    The bed was pretty comfy and the air worked great! It was the dirtiest and most disgusting room I’ve ever paid for! Smelled of old cigarettes and weed. They didn’t provide shampoo or conditioner. Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last person left. Hair in the tub and bed, eyelashes or beard trimmings in sink, some kind of green residue on edge of sink (maybe soap or toothpaste). Crumbs on the bar stool chairs. The only clean things in there were the toilet, the towels, and the inside of the fridge. If it wasn’t dark and I wasn’t alone in a sketchy part of Jax, I would’ve left and went somewhere else.

    Nothing. No shower curtains. The front desk person handed me the shower curtain. But when she brought them to my room at least she asked if she wanted me to hang them. Also, the toilet stopped and she handed me the toilet brish brush.

    I liked the location and the front desk staff. It had roaches and other bugs, a blood stain on the shower curtain, a roach was inside of the refrigerator and something bit me. Also, the manager, Lisa, told me that she would process a “BOG” to compensate me for the awful roaches but I have yet to receive that and it’s been almost a month so she lied. She didn’t even know what “BOG” stood for. I reached out to corporate but no answer on my reforest for refund. I don’t like roaches. The bed was very uncomfortable.

    The property needs more attention to detail when it comes to the cleanliness. There were stains in the carpet in the hallway leading up to the room. The front desk attendant wasn’t so friendly and seemed like she was very rushy. The bathroom had toothpaste stains on the mirror. The showerhead need to be cleaned the toilet and the floor needed to be mopped. The sheets in the bags were clean. They also didn’t have any rags or hand towels in the bathroom. After I tried to request to get some apparently it was too late at night and they don’t have anyone working at the front desk after hours so anytime after 10 PM, you’re basically screwed. I even tried to call in the morning and their front desk attendance doesn’t arrive until 10 AM so imagine trying to rush to leave to catch a flight and I had to go and buy my own hand rags and washcloths to take a bath. They also do not have any complementary items to wash your hands or anything with so if you come there, you need to bring everything that you would need to take a bath and wash your hands or dishes with.

    When we entered our first-floor level room the window was wide open and the air conditioner was on. There was no seating except two bar type stools at the counter. The kitchen was not furnished with anything at all. No coffee maker no hair dryer. There was a cabinet door missing. The room was tiny and you barely had room to walk. The bathroom was bare minimum useable. We have had previous stays at Extended Stay that was pleasant but not this time. Also the TV remote did not work, and we asked for batteries for the remote. We had to ask for washcloths. When I told them the window was wide open she said someone must have wanted fresh air. My response someone wanted to let others in for free. We managed to get the bar lock back in place on the window to feel safe. We were going to ask for compensation for poor conditions but the front desk has a sliding barrior and no one was to be found anywhere. People had stuck their keys in the side of the sliding wall! We were only there one night thank goodness.

    Kitchen had a stove but no pots, pans, or utensils. Had to buy my own. No shower curtain, no miŕrors, smoke detector had bag over it. You can smell wèed before you get to front door. If you need fresh linens, they charge you for them. Save your money. Do not ever come here. I DO NOT FEEL SAFE HERE!!!

    Horrible experience. I’ve never been stranded by hotel reservation that was already paid for. I arrived at 1:30am and they had all the doors locked, with no one at the front desk available to check me in. There was a phone to call someone for after hours, I spoke to a human being whom apologized for not being able to check me in. Imagine the horror of driving around at that time trying to find an alternate accommodation, and all hotels were full. I’ve never experienced this, and hope no one ever has to either.

    It allowed me to make a reservation the night of after ten pm when the staff was not there for check in. I found somebody there who was able to check me in but told me there was an additional one hundred dollars for third party booking and I needed to have the physical copy of the card I used which I don’t have a physical copy. It is the coldest day of the year and the coldest this Floridian has ever experienced in Florida. Last time I felt weather this cold was at least a year ago but in a different state and I had somewhere to stay. Before that I was in snowy Lake Tahoe. My friend sent me money to help me with this so they basically screwed him over too. I found another place though. I feel like this lady was bs-ing me.

