy, and the suite fit my whole family perfectly! #FamilyTime

We were charged $30 for parking ($5 per day). This was not reflected on the reservation sheet or in the cost. We should have been notified of this before confirming the reservation. We would like a refund.

Awesome facility all the way around and especially if you're driving an EV! The site has about 5 EVSEs for charging and all 5 were available during my stay. All were operational and worked like a charm. Continental breakfast was great as well. Nice job Marriott!

I really enjoyed this property. The lobby is beautiful and front desk staff were very pleasant. I did get to use some amenities during this stay. The gym is small and lacks some basic equipment like a bench. But the equipment they do offer is high quality. The pool looks beautiful and I saw staff cleaning the areas consistently. The area around the property is beautiful! They have nice sitting areas. The room was clean and comfortable. Nothing over the top which was nice. It had everything you needed. For the price I believe it is a great stay. I will definitely be using then again.

We had to have someone come and fix the television as it was completely disconnected from all the cables and secured tightly to the wall that we couldn’t access the ports to plug them in. Breakfast by 9 had the cheese and other toppings for the eggs gone and no one filled them while we were in the breakfast area. Pool was very nice

Says pet fees *may* apply, they definitely do. $75 pet fee. They charge $5 a day to park IN THE HOTEL PARKING LOT. Pet fees should only be paid if there is damage to a hotel room and WHY do you have a parking lot for customers if you're going to charge them to park in it? Would you like them to park far away and have to walk to the hotel, potentially at night, putting them in danger?

Location only. Poorly clean; found hair from previous visitor, cockroach under microwave, baseboard full of dirt and hair. Outdated lamps on nightstand; hard to reach the wired switch in the dark. No decoration in the room. Telephone in awkward position on the side of microwave. Night receptionist on the night of July 8th was not pleasant to treat our concerns. Hidden taxes, swing only at checkout.

This property was fine good. Encountered a couple minor hiccups. But the manager was kind and willing to rectify the situation. This property is still near a lot of places. Which was great that it was in a location that was still centrally located.

The bed was sliding, One night , I fell because the mattress moved when I was trying to sit down. I was traveling with a gentleman who has severe breathing issues and the young man at the desk on Sunday night Stephen I believe was his name was so very helpful to me to get the necessary equipment up to the room. Very noisy. When guests let their door close, the wall would shake and it is audible throughout the hallway. Normal conversations in the hallway are audible within other rooms, probably due to gaps at the bottom of the doors. Thermostats have been "upgraded" but don't regulate room temperature.

There was a roach in my room and when i complained the supervisor Liam i believe is his name, dismissed my complaint and didnt do anything to accomodate me and my family.

We were in rm 211, the guest in room 210 had a dog BARKING ALL NIGHT LONG. We didn’t get a wink of sleep, I did report it in the morning before checking out, the front desk lady said “ you could have called in the middle of the night and report it “. Pretty much you’re out of luck Chuck

The hotel stay was excellent. It was quiet at night and we could rest well after a long drive. The room was very clean and smelled good. The beds were comfortable. The new showers were very nice. It was the best hotel experience we’ve had in a long time. We’ll definitely come back here when we visit Jacksonville again.

Check in and check out went smoothly, the receptionist was kind and courteous ,by the 2nd day we had to go to the front desk, to ask for more towels, trash piled up, and our room was not cleaned.

We jad a pretty unique but horrible experience here. The staff was wondeful and generally the property was clean. Unfortunately as we were trying to relax during this break on our long road trip, my toddler found a used condom on the floor next to our bed. Thankfully she did not attenpt to touch it but we were extremely disgusted that something like this could be missed during their housekeeping. Ot was too late to shuffle my small children to a different hotel altogether but they changed our room for that night. I hope this incident helps them improve their housekeeping practices.

Hotel is under construction which I know needs to be done every once in a while. But I felt that breakfast time, the construction could take place in a different part of the hotel. Unsanitary with sanding of walls going on behind a shoddily done plastic shower curtain right next to the breakfast food. Other than that was a good bed, decent room on third floor and good accommodations.

