    The hotel was well maintained in the lobby and outside areas the restaurant was good and the staff was great very accommodating and very polite. However, the room I stayed in which was room 318 had a very distinct odor of either mold mildew or sewage almost as if maybe the carpet had gotten wet before or something along those lines the odor was very strong. I did let the front desk know as soon as we checked in and when we checked out. The nice lady at checkout did say that she was going to close the room and have maintenance take a look so I was very pleased to hear that other than that our stay was amazing it was the final trip before my son left to go off to Navy boot camp and your hotel and staff helped our stay and our goodbye a very memorable event.

    This was my very first time staying at an embassy suites and it was extremely nice. Everyone was friendly from check in to check out. Special shoutout to the breakfast crew! Super friendly, made sure our plates were off the table and the cooks were excellent as well. Embassy suites is my new go to! Everything was amazing

    A few things…I had to wait one hour to get a bar of soap as there wasn’t any when I arrived. The coffee pot in the room was not working. When they brought another one, I later noticed it did not have the tray that slides in and holds the coffee pod. When I asked for another one the next evening, I never received it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor had no ice when I went for some Sat. night. I used a “Sleep In” tag on my door for two days. I took it off on Sunday morning but my room never got cleaned. The breakfast buffet is very impressive. Plenty to eat and was presented very nicely. Very good coffee. The staff cleaning up during the buffet was very friendly and efficient. Joseph, in particular, is a wonderful employee; so pleasant and hard working. Overall, the Bay Meadows location is a great spot; not too far from the airport, St. Augustine, and Daytona Beach. Would consider staying there again.

    The Breakfast. The balcony was dirty and needed to be swept. The sheets had look like Vomit. And the top comforter had actual blood( body fluid) on on it. A couple of lamps weren't working. Just a horrible experience and I normally visit often.

    I enjoyed my stay, everyone was really nice and helpful. The morning staff was extremely nice. I don't remember all of their names but Joseph was very kind and the o the lady that was cleaning the breakfast area. The gentleman making the omelettes was very friendly. Enjoyed the breakfast. The room was clean. It's an older establishment but still well kept.

    We had cool air at best the entire stay, the ac didn't actually work tho. Our room was at least 10 degrees warmer than the hallways. We left the temp higher during the day in case it was freezing over working too hard and the staff that serviced the room just turned it back to 65 (lowest setting) everyday while cleaning. We were so overly hot we actually left early, it was unbearable inside the room. The door to the bathroom was rotted out along the whole bottom as was the trim in the bathroom. The AC not working caused so much humidity that the room smelled terrible, overall just not worth it. We also found the pool dirty and not well kept. We rarely, if ever, leave a poor review but usually embassy suites are so much nicer than this was.

    Found a dead roach in the fridge, then found a live roach in the bedroom. They moved us to a new room. The pool was packed and then when we finally got in, there was hair and dirt and I got in infection in my eye from there. The buffet was nice and food delicious, two free alcoholic drinks per person over 21 yrs of age. They charge you $10 a night for parking. Many times was walking in halls and smelled weed, hallways were dirty and floors everywhere were sticky and pool spilled lol down hallway. Will not go back again. People next door so loud could hear everything and heard gunshots around 11 pm at night what heard was in parking lot.

The room we were first given and spent our first night in had a lot of issues. They transferred us to another room the next day, but it was hard to spend the first night in a room with broken ac.

    My family’s stay was built around the indoor swimming pool to celebrate my glam daughter’s graduation. Suffice it to say I have a less than stellar review of the “Hilton “ brand. As a seasoned traveler frequenting brands with standards and ratings 4-5 range . Considering its locale too I’ve reached out to corporate to share the unsavory experiences and am open to dialogue.

    The room was hot when we checked in. The livingroom area was cool but the area where the beds were was hot. The bathroom door wasn’t secure so even when you close the door, it wouldn’t stay closed or lock. The refrigerator wasn’t cold either. I am disappointed overall. I booked a room there because my daughter was shipping out to the Navy but I wouldn’t stay there again. It wasn’t worth the money to me.

    I can overlook a certain amount of upgrades not being done, but our room literally smelled aweful. It was the worst every time the air clicked on. The room was mostly clean otherwise. The breakfast was a negative, too. The omlet line was long being a holiday weekend...wish we would have waited anyways because the other food was not good...we were there within the last hour of breakfast, so likely it had just sat out a long time. Still disappointing though. The pool seemed nice, but was closed. I will say that all of the personel we spoke with were very helpful and pleasant though.

