    Good price We were moved 3 times because there was something broken on each room. Finally the room where all worked ok., smelled musty. so we stayed in the room with the broken sink. Also They don’t hand you the room with all the equipment as coffee maker pots and pans, etc. You have to request them separately

    I wish I could tell you how the place was but they wouldn’t let my in-laws check into their room that I prepaid for. I booked under their name but for some reason or another my name showed up. I spoke to someone at the desk stating I could email my ID or if there could be a deposit for incidentals for the hotels peace of mind but the only solution was to pay for another room but ONLY on line. My In-laws couldn’t even pay for a room upfront.

    It wasn't that I didn't like this facility, they were in the middle of upgrades and remolding during my stay. So it wasn't the best. I think once all is completed, It will be fine for those stays that you just need somewhere to sleep and still be close enough to the things you want to do in the area .

    The location for what I was doing for my visit was perfect. It wasn't that I didn't like this facility, they were in the middle of upgrades and remolding during my stay. So it wasn't the best.     The entire Staff, from Management to Front Desk Personnel, Housekeeping & Maintenance were super friendly and professional, Especially Tonja, The Manager onsite. The location, on the South Bank of The St. Johns River in Jacksonville, was mighty convenient to area Attractions, Shopping, Parks & Restaurants. I will highly recommend this property to Anyone who requires & desires the amenities of an extended stay hotel. It's definitely a lot of bang for the buck!

    Until This Stay at an Extended Stay Hotel, I never even imagined that such stay could be as welcomed and satisfying as This one. After nearly 4 Decades away, I am returning to My hometown to a new residence to enjoy my much deserved retirement. From initial check-in throughout my fulfillment of my 2-Night Stay, It has been a true pleasure. In fact, not wishing to be rushed to move into My newest home, I decided to stay an additional 4 Nights. From Tosha, The Manager, to Alisia & Ozonne at the Front Desk, Misty & Yoselin in Housekeeping and Saschu in Maintenance, The Customer Service is Truly 2nd to None. If I had been as respected and admired by my many employees over the years as Tosha is by those she directly supervises, I would be a very satisfied person! If you are planning on an extended visit to enjoy the area Beaches, the St. Johns River, St. Augustine &/or Our Hometown Jacksonville Jaguars, You really should do yourself a favor and consider This Property.

    The hotel was being remodeled so to leave a fair review I can only review my stay. Our room was remodeled so they said. The TV did not work our entire stay and nobody fixed it. My husband asked a couple of times. There was no hair dryer. The bathroom sink was very slow in the water going down. Our room was not cleaned ir bed made while we were there. The location was great to the highway and to downtown and the staff was very nice and helpful. It had a kitchenette with a full refridgerator and stove top and microwave. They want a hefty fee for parking.

    It’s in a rough neighborhood. Homeless people asking you for cigarettes as you get out of the car. Also a few for parking is added on at time of arrival that isn’t advertised or the $100 deposit either.

    Our room was clean, but in disrepair, with broken drawers, unattached molding around the 'kitchenette', burners that did not work. It's in a dicey (yet nice, with the adjacent riverwalk) part of town, hence, locked outside doors that require a key card. Staff was friendly & knowledgable, with the security deposit ($100) returned in the advised 'few days'. All in all, OK.

    Nothing. Booked the reservation through booking, got there and was told I didn’t have a reservation even though booking took the money out, got very aggravated and left to find somewhere else to stay. Called to cancel the reservation and the hotel actually found the reservation after I called but wouldn’t refund my money, told me to contact booking for my refund since they took my money out. Contacted booking and they told me they would have to contact the hotel. My problem was still NEVER resolved and my money was never refunded.

    The fridge in my room was stained like it had not been cleaned well or for a long time. The bathroom vent was very dusty and very loud. The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were thin as well. I heard the neighbors' whole conversation the night I stood there.

    The staff were all nice, the property is allegedly being renovated. The room I was assigned was one step above that of a hospital and two steps above a homeless shelter. The neighborhood at night is scary (no open businesses apart from a gas station) with homeless wandering around including one directly outside as I tried to get buzzed into the lobby so I could check in. If it hadn't been so late I would have opted to find another hotel somewhere, anywhere. I do not recommend no matter how cheap the price.

    There isn't anything that really went well. When we arrived, we had to yell to the person at the counter that we wanted to check in for her to buzz us in. We were not told when placing the reservations that there was a parking fee. Our room was not clean, we found empty single serve liquor bottles on the floor. The floor was dirty, our socks were even dirty. I tried to call for a wake up call 10 times, never got an answer. Went downstairs to request a wakeup call, the girl said she would put it in, we didn't get a wake up call. We were in the city for a medical procedure so it was important that we were up at the requested time. When we went to check out, I took one of the liquor bottles down with me and left it at the front counter.

    The location of the hotel was great because it was close to job site. The price was reasonable because I need to stay a few days until my place became available. The studio feel was good as well. The didn’t have a pleasant smell in the room, roaches was seen in the room, and the morning staff moved so slowly, as if they didn’t want to help me extend my stay.