Steve at check in and on evenings was really great. He helped get a brown stain under the sink cleaned the next day. The breakfast was good some days others premade breakfast sandwiches. Did have fresh fruit and cereal all days. Hotel under construction. They tried to keep place clean.

Check in was excellent. When I wiped down every touchable service it appears clean. That was until I went into the bathroom. There was bits of toilet paper under the sink and brown substance on wall behind trash bin under sink. Reported this and offer was made to change room. I had already unpacked and said they would “deep clean in AM. Also place is under remodeling. Will see how the noise level is in morning. Appears s they are trying to keep everything tidy.

Clerk was very helpful to check me in after horrible experience I had with another hotel clerk who cancelled my reservation when i arrived at the hotel to check in .but when i called this hotel they were very helpful to find me a room.without not charging me any extra fee.parking was free.clerk listened to me vent because I was very frustrated and tired ,clerk reassured me and family was in safe hands and location. I was calmed I was able to check family in take a shower and head out for my meeting.breakfast was amazing.rooms was amazing.view was amazing. Just loved everything about this hotel and definitely worth every penny inspent

Very good hotel

Very good.

Tv came on at 2 am and alarm went off at 6 am which I didn't set. Otherwise all was good

Front desk staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfast was great! Room was clean. A/C was a little noisy but didn’t bother us for sleep.

Better than I expected.

Has roaches. Great coffee!

CON: While bedding was clean, fitted bottom sheet of one bed was torn in several places as well bed pad. Exhaust fan in bathroom did not work.

Prompt checkin. Friendly personnel.

My hotel stay was good. The room was good but the sofa sleeper is okay but not too comfortable for sitting on it.

My stay was great! The bed was comfortable. The hotel was clean and smelled very nice. The breakfast was good, but the sausage could have been cooked a little more. The hotel is close to a major interstate, so it was easy to find the hotel.

We had a nice overnight stay. Close to I-95

We had an absolutely horrible experience while visiting the hotel. When we arrived at 4:10 p.m. roughly, our room was not ready along with many others sitting in the lobby waiting for their rooms.We had to get changed for a concert we were attending in the main lobby bathroom.Once we returned from the concert, we checked in finally and then were advised that the hotel had no water.We were unable to use the washroom, brush our teeth, or shower or get a drink of water even.As myself and my daughter had some woman issues for that time of the month, it was a very big inconvenience for us.We are a family of 5, and my fiancé and 2 boy children did not need to witness that kind of thing.We were put in a horrible situation.We were hours trying to get back to the hotel after the concert and this is what we were faced with when we arrived back at the hotel. We didn't even want to order food in case one of us ended up with a bad stomach and couldn't use the washroom.There was no compensation, no refund or partial refund, or a free night or two offered.We were just expected to be fine with the accommodations. It felt very dirty to us and I found it very hard to believe that a hotel could continue to operate when they have no water.Also, when we went to put a drink in the fridge there was left over food in there.It was absolutely disgusting. Coming from far away (Newfoundland) to stay in that hotel was very disappointing and I will rethink my hotel options in the future

No running water for stay. Could not do any personal hygiene.

We did notice one thing. The cost of saving on the floor panels will come back to bite you. The floor strips are already cracking in the room we were in. I would guess the other rooms are the same or getting ready to crack and chip. A cushioning should have been laid on the floor before the floor sheeting was installed to prevent this issue. All and all a great place to stay.

It is under a small renewal step, but was very organized. I congratulate the staff 👏👏👏

You can not use the restroom inside the room. It does not even flush urine. In the shower, it does not get hot. The knob does let you turn it all the way, so it does not allow it to get hot. The pillows are as hard as a rock, it’s like they put cement in it. Speaking about breakfast, where is the biscuits and gravy at? It is a high star hotel, and we pay so much, but no good food. FYI, the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbor breathing/ sneezing/every word out of their mouth.
