Absolutely wonderful. Nothing bad to say about this one.

We were heading south to the Gulf Coast and the hotel is in a perfect location to bypass Jacksonville. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The ice machine actually works. We were very pleased with our stay.

The hotel was literally empty. There were ZERO (0) guests!. The parking lot had 1 car in it. Located in a very rough part of town. I was afraid to stay there. The front desk lady happily refiunded my money. VERY SCARY PLACE DESERTED BUILDING. 1 car in the parking lot. VERY SCARY. I was afraid to stay there.

As always the room and bed were very comfortable. It was nice and quiet also. The lady checking me in wasn't very welcoming. She seemed to have a bit of an attitude. And then upon check-out, the lady was on the phone so left me standing there for several minutes. Then after doing the checkout, told me to wait while housekeeping checked the room. She left me standing there for another 10-15 minutes, well after the housekeeping had finished with the room. She finally comes back to computer and completes my checkout. Should never have taken this long to check me out. I love this hotel, but for the amount it costs, would expect more courteousness from staff.

The couch had a slit in the arm and some repair had been done in my room on the wall. It wasn't painted over.

There was NOTHING that I liked. I didn't like the attitude and demeanor of the front office staff. Hotel is old and outdated, the photos listed online do not match the actual rooms in which you receive. I've stayed at many Country Inn & Suites, this one seems to be privately owned and from the looks of it once arriving very noticeable. I would never recommend this hotel location to anyone. Not even for one night, one hour. Room very outdated, around the a/c unit rusted and sheetrock all crumbled up, stand in bathroom rusted, spots on bedsheets when bed was turned back, room had a very foul, moldy stale smell that was hard to get rid of. I was disappointed on this entire hotel stay. Had to pay a $100 cash deposit due to my drive there being less than 3 hours. Never heard of anything like that before.

This is our go to hotel when we come to Jacksonville. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and delicious breakfast. We also love the squeeze bottles with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion that hang on the walls in the bathroom.

It was overall dirty, mold in room and noise from freeway terrible! Ive stayed at a few cointry inns and this was far from the standards I have seen at others. There was 5 of us 2 rooms I went to take the kids 3 muffins and 2 apples front desk acted as though I was high jacking a bunch of foodand said I needed ro eat it in dinibgroom. Kids were obviously still in rooms and said Ive already touched them what do you want me to do she said either sit and eat or throw it away. So needless to say 3 muffins and 2 apples went in the trash.! Absolutely redicolous! Check in was smooth thats the only positive experience from this stay.

The location was good. You could tell the hotel tried to upgrade some things, such as the refrigerator, which was newer and clean. There was laminate flooring instead of carpet inside the room, and a nice-sized TV. Breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The hotel needs major upgrades. As soon as I got off the elevator on the second floor, it smelled like a vacant building. Very dusty, with a mildewy smell. The bathrooms were terrible. The one sink we had had cracks in it and was clogged. It would fill up when trying to brush our teeth. The mounted blow dryer was hanging off the wall. Whomever painted last didn't even bother painting around it. Looked like a cheap job or someone being lazy. The countertops were old and outdated. The grout on the tile floors was blackened from dirt. The wall outlet supplying water to the toilet was rusted and gross. Probably original to the hotel. The bed was comfortable; however, the next morning, when the sun was shining through the window, I could see a disgusting substance spread all over the headboard that I couldn't see the evening before due to the lighting. I definitely would not have lain my head down had I seen this beforehand. The ceiling of the room looked like it was from 1989. Textured knockdown with black stains. It definitely needs updating and painting. The walls seemed thin, too. I could hear conversations from other rooms and people yelling in the middle of the night.

The $100 cash deposit if you live within 3 hour of hotel is crazy. It took me over 30 moto check in. Just to get to the room and the key didn’t work!

Great location , friendly staff, very nice breakfast, comfortable bed, someone at desk even with a late arrival Had to kill about 25 over-sized ants in our room over the 12 hours we were there. Yuck!

The steps going up the stairs are very spoiled, the Hallways on the second floor floor need cleaning in where I stayed on. I am a Choice member, and I treated in professional. The surrounding area and the parking sucks,

One of the main problem I had with the room is when I start seeing ants crawling on the floor, I killed like 6 or 7 of them my first night of staying there, that's is why I give them a 3 star rating.

This was the perfect spot for a quick overnight stop on a long road trip. Right off of 295, it was clean and comfortable. The odor of cigarette smoke just seemed to be an underlying smell, even in our room. I wish I could give it a higher score bc everything else was fine.

The only improvements would be to upgrade the dated carpet in the hall, add more meat selections for breakfast (they only had pork), and to have the hot tub working (the pool guys were there when we were leaving).

