The property holds $100 as security and made sure we knew how hard it was to get back. We asked for them to inspect the room on checkout and they would not. I took pictures and going thru Expedia to get money back.

The breakfast needed to to be fresher, only had apples for fruit , the juice was watered down. The cereal Was stale. Very poor choice of selection. The room was beet very comfy and clean. Thank you Victoria

But never seen such tiny pillows, towels anywhere. They don't have body wash in the bathroom but got shampoo and conditioner. Overall, ita worth the money

The stay is uncomfortable for more than a day. The hallways and elevator needs serious upgrades and cleaning. The wash clothes and towels had hair all in them and very thin. The bathroom floor boards were disgusting. This was a last minute stay but will not return.

The room had roaches. The water on the first day in the shower was NOT hot. Only when my wife took her shower the second day did she get warm water. She will not return to this property.

As soon as I stepped into the room, I was hit by an unpleasant smell of urine coming from the bathroom. Closet has mold smell. I was charged $100 for incidentals when I checked in but receptionist never informed me of this charge. The room is cleaned every 3 days upon request. So if you don't request , room is not cleaned and towels not changed. Breakfast: no bagels, no hot water, no orange juice and there is nothing much to eat besides white bread! Will not come back!

Honestly very uncomfortable bed was not able to sleep well. Breakfast was not great, cold eggs not many other options.

Ive bee at hotels near the interstate before, but this hotel was noisy from the interstate traffic. When we arrived, we saw there was no parking available in the hotel parking lot and the garage was filled with furniture. I asked what floor renovations were taking place on and was told 4th floor and requested not to be placed on that floor. I awoke early to meet family members downstairs who were dropping off kids. Not only was furniture being brought up to 4th floor, but the only elevator was being used for that and I waited 6 minutes first for it to arrive, then for 1 man to unload furniture from it. On Sunday, while leaving to take a family member to the train station, we waited 4 minutes for the elevator, then had to wait for items to be unloaded onto the 2nd floor. We were only 10 minutes from the train station so we didnt leave early, but barely made the train.

Reception was outstanding. Clean room, clean bathroom, spacious. My only complaint was the lack of soundproofing in the walls. My room was right next to the gym and had to use soft ear plugs to get a decent few hours of sleep.

Room itself was ok, as a suite (2 beds and a sofa-bed) whoever decided to placed the TV between the second bed and the sofa, leaning closer towards the sofa, I was at the first bed closer to the window the view was extremely too far. The elevator went down in which it was already dangerously shaking!I had my elderly mom with me so it was a inconvenience for her and me to have to use stairs from the third floor the elevator didn’t get repaired still while we was there that was very disturbing the weather was 28 degrees the stairs led us out by the pool instead of the hotel lobby very disappointing

They're joining rooms we were given did not work one door was shoved completely closed unable to open the room that we were in did not have hot water we had to go to the room next door to shower we could not be separate and together at the same time we all had to crowd in one room very cold went to leave there was baby vomit and the elevator floor reported it and it remained there the whole time till after we left ducks everywhere got to be careful watch out they are mean.

Bathroom was renovated My reservation was for July 12,2025 checkout Sunday July 13,2025 prior to booking reservations on line I called the hotel I stated it’s after 2 am online it’s not allowing me to purchase on July 11,2025 because technically at this time it is officially July12,2025 she stated to me that she can allow us us to check in early she can accommodate us with the time just book online which I did. How about on July 12,2925 that night we arrive at hotel just to go up to room keep card not allowing access to room go to front desk to see why card not working and the same person checked us in that night lied about our reservation when my reservation clearly stated July 12.2925 check out Sunday July 13,2925. I have no problem on paying but at the time of check in she could have said I need to charge you for 2 days instead of throwing our belongings in bags or simply contacted me by phone if it was an issue. We were extremely tired only was visiting Jacksonville for a funeral on that Same Saturday we were not satisfied we lack of communication and her trying to charge me for 2 nd floor which was the floor they used for people traveling with animals and a security deposit I suggest that you train your staff properly don’t say one thing to customers because of her screw up we are the customers that had to suffer your hotel just lost us as future customers and relatives that highly recommend us to stay there because they always stay there when in town

We had to check in early the next morning because we drove 14 hours from Texas to assist my son and his fiancée with some stuff. We get there and are in formed that they are having issues with the water heaters. We say ok we just need to sleep. We get to the room and it’s dirty, there was a roach crawling around. So we decided to leave and just loose 1 day of the hotel stay and go somewhere else. The front desk lady got everything settled and informed us we would have to get a refund from hotels.com. So when we got to the new hotel we did that and the lady lied and said the weren’t having any problems so hotels couldn’t refund any of my booking. The nice guy from hotels at least got me a $50 hotel bucks. So out of the $250 booking I got 50 back. I will never book this hotel again or do not recommend anyone stay here ever.