    The room was just OK, it needed some repairs in the bathroom. The hallway carpet was not vacuumed during my seven-day stay. The next-door neighbors smoked marijuana daily, and it seeped through the bathroom vent very strongly. The lady who checked me in named Charmaine, was absolutely spot on with customer service skills. Rosie at the front desk was never helpful. I stayed on site for seven days, and the process is to ask for new towels and bedding. Every time I asked for new towels, Rosie stated, "we don't have any, it's the beginning of the month," as if that is supposed to mean something to a guest. I finally asked, "Don't ya'll plan for this every month?" She just looked at me LOL. On my last night (1/8/26), I finally got fresh towels from a lady (who I failed to get her name) with a great personality and presence! Maybe Charmaine trained her.

    I called the front desk while waiting in line to check in and the girl behind the desk ignored my call while chatting and laughing with some guest. Another employee meanwhile just stood behind the counter around and did nothing. The entire place was also dirty and smelled bad.

    Stopped for the night on our drive to Florida. Late night check in wasn’t ideal and took a fair amount of time. Upon arriving in the room we noticed sticky fluids on some of the dressers, a toilet that wasn’t cleaned and had left over fecal matter in the bowl. There was gum on the bathroom floor. The room in general looked very worn. The sheets were clean me we crashed for 6 hours then got out. Location to highway was why we chose it but I’d look for another place if you need to stop.

    First room smelled like cigarettes and had to get another one which was a little better than the first one. Toilet wouldn't flush right and kept backing up. Went to check out and no attendant was on duty. The front desk was covered by a metal door. No drop off box for room keys. I will not book this one again.

    Nice air conditioning, Hot water and it got hit quickly! Kitchen was clean but no utensils (we didn’t need or request any). Staff was very polite and friendly. Building is a bit older but kept up well. We stayed here a few months ago because we like the Deermeadows area.

    No towels, added fees if you use a third party (we used Orbitz so it was a $100 deposit) room had some damage but we reported it on our arrival. Staff was very kind and tried to clean some towels for us that took a few hours. Overall I’d rate this hotel a 3/5 but it was nice having a kitchen (you have a $40 fee if you need cooking utensils and pots/pan. I didn’t like the unexpected fees but hotel was still worth the money.

    The moment I walked in the lobby it smelled liked straight weed. One of the staff members had her family members or friends outside chilling with her the entire time I stayed there. When I opened the door to our room it stunk so bad I wanted to throw up. Most of the outlets did not work as well. The air barely worked too it did not feel like 70 degrees. Never staying at a extended stay again. Yes it was cheaper but not worth it. Every morning we woke up congested and I feel like it was because of the air filter not being clean.

    I arrived to that roach motel on a very rainy day / night, traveling all the way from Naples, FL. I was thrown out from that place by the nasty Indian woman at the front desk. She did not even had my room ready and threatened to call the police on me because according to her: "I was nasty and trespassing the place." I was a guess, I paid for that room at the roach motel in Hotels.com's website! That Extended Stay America Select Suites is actually a Welfare Hotel. The people that stay there are sketchy and the place is old, loud, dingy, dirty, and smelly! Don't believe the beautiful pictures they post online. I ended booking a room at another hotel. Extended Stay America Select Suites stole my money even though that nasty Indian woman told me "there was nothing to refund because I never signed anything." The cowards at Hotels.com did not get me a refund, even after they "escalated it." I am now contesting that money with my Credit Card.

    The first room we were given was filthy and funky!! The bath tub and toilet was peeling horribly and the knobs and shower head was rusted! I asked for another room, when we arrived at the second room THE DOOR WAS ALREADY OPEN WHEN WE GOT THERE!! The hostess would not change the room again but instead she went to observe the room for herself coming back saying "it's nothing wrong with that room and nobody is in there, I don't know why that door would be open but the room is fine." That was the most uncomfortable night my family has ever endured out of town! We slept with chairs to the door not knowing if someone would come back trying to get in or not! With all of the no smoking signs it smelled like straight cigarettes burning!! The people were so loud it sounded like as if they had their doors wide open! It was horrible and scary!

    Staff at check in was extremely nice and helpful, especially since there had just been a hurricane. There was a small problem that housekeeping forgot to leave pillowcases and towels, but that was immediately resolved by the staff. Given the stress of the weather and increased guests, I would say that was small in the grand scheme of the situation. Thank you for a great night sleep, electricity, and a hot shower. The beds are great!