    We have been staying at the Embassy suites in Baymeadows, since 2004. The cleanliness changed and the smell of the rooms is not good either. Breakfast would be much better if they kept the area clean and kept the food stocked.

    We usually love staying at Embassy suites however this location significantly let us down. Staff were not very helpful and check in process/reception took a very long time. Atmosphere was much more chaotic than we are used to with non-stop noise coming in through the walls into the room.

    I put 4 stars for the staff, however we only had any interaction with one employee and he was pleasant. As for everything else, if only I could choose negative 5 stars, then it would be more accurate regarding this property. I’m going to say this, it would have to be FRESH after a FULL renovation and a FREE stay for me to ever book here again. There is absolutely no reason why any property should be this filthy. Poor management is the only thing that could explain this ridiculous mess. Anyway, enjoy the pictures. This is probably the last room I book on Expedia. I’m tired of being robbed because of their AI generated photos making the property actually look decent when it’s truly very run down.

    The front desk staff was very friendly upon check-in. However, once we got to our rooms, I inspected the beds and discovered dried bloodstains that had penetrated all the way to the mattress. I immediately went to the front desk and the manager apologized and granted my request to check out and be refunded. I honestly was so disgusted I didnt want myself or my family staying there.

    The hotel is very nice, the staff is absolutely wonderful. We loved the kitchen staff the most.. Ms Mattie and Mr Joseph B were so kind. The chefs making those delicious omelets were friendly and great as well. We will be back. The only issue we had was our first room wasn't cleaned when we arrived so they put us in another no issues.

    The hotel needs major upgrades which can be smelled throughout the hotel. The rooms were icky to the point we felt sick and that was probably due to l of the water (mold and mildew). There were water stains everywhere (pics were taken), but I forgot to get them as they were even on the lamp shades. The tub was disgusting, had rust or some black stuff coming from the drain. The balcony door was rotted, the staff was meh and Lawrence during checkout lacked any type of customer friendliness. This felt closer to what I imagined a motel would be like and the should be categorized as a 1 star hotel.

    The hospitality staff were awesome and accommodating. They were always cheerful and offered assistance. Embassy has and will always be my go to when traveling. Check-in always sets the tone for the stay. This could have been a major failure with loyal patrons who planned in advance, paid for the room a week in advance and confirmed before traveling. Please do better.

    Good food at breakfast. Only real negative thing was that the room next to us were smoking marijuana so much that you couldn’t step out into the hallway without getting a secondhand high.     This hotel used to be top of the line, but unfortunately, at this present time it is not. It’s not near as well kept as in the past. The hallways are not vacuumed on a regular basis my room had furniture they looked like it was 30 years old and patched up as much as it could be the air flow in the suites was not balanced. There is no coffee in the lobby excepted breakfast. It just needs attention like it used to have and upkeep.

    the chef making the omelets was extremely fast and very pleasant attitude! The rest of the breakfast was satisfactory but lacking in variety. The only negative about the breakfast was the coffee. I wasn't able to drink any because the didn't have any cream at all. That is a staple for coffee. I was there for 4 nights and never once had a cup of coffee. The free cocktails is a fantastic perk! The bar staff went above and beyond with service! We plan to stay again at Embassy Suites! The hotel points are another bonus to help with the cost of traveling.     We had an excellent stay at the Embassy Suites. The rooms were spotless and very well maintained, and the hotel overall was impressively clean from top to bottom. One of the highlights was the breakfast, which truly exceeded expectations. There was a full omelette station along with pancakes, sausages, bacon, fresh fruit, pastries, and just about anything you could want to start your day. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

    We asked to not be in a room right by the elevator and was put in a room directly across from the elevator which was very noisy and disturbed our sleep. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well, counter was sticky and hair in the shower. I wanted to use the blow dryer but it was sticky and had hair on it. Usually love Hiltons but this was a disappointment.

    Nice hotel, but the surprise notice of the $10 parking fee/night at check-in, was irritating. I had previously booked online and that fee is not mentioned. If you're going to charge that, say so during the online booking so you are fully disclosing that extra charge. To spring that on your guest when they show up to get their key is not cool.

    They charge for parking which we were not told until we checked in. The heat didn't work or we were locked out of it (up the temperature on the thermostat but the room temp didn't charge over 2 hours). The mattress was cheap and hard as a rock.