I checked in front desk staff had a bad attitude she really hate her job and it shows. Then I went to my room sheets was dirty sheets had make up on them and at the foot of bed look like someone dirty feet stains. I told a staff and she came in to change sheet with sheets and comforter with holes in them I mean big holes never again smh

The vent in the bathroom came out of the ceiling and almost hit me in the head. The nightshift clerk was nice but the day shift clerk needs to be fired because we complained and she had a nasty attitude like she was spending money herself. Would not recommend at all

It was just generally a mess and things were broken in the room. The floors felt sandy even after housekeeping came. The area is a heavy traffic area and almost impossible to navigate.

For the pool, had to access the parking lot, then pass by the employee smoke break area. The breakfast only had one type of juice and only had apples, no other fruit. Would like to have had yogurt or some other breakfast item available. The bed was too hard for my comfort. Positive was the room was spacious, quiet, and the window had a blackout curtain.

The hotel is one step from a rent by the hour place. A guy followed me to my room, there was a creepy guy in the lobby, the elevator feels like it's going to break and the hallway reeked of weed. Overall, it was a terrifying experience.

My stay was okay. The building is a little dated. The breakfast was mediocre. The breakfast bar was congested. The waffle iron and hot food was next each other making the area congested as people waited for their waffle.

My stay was paid for yet they still put 134.00 hold on my card for ones night stay along with a 75.00 regular hold which I have never heard of. The couch has no back pillows so very hard to sit on without using pillows as backs from the bed. The seat cushions have seen better days and are flat like you're sitting on the floor. The microwave does work and the fridge is on frigid and froze everything we bought. The bed had a hole where my bottom laid and was very hard they need to replace it. We did not do breakfast because there were too many people there. This hotel seems to be a place companies use to put their employees while they work and they just took over the hotel and parking. These employees were very loud coming in and out of each others rooms and playing music loud and smoking in the hallways.

visited Thursday to Sunday. Everything was good. But on my last night stay Saturday night. I ask to get extended time to 12:30 or 1pm. they wanted to charge $30.00 more on my bill. majority hotel will let you get extended time. but, i guess it all who you go too. Everything else i cant complain.

Bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable..the mattress on the fold out bed had multiple stains and the frame was broken. Breakfast was late and limited to just a few items. My key quit working at 7 am and i couldnt get back into my room.

The area had a lot of sketchy people around. The bed was very hard. The breakfast was waffle of cereal. There was a black hair in the shower which was not mine. There was an additional $155 charge for 2 small cats for 2 nights. We will ever stay here again.

Bathroom door handle was broken off so if you shut it you got stuck inside. Pull out couch also broken, head of the bed sunken to the floor. Pool had algae growing on the bottom. Staff was nice, area a bit run down.

None of the rooms have carpet. My feet could not stay clean. 66 degrees and still hot. I understand why hotels use hard beds, but OUCH my back felt like i was sleeping on a slab of stone.

I didn’t like when I turned the air down the floor would sweat and it seemed like it left the thick comforter damp. You could tell the hotel had been freshly painted because the door to my room was sticking and you could see the paint coming off on the top corner of the door from the frame.

HORRIBLY STRONG STINK OF FABULOSO!!! From the minute I walked into the lobby, all I could smell was Fabuloso, and it was 100 times worse in the room! No way to get away from it! First room’s toilet flushed so poorly that half-disintegrated toilet paper back-flowed INTO the toilet and wouldn’t clear. Changed rooms immediately, but also noticed that BOTH rooms’ floors were stained with either paint or silicone from the bathrooms. The worst (which is my warning to others and my biggest complaint) was the annoying overpowering stink of cleaning supplies that I could not get away from! And nothing hotel staff could do at that point, and too late to change hotels without losing money. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Changed rooms immediately, but also noticed that BOTH rooms’ floors were stained with either paint or silicone from the bathrooms. The worst (which is my warning to others and my biggest complaint) was the annoying overpowering stink of cleaning supplies that I could not get away from! And nothing hotel staff could do at that point, and too late to change hotels without losing money. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean except for a few hairs in the shower but clean compared to other places I’ve been. The bed was not very comfortable but again, it was clean. Breakfast was good.

The room I stayed in was recently remodeled and was very nice. Breakfast was good with 2 waffle options and tasty coffee.

There was no bath soap in the room for either the sink or the shower. And there was hair on the bathroom counter in the sink area and there was a stain on the towels.