    The condition of the room could use some work. The bathroom curtain was too short, the area around the tub was looking bad due to water damage. There was hair and needed alot of cleaning. The room smelt so bad like cigarettes or some kinda odor. The sheets had stains on them and the floor in kitchen was sticky. The nightstand was nasty and i had to wipe it myself after seeing some kinda liquid on it. I been to theses hotels before and this was pretty bad.

    Booked this property because I knew that I would be arriving in the middle of the night and needed a room for a few hours. Claimed to have a 24/7 front desk, but was charged $15 for a late arrival. Called ahead to confirm late arrival and when I arrived at 2am, was told they couldn’t give me a room. Stole my money and told me tough sh*t when I complained that I had no where to go. Booked at another hotel for full price since I had no options.

    The room was clean. But the hotel smelled like smoke throughout the room and hallways. Some guest had dogs and you can smell the dog odor walking through the hallways. Our room was non smoking but the heavy smoke smell is all through out the hotel. Our beds faced each other and the tv was in the middle. So only one person could watch tv.

    $100 deposit for incidentals in which they have on hold but when you check out they run the charge and tell you the will redund it witjin 5 business days. They should not run the hold as a charge ans redund it, thats essentially stealing your money and deciding when to give it back. The rooms are old, dirty, the floor had water leaked from the sink. The floors were sticky, the toilet did not flush, hair in the sink, all the cabinets have ware and obvious water damage as they are peeling, the sprinkler for the fire alarm was covered with a plastic bag... need i go on? It was horrible and i want my $100 incidental back not stolen from me!

    Upon check-in, I was informed the room I had reserved was dirty and unavailable so I was up charged $28 to stay in another room that was clean, but somewhat rundown in need of renovation. The lightbulb in the reading light was burned out so I took it to the front desk to see if they had another lightbulb And was told no. They could’ve gone to the room that was still dirty and taking a lightbulb out of that one but they didn’t when I went for breakfast at 6 AM. There was no breakfast and there was no one at the front desk at all the post had been abandoned , when the next shift came in at seven, they were dismayed to find the disarray. They discovered that I had been wrongly up, charged and eventually got the grab and go breakfast up by 7:30 AM the morning crew did their best to try to compensate for the inconvenience, but I will not be staying here again And I will probably not stay at an extended stay in anywhere when I called Hotels.com I spent 56 minutes on the phone on several holes and was partially compensated for the inconvenience

    The hallway and stairwells were littered and dirty. The dogs were loud and incessant and water was not remotely hot (might not even melt butter). The toilet was clogged and required multiple plunger maneuvers with every flush. This is not a hotel for travelers with any experience or qualms. It seemed to work well for locals who may have been homeless, and we laud that!. We will not stay in an Extended Stay again as the quality of the properties has almost hit the bottom compared to years back when the brand was a ready choice for us when on trips requring a kitchen or a few days stay.

    I had Expedia book me 3 rooms. I get there and they only had 2 room booked for me. But then the clerk said oh I don’t think they are clean!!! He said do you want to walk with me and we will see if they are cleaned. Went up and Bothe where dirty so he says I have no rooms for you. So after 2 hrs calling Expedia one girl put me on hold then hung up on me. So eventually we had to go to another place to get a room. Will never use Expedia again. They told me 3 rooms were booked only had two rooms booked. Very very bad experience from both parties. Never again with Expedia or comfort suits. Terrible service on both ends !!!!!!

    Sofa bed was extremely dirty with no sheets. The sink in the bathroom was leaking underneath. We got moved to a different room and the sofa bed was also very dirty and the staff was never at the front desk. We had to call them through a phone in the vestibule and sometimes wouldn’t even answer after like 5 tries. It was overall a bad experience and would not recommend this stay to anyone.

    The night we checked in there was no one at the desk. The buzzer did not work. Another guest had to let me in. Checkin was fine. The room smelled like smoke and there were some bugs. The next day none of our keys worked. And again no one was at the desk to let us in. I had to dial 0 on the phone and someone finally answered but never showed up. Another guest let me in. The next evenin when we arrived it smelled like someone was smoking in our room it was so bad. Also we asked for a late check out and she said we could check out at noon the next day. At 11 am in check out day a very mean lady knocked on the door and insisted that we leave even though we were told we could stay until noon. I was very disappointed in this location and I’m not particularly picky. From walking around the room our feet were black with dirt. I do not recommend this location.