    Everything was great except I did not get the room I reserved. I assumed the room I paid for would be available no matter what time I arrived that day since it was non refundable. I needed a balcony, paid for a balcony, and was stuck in a conference room. Six chairs and a table in the front room, no balcony, and a window that was bolted shut.

    The room, and the towels was dirty. The refrigerator didn't work, but the maintenance man was getting ready to go home but he can and changed it out. We were very grateful to him, and he did his job with a smile. No one came to clean the room, and we had to call for clean towels and was clothes that night when we got back at 10pm. I have always enjoyed coming to the Embassy Suite, but has changed for the worst, but it still has good food.

    Planned to stay for 2 nights. Cancelled second night. Hotel is beautiful in the lobby. They charge 10/ni for parking when you’re a guest. Don’t leave or you’ll have hard time finding parking when you get back. Cancelled second night because on night 1 we moved to 3 rooms. First room no heat on a 49 degree night, second room smelled something aweful, third room at least heated to a point and was 11pm by this point so just stuck it out. Was told old hvac ran on boiler and some rooms weren’t working. They were going to try to move us to another room the next night but we said just cancel and went back home. Not what I consider Hilton standards. Everyone is professional though and did authorize the cancelled nights refund. I personally won’t stay here again.

    Staff was the best. Monica our bartender rocked and we saw her every night for our 2 free bar drinks per person.The managers reception had an older woman staff there that was so welcoming. Hot breakfast was exceptional complete with an omelet station. We will definitely look for an Embassy suites for future travel. They do charge for parking which is unnecessary especially with such a big parking lot.

    The check-in lady was not friendly but the breakfast staff were super nice, especially those at the omelet station! The breakfast buffet was great. The room and common areas were very clean and the bed was comfortable. We specifically booked this more expensive hotel for the indoor pool and hot tub but it was closed due to broken glass so that was very disappointing.

    On arrival the staff were courteous and had great energy for it being 5-6 pm. The room was great wasn't expecting to have a balcony so it was a great surprise. The last time we stayed at a Hilton the bed was hard as a rock but the bed here was so comfy. Breakfast was top notch best we've ever had while staying at a hotel. They made fresh omelets with whatever you wanted and had a variety of other hot foods other than just the usual cereal and waffles most hotels serve. When we get a chance to come back we will definitely be staying here again.

    Our room had a watet leak that lead to the hallway off the bathroom soaked in water. What is more upsetting is the hotel did send up maintenance to fix the problem, however no one associated with hotel followed up with us nor did(as we feel they should’ve) anyone with the hotel reach out to apologize about the water leak.

    Im appalled at the overall experience I had at this hotel! This trip was a birthday celebration for my 79yr old mother and law, as well as my week vacation off from work. I booked this room under the impression that this was gonna be a nice hotel since ot was a Hilton Brand hotel, and Hilton is known for their quality standards in comfort. I paid $240.00 a night for what turned out to be cheap motel quality. The pictures in the website show a nice "atrium style hotel with decent rooms, and an indoor pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub was one of my main reasons for booking so that I myself, could relax and unwind a bit on my vacation. The pool and spa were shut down and closed, unavailable for guests to use. Apparently it has been closed for a month or more. I was given a room off in some other part of the building, not within the atrium. The building and room we were put in was so disgustingly old and rundown. The rooms was musty, dirty, dusty. The carpet was so dirty and gross. The tile floor was sticky as hell and our shoes squeaked and stuck to the floor with every step. We had severe sinus and allergy issues from the mold and dust, waking up with headaches and all stuffed up in our sinuses. The balcony had a piece of roof material falling down from a moisture leak damage. Again, felt more like a cheap, dirty, motel! Upon checkout, I was robbed of $20.00 from my $100 deposit, to pay for parking, charging me $10 a day to park, but dont post or inform you of this charge.