When i arrived at the hotel, i went to check in, & the 1st thing the lady said to me was "your aware of the $100 deposit for anyone who lives within a 2 hour radius right?". I said no, its not listed anywhere on the website, not even when i went to pay online, there was NOTHING about a deposit. She said anyone who lives within a 2 hour radius

Not only did I have to put down a $100 CASH ONLY deposit, but I also had to wait for the person at the desk to physically check the room, you also have to take the cash back they can’t apply it to the room. The thermostat was sideways on the wall and they have a demo of their shower head behind the desk so they can show everybody how to use it.

When I first drove up there were 2 men standing outside with a grill and they were grilling outside at the front of the hotel. Then she said they only take cash for the deposit. So I asked her to cancel my room. I was very uncomfortable and I didn’t feel comfortable staying there.

Friendliest staff ever! Hotel was clean and smelt great! Nice and quiet, smells pleasant, my needs were immediately met each time, parking was amazing and very convenient. The parking lot ducks were cool but if I were to have my toddlers with me, they would have probably been scared.

Ice machine needs cleaning. Black flecks throughout the ice. Breakfast food would be hotter is chaffing dishes were turned on before breakfast rather than after breakfast had started and eggs/sausage/potatoes had already gone cold. Otherwise decent stay.

It is located in an industrial park with many semi tractors being parked there. The view from our window was of that parking lot. It was quiet and we felt safe, the front desk staff was very friendly and the breakfast was plentyful, but I thought it was a little overpriced, although it is directly off of I295. We stayed there because of the proximity to an even we were attending.

Hello called because the place didn’t not seem clean and was actually afraid to sleep in the bed might get bed bugs or lice and wasn’t able to see them mattress to check and plugs by the chair in our room did not work near the bed

I have been going to this hotel for the last 3 years but this time things were different. I saw more than 10 roaches during my 3 night stay; it might be because they only clean the room every 3days! The ceiling had several questionable mildew/mold areas. I walked out of my room for breakfast Saturday morning and the hallway smelled like marijuana; there is not smoking allowed so do not know why this. I think it’s really sad that this great place is going down hill.

All In all my stay was good the only thing g that upset me every after I tired the knob in the Jacuzzi or hot hot tub and it would work so hopefully that can be fixed asap

It’s weird that this is the ONLY hotel I’ve stayed in that required $100 CASH ONLY deposit. Every hotel I’ve ever stayed in will put a hold on your debit or credit card for whatever the hold amount is. What if I didn’t have cash? I couldn’t get my money back for the hotel. My hotel was paid for in advance. I won’t make this mistake again. I know now to call & ask before I book at hotels. So if they got robbed, we’re just assed out when it could have been done electronically like all other hotels. They were working on the parking lot so space was limited and most of the vehicles were large. Very inconvenient. Otherwise staff was nice, rooms were clean.

I have a big family the only thing i would like to see change is being able to take breakfast back to the rooms for when the kids arent awake in time

Also, there were no curtains, just a translucent blind, so you couldn’t control the light in the room in the morning.

It stunk. Literally. The hallways and common areas really smelt like B. O.

The bed was uncomfortable and the floors were filthy.

I believe that the hotel is very out dated. It has mold by the air conditioner in room 104.

Very nice but nousy on the interstate highway side!

Location is good. Not any decent restaurants in the area. Check in was easy.

Pleasant staff. Dark room! Loved the blinds. Near the interstate so some noise. Free breakfast was nice! Bed was very comfortable.

Only think was wrong was the elevators were down and we was all on the fourth floor that’s a lot with a child but other than that it was nice

Good Hotel a little older or a little rough but it seemed clean, my big upset was it was crazy noisey train blowing it's horn very 30 minutes all night long, Ptac really super noisy people constantly slamming doors, got no sleep at all

Ac wouldnt blow cold, breakfast was subpar super dried out and out of almost everything at 7am wasnt refilled until someone came in to work.

My stay was very comfortable and relaxing, we will come back again. Staff was very friendly and concerned about our stay.

Very pleasant staff with nice accommodations. The hot breakfast bar was excellent. Convenient to highway and location of intended visit.

While the overall experience was fine, our room was not. We arrived late & were tired. Our room was ready, however, the smoke detector was chirping & needed a battery change which was replaced quickly. The room had a bad odor. We were tired & just went out to eat then to bed. We found out during the night that that toilet did not flush properly on verge of overflowing. Don’ understand how housekeeping could miss that. We ended up using the bathroom in the lobby in the morning. The problems were with the room. The staff was great.

I love the place. It's very quiet. The hot water comes on fast.