    Great location and clean with good bed. Absolutely no “amenities” in the bedroom. Had to go to front desk late at night to get a blow dryer after showering (none available), no utensils, not even a glass. Again had to go to front desk for that. Also woman at check in quite curt. The two male desk staff in the mornings were wonderful. Also, having to wait up to a week for the return of my security deposit - not happy. Another thing I have to track.

    Room was not clean, towls were filthy like someone used them and they just folded them back up, new paint was put on in random places in the room and hallways, sink faucet leaked randomly and the shower handle poured out water. Pillows was basically a sheet of paper. No where online did it mention they charge for parking per day. And it did not mention they charge a extra $100 deposit and hold it for 12 days after you check out. Staff was hardly seen. You can hear the radio playing in a back room while your waiting on a staff member at check out. Witnessed one of the staff members step out a side door thinking they was just grabbing a smoke break..nope out there selling weed to someone in the parking lot! Nope never again for this property. Definitely would not bring my kids here

    Room was not clean, towls were filthy like someone used them and they just folded them back up, new paint was put on in random places in the room and hallways, sink faucet leaked randomly and the shower handle poured out water. Pillows was basically a sheet of paper. No where online did it mention they charge for parking per day. And it did not mention they charge a extra $100 deposit and hold it for 12 days after you check out. Staff was hardly seen. You can hear the radio playing in a back room while your waiting on a staff member at check out. Witnessed one of the staff members step out a side door thinking they was just grabbing a smoke break..nope out there selling weed to someone in the parking lot! Nope never again for this property. Definitely would not bring my kids here

Kitchen in room was not supplied like in the web page we have to go ask for pots pans plates utensils. Then there was the club accross the street pumping music till 2 am . When I woke up to a roach on the bed crawling . We showed from desk pics we took and said they would address it only so I packed and left.

    Place smelled stuffy. Stove “hood” was loose & grease was all under it and under the cabinets. The bathroom faucet was loose. No shampoo/conditioner or coffee in the room. Not what I’m used to in a hotel. Neighbor bar was hella loud until about midnight. No mention of the $8 per night fee for parking either. Totally not worth it. Only good thing was the full size fridge.

    My checkin was very courteous and friendly. I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. I went inside my room and while I was disinfecting the bed, I saw a roach crawling on the wall. I killed it and moved the chair in the room and there were two more under it. I killed them and took the tissue to the front desk. She apologized and assigned me to another room on the 1st floor. Now being cautious I'm looking as soon as I enter and I see two dead roaches in the corner near the wall. Now I'm disgusted and return to the front desk with pictures and ask for a full refund. I go next door to the Hilton for $20 more and enjoy the cleanliness with no mold smell. The room was more update and the bed was comfortable. The Hilton Staff and breakfast was great also. I recommend the Hilton.

    It appeared that the hotel room was cleaned, but there was an awful smell coming from the restroom. This was my 2nd room, the 1st room the TV didn.t work. The bathroom was so bad we had to continuously spray it down with lysol and keep the restroom door closed. throughout our stay.. We seen rust everywhere on the toilet hose I mean everywhere. This is unacceptable and I'm pretty sure that it's a violation of health and safety codes.

    I didn't like that fact that I paid almost 200 dollars for 2 nights get there and was told that it is a 100.00 plus 8.99 cent for parking which somehow equaled out to 117.00 dollars extra on top of what I paid for the actual stay.and why are they charging for parking when they are charging an extremely high deposit.     The first night was fine. The hotel is dated and dark but appeared to be clean. There was a smell I couldn’t identify but I figured we will be at the jazz festival, we won’t be impacted by it much. The night of May 24th, we arrived back from the jazz festival and showered and was getting ready for bed only to see a roach crawling on the wall then my husband discovered on crawling across the floor. We called the front desk, the lady comes and sees us he roaches and offers us another room. Wait, what? You all have roaches, it was then that I identified the smell, they had fumigated. The naive front desk person believed that roaches in one room is not an indicator of roaches throughout the facility. The fumigation was NOT a preemptive measure because they already have roaches. The naive young lady said maintenance is not here so I cannot have them spray, which indicated to me, that this is their routine process for this routine complaint. I asked for a refund for the last night because my husband and I packed so quickly and drove several hours home, tired and exhausted from our enjoyment In Jacksonville, the young lady put me off and asked that I call to speak with a manager in the morning. I called and was put off again and referred to guest relations. I am hopeful that Hotels.com will honor our request, otherwise I will dispute the entire booking with my credit card. What a terrible ending to a great weekend.