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4 out of 5) “A Roach, a Ribeye, and a Really Good Time” Let me start by saying the location is beautiful—quiet, green, and peaceful enough to make you forget you’re still in Jacksonville. The staff’s attention was lightning fast—almost scary how quick they’d show up when I needed something. The bed? Cloud-level comfy. Slept like a baby that just had warm milk and zero worries. Now, the breakfast was excellent—the omelets were the kind of good that make you question your life choices for ever skipping breakfast before. The seating area was beautiful and relaxing, like a place where you’d imagine yourself sipping coffee and pretending you’re in a business meeting just to look important. The bar and grill? Top tier. The steak was on point—medium rare perfection that made me forget I’m not supposed to eat late at night. Now… about the bathroom experience. Let’s just say I made an unexpected friend—a tiny roach who must’ve checked in before me and refused to leave. There was also some hair on the bathroom ceiling (how it got up there, I’ll never know) and the shower curtain had seen better days—probably since the early 2000s. Despite that, everything else was solid. With a little TLC and a few gallons of bleach, this place could easily be a 5-star gem. Would I stay again? Absolutely. But next time, I’m bringing my own bug spray and a can of paint—just to help them out. 😂 ⸻

    My room was damp, the carpet was damp which explains the AC being at 62* when I walked in. The bathroom smelled of spoiled mop water, it was very difficult to take. The drain in the shower was clogged, furniture old and worn. It just wasn’t what ES used to be. The snacks offered were chip and watery salsa. Some type of trail mix that kids picked through. They offered well alcohol as your free drinks which some really like. It’s sad that any management would allow for a hotel to drop this far.

    Interesting hotel. Rooms feel older, but well maintained. Very noisy lobby, even late into the evening ( people yelling from the 3rd or 4th to family in the lobby.     They have a group reservation for a birthday party to loud. They were knocking my door . The front desk reveiced a lot of complaints about them . I was very sick the day 2 of my stayed and the only opportunity to enjoy the pool was impossible, were kids and young people loud and not respecting others space I just stay 15 min when they hit me in my face with a football. No one controlling the situation.Other thing they don't have coffee available all day and enough water. I was expecting more from an Embassy Suite. Few employee were excellent but one lady in the omelet section not frendly at all.Papo from maintaince and Maria house keeping good . Amazing a lady from Connecticut in the restaurant . At the front desk they had available a wheelchair for my mom. Im very gratefull for that.

    I received a text from Patrick asking how my room was, that was a nice touch.I was surprised that the happy hour was only 5-630, instead of 5-7. 2 bartenders behind the bar but only 1 servicing the free drinks. Line was long and other bartender didn't seem to have much to do. I requested a 7:30am wake up call but it never came. Thank goodness I only use as a back up.

    A few issues the hotel had no control over-parents allowing their kids free reign to run around the hotel, and making noise like what kids do...that same night, large gatherings of people in the common areas socializing well past 11pm-it got loud, the following morning the people above us closed their bathroom sink drain plug and left the water running when they checked out, flooding into our room, and our room's AC condenser the night before the flood leaking onto bathroom floor, with enough water to reach and soak the carpet in the living room...But, overall staff was responsive and handled our room issues promptly.

    I enjoyed my stay at the Embassy. It was nice and just what I needed. House keeping came daily to clean the room, change sheets or make up the bed, and bring fresh towels. Staff was friendly upon checking in and out. The only drawback is there wasn’t any smart tvs to watch some of my favorite streaming shows. They only had cable with 41 channels. Also, the pool area at night was beautiful and romantic but as I was chilling in the hot tub several large cockroaches came out. They were literally playing, flying and swimming in the water. I notified the maintenance crew when they came in the pool area and they kind of just brushed it off like it was normal which it probably is. I understand that roaches are a very invasive species but this was just scary!

    The bedroom window of room 301in which we stayed in was almost like there wasn’t a window install at all. We could hear everything outside side so clear and loud. As well as the entrance door into the room they should maybe work that. It is definitely NOT sound proof or any quietness in the room.

    Front desk was extremely polite. The hotel was spacious and has a nice lobby. The only problem is the hotel is old, rundown and our room had hair all over the bathroom shower walls and curled up hairs on the mirror. Went to use the pull out and the blanket that came with it was sticky and stained. Very friendly staff, very filthy rooms.

    Without a doubt, the worst embassy suites I’ve ever stayed at. the staff were great, but the facilities are in desperate need of update and repair. the managers reception : The drinks were good, but the food was sad and it really wasn’t food. It was like carrots and chips and Chex mix or something Same every night nothing to write home about. Breakfast was also very limited just not a lot to choose from and what was there wasn’t fantastic.

    Our 3-day stay at Embassy Suites was thoroughly enjoyable. The rooms, as anticipated, were generously spacious. A highlight was the complimentary Manager's Reception each afternoon, offering alcoholic beverages for adults and tasty finger foods. The breakfast options were excellent, with a standout omelet bar. The children particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi, especially convenient given the warm weather and potential rough outdoor conditions. I'm uncertain about the Hilton rewards member perks, as there were none received upon check-in. The location is superb, situated near Deerwood where other reputable hotels are located.