    They didnt have room at first. Then he got one. Whole hotel in terrible condition. No hot water in 1 bathroom. A basket of muffins, and a basket of granola bars does not make breakfast. Out of coffee. Scum all over floor, no blankets.

    Very out dated. The staff is amazing they really are. However there are only two. The lady in the morning had to answer the phone, checks people in and out and had to make the rooms. All that and she still is super friendly The guy in the evening is very friendly and helpful too. But the property has a lot of people that live there so I guess they would be homeless if they didn’t stay in the hotel. One lady told me that she been staying there over one year and another guy said he was there for years. The windows are very thin so you will hear the cars from the freeway flying by all night long

    Well, considering the hotel that accepted my reservation was completely CLOSED and there were very few rooms available, I was thrilled with this place. But objectively, it's what I would expect. Room was fine, but the bed was small. Mattress was comfortable, pillows not so much. The towels were not nice, but they did what we needed them to do. We had no problems or issues at all and just needed a place to stay. I have no reason to tell someone to NOT stay here, and I would if in need again in the area.

    In regards to this facility the images do not potray the facility. Upon arrival after receiving the room key and going to my room the hallways were filthy with people laying down sleeping, and smoking in the hallway. Upon walking into the room the appliances were all rusted and dirty, along with the room being dirty. The bedding in my room had been used and smelled. I asked for new bedding which was acomodated. During my week stay which i would have left but the hotels in the area were fully booked every night there was physical fighting, screaming, and police at the facility nightly. When speaking with the officer he stated they are frequently there after unfortunately having an individual trying to break into my room. It was a very unpleasant stay and there is large amounts of drug activities going on sadly. With this facility only being 3-4 years old which was stated by locals it is disappointing to see this going on. It is claimed to have a breakfast and they only offered instant coffee which was stirred with bare hands and a large wood spoon with no hygeine in place while doing so. The breakfast was 1 granola bar that was offered.

    The Southwest kind and courteous and very warm and welcoming everything has been wonderful the only thing is the satellite keeps going in and out off the TV no service saying that's a pain in the butt you can't watch anything cuz it keeps going in and out!

    It was a horrible experience with this hotel chain, the first hotel gave us a room that stunk like lysol and cigarette smoke, we had to cancel the stay because they had no other rooms, then this hotel gives us a room with no sofa bed having 6 people. they move us to a room with the sofabed, not as clean, we did not think anything about it till we got home later that night only to find that there weas no linnen for the sofa bed and once we opend it found it dirty and stained, I would not let a dog lie on it let alone my inlaws or my kids! The bathroom had some sticky substance on the inside door knob, and the rug was dirty and sticky. I would not recomend anyone to stay at this hotel!

    It feels like an old seedy hotel from the 70s. Just nasty. Filthy bathtub and towel from previous guest still hung on door. Floors in kitchen area sticky! Dark and creepy hallways. Only stayed because we had beenon road all day and too tired to leave. RUN FROM THIS ONE!!!

    The Hotel was very dirty. The rugs had stains and my shower had black hair all over the tiles. I am blond. The rug in my room was dirty and the floor in the Kitchen was swept while I was wating for the room. Check-in would have been at 3 pm. I checked in at 4 pm and the room was still not done. However, the worst was the horrible smell of POT everywhere. I don't smoke and I paid for non-smoking but was exposed to the Pot smell that made me sick. I do not recommend this hotel.

    Got to the motel to check in and the key that was given didn’t open the room they gave us. Had to go back down to get another key just to get back up to the room and open it up to find the beds wasn’t even made and everything was just thrown onto the beds. Had to go back down and front desk associate just thought all I was trying to do was complain about nothing till she finally listen to what I was trying to tell her about the beds not being made. T.V in the room doesn’t work. Radio only had one Channel on it. Had to ask for soap, shampoo, and conditioner, just to find out they have no conditioner. They have no ice machine. The breakfast literally consisted of oatmeal, granola bars, hot chocolate, and coffee. And then to put the icing on the cake they came banging on the door at 8am to ask if we was about to leave and check out time isn’t till 11am.

    Pretty gross, and I have low cleanliness standards. One of those places where you don't want to touch anything. The space was great in the suite though - two full baths. I never see that. Of course, the sink in one bathroom wouldn't drain.