    So we stayed her as a family of four for one night after a wedding expo. 1st thing is the area is not so good. There are many homeless people in the surrounding area. We tried to check in after a long road trip so my husband could use the bathroom and they would not let us check in at 1:30pm so we asked if he could use the restroom and they do not have a public restroom. What kind of hotel won’t allow people to use the restroom?? Getting into the place is like visiting Fort Knox. Everyone needed an ID including my daughter who is 19. So we left and came back to check in at 5pm and they would let my daughter use the restroom even though we were checking in. Once in the room we checked the beds for bed bugs because at this point I was expecting anything. No bedbugs but we did see two roaches. Killed them and just suffered the rest of the night. The beds are too soft and we all just couldn’t sleep well. Glad to be checking out after a one night stay. Needless to say we will never stay at an extended stay again. The staff was polite and I wish they wouldn’t put the employees in a position to have to enforce such hideous rules. Not good Extended Stay. Will never get my money again!!

    The key cards didn't work most of the time, the room was clean but had a dingy feel, the floor creaked audibly when walking, even turning the light on and off turned into a chore. The front desk guy was helpful and the location is pretty good (albeit with limited transportation options), but the facility as a whole could stand to be refurbed — significantly

    Condition of room not good. Dresser drawers don't stay closed. Drip in kitchen faucet and leaks near bathroom faucet, countertop has chip as well as a few other things. Not updated and need of repairs. Friendly and helpful staff checking in. Easy walk to Riverwalk. Parking for one night included.

    They don’t take cash!!!! Had to pay for parking AND REQUIRED A DEPOSIT-for incidentals. DONOT ACCEPT CASH!!! This was inconvenient and extra stress on me. I had a test to take the next morning. The location was perfect for my need. No breakfast.

    I got what I paid for… the room smelt HORRIBLE. We asked for an extra pillow to no avail. No ice machine anywhere, had an issue with the vending machine for drinks, they were HOT & sticky, the hotel was nasty!!!!

    Location is better than it first appears. The san Marco area was very close with numerous restaurants and a tram nearby that goes downtown. Only complaints were Hotels.com said breakfast included but was just coffee and pre packaged muffins. Also could really hear people walking above.

    Misty and Dominique were part of the staff and they were the perfect employees! Definitely Misty, I have told all my friends and family where to stay when to come here! Even though it was downtown it was amazing thank you Misty for an amazing time!

    The laminate flooring on the entrance, kitchen and bath was nice and should be carried out throughout to help eliminate the lingering smells. My pillow smelled HEAVY of dog smell. It was uncomfortable. Parking was easy, not sure why there’s an additional fee. Breakfast was quick and easy for the go.

    Horrible, they had to door to the lobby locked on entering, you had to pick up a red phone or the wall to talk to someone on the inside, then they tell you only if you have a reservation you can enter & that they charged for parking $8.00 per night plus a $100 deposit one I did all that the front desk lady had an attitude as if you already booked the room & we don’t for reimbursement you get what we give you. As I was in a room maintenance started knocking I open the door saying they had to pray the room with an pest control guy behind so I ask if they was gonna send me to another room he say no because they spaying everything room in the hotel so I might as well stay I could not wait to leave in the am the over all experience is a no -10

    The room was clean, however the pictures do not represent the hotel to its true presence. Be wary that there is an additional parking and security fee whether you paid in full online or not. The hallways and carpets were dingy. I didnt have a choice to stay here, but I will not back.

    The hotel itself was just fine. But, my husband compared it to Spirit airlines where we were unexpectedly nickel and dimed. At breakfast, we overheard another customer get charged because they got a spot on their towel. As I type, I have not received my UNEXPECTED $100 deposit return yet. I’m good. I’ll go somewhere else the next time I’m in Jacksonville, FL.

    This was one of the worst check-in experiences I've had in my life. I was hit with a deposit fee and a parking fee, which weren't listed during booking. Then they asked, "How many people?" And she says she needed the other party I.D. as well. Now, out of all of my years of traveling, I've never had a lodging establishment needing to know the identification of who a person may or may not be laying with. My word, the cameras aren't enough? Needless to say, I checked in, they got paid, and I left. I didn't even see the room after that malarkey. So, they made their money and kept a clean room because I wasn't staying there. Won't be booking there again, Im good.

    At check in I was surprised with a deposit to my account in addition to the room charge plus a daily parking fee. This was not included in the information provided by Hotel.com. I was informed that the deposit would be refunded 3-5 days after checkout! Disclosure of these types of fees by Hotel.com would be appreciated.

    I have stayed here before and it was a good stay. This time i was very, very, unhappy. I didn't even stay here... There is information that needs to be disclosed on here regarding the deposit for this hotel if booked through this site.. If you go directly through the hotel site you will not be charged a deposit. It's not the point of" paying the deposit" but most adults plan their family trips accordingly due to having a family to make sure things are in order. Not, knowing about the deposit really threw me off with events i wanted to do with my children. I had to look around for another hotel after driving four hours from upper North Georgia. Anywho, thats my rant for now. Please have a great night.

    The biggest terrible thing was as soon as you walked into the room it smelled horrible. I slept with my face covered since I was only there 5 hours. Location was fine 1 mile from dining, 5 min walk to river. But rooms were old, rusted hot plate stove dripping faucet, clean linens. I slept on top off blanket not in the bed & I found 1 baby roach in the tub. Basic breakfast only oatmeal & bagged muffins with coffee & hot cocoa. Staff very helpful & friendly