    The rooms are super spacious and work well when staying with your family. The lobby is really lovely too. Some of the small issues: - the shower was clogged with hair. This was addressed quickly by the maintenance worker. - the indoor pool ceiling was leaking - the beds and especially the sofa bed were extremely uncomfortable and warped - it doesn’t take much to impress me when it comes to breakfast buffets, but this one was just not very good. Things were out of stock and the workers couldn’t keep up with it. It also just didn’t taste very good. The positives: - spacious rooms - maintenance worker being very responsive - lobby area

    Hotel overall was good; room was very dated, but clean. Had trouble every single day with housekeeping not leaving enough or sometimes no towels. Breakfast was excellent. Pool/Spa tub was ok- there were ALOT of kids running around screaming loud for no reason while parents sat and watched so it was hard to enjoy. The rooms being so dated may make it a last choice next time. A remodel is terribly needed before it gets too run down.

    I have mixed feelings about this property. On one hand the employees were exceptionally well, on the other, one managed to tar the visit with a very rude attitude. He was abrasive for no discernible reason. I don’t want to publish his name but he works in the night shift. I believe this gentleman truly is a liability to this establishment. I own a travel and media company and travel worldwide, I know one sour employee can cost dearly in terms of return business. That aside the bathtub in our room was backed up, one of the sheets had a stain and the room was not serviced when we removed the do not disturb sign. Sometimes stains happen and bathtubs back up so I’m willing to grant grace for that. We did not report these issues to be clear, since our stay was brief. As well, cleaning staff could be seen all over the hotel most of the day and were very friendly and helpful. Further, when I asked for help with booking a second room last minute, the staff member at the desk went above and beyond. She assisted me with a welcoming and wonderful attitude. Perfectly professional and that room was better in terms of the bathroom. Although the hotel was packed with guests, all was quite orderly. The breakfast was good and the facilities were clean. The lobby is spacious and many family reunions were being held. I did not use the pool but my godchildren did and they liked it. Overall, it’s conveniently located, I never felt unsafe and it was a good visit.

    Horrible! No air in the building, staff were sweating bullets while guest were complaining about there room. Upon arrival my room was ready, mind you I arrived to check in at 8pm. The room I book wasn’t available at all. They were giving guest rooms keys to occupied rooms. This was horrible, I’ll never stay at this location and I’d warn anyone going to have a back up plan! People were there doing photo shoots that didn’t have a room. It’s unsafe as anyone can walk in, no security. I would not recommend this place at all.

    The A/C in the room does not stay cool at night. It would be cold in the sitting room but in the bedroom it would be warm. When we got there there were used tissues/napkins in the night stand drawer, the dresser drawers were sticky, when I took a wash cloth to wash the drawer it was like red juice. The pool had white stuff floating in it, the hot tub had bubbles like a bubble bath.

    I loved the amenities and the indoor pool for my kids. One of the elevators didn’t work, but that wasn’t much of a hassle because there were 3 more. The room was nice but I didn’t realize the fridge didn’t work until the next morning when all of my kids leftover ice cream was melted. I chose to sleep on the pull out sofa and gave my kids the room. When I woke up my one of my kids on the floor, that’s when I was told one of the beds smelled like piss. I didn’t get a chance to let the front desk know of these things upon leaving because we were in a rush to leave after check out. Besides these things, we had a great time! The breakfast was great and the room was very spacious and quiet.

    The hotel was extremely loud with so many unsupervised kids of all ages running around all the floors, playing on the elevators, and constant running back and forth in front of the rooms. The trash cans were overflowing with garbage and little staff that could clean up. The atmosphere was not at all what you would expect from an Embassy Suites. The rooms are old and outdated as well as the bathrooms. If you want a descent stay without constant noise and groups of terrible behaving children running around, don’t bother staying here.

    Called about cold room. They sent a technician. Even when the temperature was raised ten degrees instead of shutting air conditioning fan off it continued to blow very cold air. We ended up shutting total sytem down. Room was 65 degrees when we arrived.

