    I guess you get what you pay for price was okay the location was okay They have certain rules that I didn't quite understand I had to pay for the bed linen, microwave didn't work and there were no amenities on site no ice machine plus no service from members cuz they were not there and it was hard to get in touch with them

    The staff is very nice and professional. You get what you pay for. Not much to complain about to be honest. However, typically, these places have basic kitchen utensils they will provide upon request. Perhaps all of these utensils had already been given out, but there was none available for me at the time.

    I'm a traveling nurse and my phone was stolen at work the night before I had to renew my reservation. I was 1 hour late paying for my reservation cause I had to go in person to get money due to my phone being stolen and deposit it to pay the hotel. The staff was rude about the entire situation telling me I was banned from staying at any of their properties cause I had money issues. Mind you this was my 4th week there and I had never been late before. I have never been treated so badly in the midst of being a victim of theft (we are lost without our phones)

    Well, to start off. I did not realize that this hotel required a deposit once I got there, it was very unexpected and I had to borrow the money from family in order to stay because my room fee was already taken out my account. Once I did get the deposit to stay for that weekend I was relieved a bit. But I got into the room it didn't smell too good, the stove top didn't heat up well to warm up or cook my food, the white fridge had spots all over the front, the shower curtain rod wasn't put up right in the wall so the shower curtain kept sliding towards the middle causing water to wet the floor, water for the shower wasn't hot, the water in the bathroom sink was hotter than the shower, my room key wasn't working at times I had to keep working with it for the green light to show so I could enter my room...SMH! I opened the windows to get some air but there were holes in both screens so I closed them back due to bugs may enter through them, the light over the stove did not work. But the A/C worked well the staff was nice, the room overall was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location of the hotel was far off the road I passed it..but anyway I don't think I'll stay there again.

    Your rooms smell like musty dirty clothes, it’s really a nice place, it can use some good cleaning and smell goodness, bed bugs in your rooms, I’m not convinced that it’s beetles, my neck says otherwise.

    The first room I stayed in smelled horrific. I used so much Lysol. The floor was filthy. I cleaned it up with Clorox wipes. After 3 nights I had to switch rooms. The second room was clean but smelled like a leaking attic. I had to wash all my clothes in my suitcase and air out my suitcase. I have been coughing ever since.

    I came here on a business trip. The facility is situated in a good location, however, my experience was terrible. I wanted to leave after the first night. My key did not work the entire duration of my stay and it was difficult finding anyone to help me. I came back to the facility to find my door wide open on a few occasions and no worker in sight. My belongings could have gotten stolen and/or my safety jeopardized. I called the help line and they did not answer. I do not recommend this place.

    We arrived on a Saturday afternoon. The lobby door was locked and required a room key to access the lobby which is where you have to go to get your room key. An employee opened the door for us and then left with no help checking in. 20 minutes later the front desk clerk showed up and checked us in. The room was terrible. It smelled like mildew and the carpet was wet. Tried to open the windows to help air it out but they were broken. The bathroom was nasty! A long chunk of hair was in the shower which had not been cleaned. Burn marks from smokers all over the countertop. The next morning we went to talk to the front desk but the front desk was locked down. (large garage door type shutter). Tried to speak with a rep the following morning and was ignored even after asking for help multiple times. Worst stay I've ever had at any hotel!

    This place should be condemned by the health department!! The 1st room the put us in was filthy. Full of trash, dirty diapers and blood stain in bathroom, apliances old and gross. We then got moved to a room on 3rd floor. The entire place smells. Our room on the 3rd floor had a dirty, brown scum covered shower, the bathroom floor is lifted and moldy from water damage,filth on the fridge, no pillowcases on the pillows, stained towels, also very suspicious white stain on floor under a handprint on the wall. I have 2 kids, and was traveling for a family trip. I cannot just afford to book a totally new hotel. I should have just drove the 5 hours home at midnight, but I was too exhausted. The outside door was propped open with a beer can and people staying in vehicles in the lot. When we checked out the lady also implied we would not get our deposit back after they inspect the room. I took pictures of the room when we got there and would pursue legal action if necessary.

    Cons: The hotel just isn’t clean. The bathrooms are grungy and very old, the floors are stained and need a solid scrubbing and everything is just run down. The elevator is long term broke as well. Pros: The beds are comfortable, they have a full kitchen and the staff is very professional.

    The only good thing's it's close to downtown Jacksonville. Other than that it's a cheap 2 star motel. Dirty and stained bed sheets, cigarette burns on toilet and bathroom basin. No breakfast, wrong advertisement stating about real breakfast, at 8:30 everything was out except for some coffee and some grits. Shady people that hang out at night.

    The only thing I didn't enjoy was the wifi wouldn't connect to my gaming console but that's a minor thing. My stay overall? Amazing. This is my second time staying at this hotel and the staff and rooms were great. Friendliest staff literally was there 24/7 and was always helpful. The room was clean and very spacious I enjoyed the extra space and quiet. The beds are super comfortable and relaxing.

    My first room 223 had a terrible moldy smell, I had to mop the floor with a towel it was so filthy. Floor has not been mopped in quite some time. Shower converter lever was broken so I could not take a shower. They switched me to room 232 which was better but still not clean. The “grab and go breakfast” consisted of some oatmeal packets and coffee. Definitely not coming back.

    Mi’Lissa at the front desk was very rude when checking me in. I’ve been staying at this location for a while now and I have never had any issues with checking in or booking using a third party website. Everyone has always been incredibly nice. She proceeded to tell me it was policy and that she’s been with the company for 4 years etc. Which good for her, but her attitude was uncalled for when I was incredibly nice to her. This also wasn’t her first time having a guest upset. I questioned what she was telling me because I was confused and never had anyone tell me I needed to pay extra because I booked through a third party. I went as far as to apologize to her if I came off as rude, even though I know I didn’t. Just overall a bad encounter with her and I’ll be sure to avoid the desk when she’s working.

    Manager is a belligert, disrespectful,arrogant unprofessional jerk. Had to move because of an alarm. Asked for a comp and he told me I had already been accommodated in a snide manner. I called him an ahole out of anger and he kicked me out at 10pm.

    Was such a good value I thought they had made a mistake! My room had a full kitchen and breakfast was included! Nice and clean. I definitely will book here again!

    My wife and I arrived after being on the rode 7.5 hours just for the night audit person to not answer the door. I assume they were in there sleeping. But I never received keys. My wife and eye ended up sleeping in the car in a parking deck. I am still waiting on the refund the GM promised.

    We reserved this hotel because we needed a pet friendly hotel. I dont think quality should be compromised for it. Staff was ok, quick check in. The carpet in the room were stained all over, bathroom shower were not that clean, elevator switch was broken on our floor, the breakfast was coffee and a nuts bar. We witnessed people carrying drunk people, people walking covered with towels on the hallways. It was truly a shocking experience for my kids. Brand and price were a factor but we got it wrong