    Check in was superb even was allowed to check I. Early with no issues. But the room was nice and clean . Minus the smell of wetness ( musty odor too ) .     Our family has been staying at Baymeadows Embassy Suites for years. Its very different from our past visits. The housekeeper made the beds and didn't take the dirty towels. They also didn't put clean towels in the bathroom. Cocktails were watered down. I referred someone to stay there and they had roaches in their room. Hilton Hotels needs to do better.

    Oldest embassy suites ever. Very low ceiling in bathrooms water in shower smells disgusting. Rooms are spacious but very old. Beds are small. Lady doing the snacks around 5pm saw a guy stick his hands in the chips and said something to him but didn’t even bother to change it. Omelets were good guy was very nice.     3rd there was a really bad smell outside the back entry door [ by the handicap parking ]. But worst. The day I was to check out, the hotel had a planned water outage but, I was never informed about it. I was unable to shower or clean up in anyway before a day of travel and several flights. There was a letter at the front desk telling about the outage on the 5th. Since, I parked my car in a handicap slot nearest my room, I never saw the letter at the front desk.     We came down for our spring break vacation. The location was very convenient to everything including the beach. The rooms are good, a little dated but the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms are very small. I loved that the check-in attendant gave me the option of which floor we wanted to stay on.     The elevators was slow and small. Took a while to come to third floor so we took the stairs. For breakfast there were so many people, the lines were long and there were a lot of kids running around the hotel playing and dripping water on floor, loud and playing in hotel.     Furniture is dirty appears to have spots on the chair and couch. Carpet wasn’t vacuum good and the kitchen area floor was very sticky we to take a wet towel and wipe the floor down and it was dirty. Probably my last time staying here!!!!

    Our room was not clean. When we arrived, there was a pair of underwear on the closet floor, pretzel crumbs on the carpet, hair in the bathtub, etc. We were only given 4 towels for a room that slept 6 (and they knew from our reservation we had 5 people). We told the front desk about the underwear and they were just like "oh, sorry". They didn't offer to take care of it or any compensation. The breakfast was very good. The pool was very cloudy - not sure why - and the hot tub jets were weak.

    The pool area was unkept including bathrooms. Pool towels were empty on several occasions and was told they were out of towels and were being washed. The hotel room were booked was not available so they gave us a room with a pull out couch. The room was dusty and the bathroom was not cleaned properly

    It was def not embassy standards. Took 30 minutes to check in. The bathroom was not very clean, especially the toilet. Went to the evening reception and there was only a trail mix type of thing at 530. There were very few chips and some salsa. The elevators were so slow we ended up leaving our handicapp daughter in the room and using the stairs until it was time to go. I wish the reception had food first, but more of a variety like other embassy's. I have food allergy so even if the food there was available, i cant have salsa and not many kids like salsa. Some chips and maybe ranch dip or cheese dip or some cheese and fruit would be great. The lady did comp us some hilton points but def not worth the price we paid.

    Stafrf was very nice. Property was an older Embassy but clean and everything met our expectations. Breakfast was very nice and chef prepared excellent omelets. Dining options were not great but restaurants are nearby.

    Our stay at Embassy Suites was just a quick overnight stop on our way to vacation. Our room was spacious and comfortable. There were several sport teams there, but overall it was quiet at bedtime. The breakfast options were exceptional. As usual, Embassy Suites is a winner.

    We arrived at our room after midnight and unfortunately didn’t notice the many problems. After lying down from exhaustion, I got up around 2 am to shower. My hubby was already in a deep sleep after driving for the past two days! I didn’t notice the multiple unsanitary and unacceptable mold, mildew and uncleanliness until I was standing in the shower. Because we have lodged at this location several times, I never in a million years would have expected what I experienced! We stayed only one night and was supposed to have enjoyed a late check out. We did not stay the requested time! Upon exiting the property, I stopped to the front desk, returned the keys and reported our experience to the African-American female at the counter, who to my surprise was unbothered! She never showed or expressed any empathy AND did not apologize for my unfortunate experience! However, she did appear to write a couple of my complaints down on paper as to appease my complaints. Unfortunately I did not observe anything written on the paper! So, therefore I cannot confirm nor deny rather she did or not! I would like someone from upper management to contact me! I reluctantly took a few photos prior to leaving.

    We were by the elevator and could hear a humming noise all over. We figured out the elevator motor is broken . It shouldn’t sound like that. Had zero sleep all night.

    Very nice bar and restaurant in the property. Nice hot tub and pool, which was clean both stays on our way to Southern Florida and on the way back. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Great breakfast!