The hotel lobby, breakfast area and room were clean. You can tell the hotel is going through renovations but the room furniture and doors are old and beat up.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. The ac went out in our room and we switched rooms in the middle of the night. The beds were like sleeping on a spring board! The glass shower door came off on the track and nearly fell. The furniture in the lobby was badly stained. The breakfast buffet ends at 9am and they literally put the stuff away while you were getting food if you were a minute over. This place needs help.

I put it in a baggie and took it to the front desk and the lady working at 5am was sleeping I woke her up and her response was “well the owner just had that room treated so I’m not sure what you want me to do” umm give me a new room!?!? I would have just left the facility period but had my teenage daughter with me and I had to be at work at 6am so didn’t want her not having somewhere to stay. I asked for a partial refund because I was going to have to spend more money by taking my clothes to the laundromat and taking extra precautions to not bring the bugs back to my home but they refused. Will NEVER stay at this location again!

My Air B&B ghosted me in Jacksonville so this was a last minute, cheap as possible 2 night stay. Was able to check in at 10pm with no problem, breakfast isn’t Waffle House but it did the job. Sheets were clean, AC worked great and the bathroom had no issues. Very happy with how things turned out.

This Comfort inn was very unpleasant. There were some cleanliness issues observed and we requested to switch rooms. The staff was very insensitive and unwilling to accommodate our inconvenience. Very poor communication skills and professional. Thankfully we were accommodated by the Expedia staff where we booked a different hotel.

“Comfort Suites” is an overly generous term to describe this hotel. It’s basically a truck stop, priced like a resort. $250 a night for a $100 room. Common areas are tired. Room was arctic temperature on arrival. Floor was sticky. Fridge was loud. No closet or any hanging space. Bed felt like a futon.

No hot water. When I called the front desk I got no answer. I then went downstairs and the representative was sitting at the desk not answering other calls. I reported that I my room did not have hot water and she replied, “yeah, no one does, it’s out across the entire hotel.” She didn’t advise of what was being done to fix the issue. So I asked, “what’s being done to fix the issue” and she responded. I think the hot water isn’t running because it’s 25° outside. She then stated, maintenance usually reports in by 9am; hopefully, he can figure out what’s going on. There was no expression of concern from the staff.

We did not have internet (TV) the two days we were there. We told the front desk but they didn't seem to care. However, the tv in the lobby worked. Go figure.

Place was nice. Only issues we had was had to smash a huge roach in room and was promised deposit back after checkout, however it took 2 days to get it back

Second, there was no chair for the desk, so no place to do work on your computer. Third, we requested a room service for the second day but after spending all day away from the room, we returned to a room that had not been touched by the cleaning staff, and had to visit the front desk for clean towels, I can go on but it would do no good.

Wouldn’t let me check in even after 3pm. Eventually gave me a room after standing at the counter for about an hour. They gave me a handicapped room which is fine and I thought comical if it was a jab at me for annoying them. Then called me at midnight asking why I hadn’t checked in yet when I had already had a room with room keys.

No restaurants in the area. NO service, Breakfast was not worth having, no bread, no mix for waffles, not much of anything to eat. We asked for additional blanket, pillows, desk chair - never received anything. After this experience, I will not stay in another Comfort Suites.

The hotel is ok, but for the price (I paid 199 for one night) it should be much better. It had a weird smell on the floor i was on (4th floor) and in my room. I would not stay at this hotel again.

It was a good stay for 1 night. It would have been nice to have extra blankets for the pull-out as I had my grands and they wanted all to sleep togerher. The brekfast area was clean but not enough utensils to accomadate people. At time of check-in BK was tp end at 9am but everything was put away close to 8:30 am.

When reservation, the breakfast was included. But no breakfast was provided.

The first room that I got could not be opened. The second room has a very strong smell of cigarettes. The staff was very accommodating spraying but it was still strong smell. At breakfast they did not have milk or coffee creamer or any type or bagels. The breakfast was very limited but the staff was very apologetic and helpful.

I just didn’t like the fact that I paid for the room online & still charged $75 when I arrived on property which that said would be returned @ check out I haven’t seen it refunded yet maybe because it was the weekend???

We've stayed at this particular hotel before, but the condition was not what we remembered. There were red stains in the carpet in both rooms i booked. The staff seemed to be working pretty hard to keep the rooms clean, but i believe they are understaffed. I over heard the housekeeper saying how tired she was.

First time staying here - will stay again. Convenient and clean

Y’all Should have 24 hour coffee ☕️ available; and breakfast 🍳 had no bananas 🍌, 🍊 oranges 🍊. But staff is lovely 😊, no room for improvement in staff. All of them are welcoming and accommodating. Just perfect 👍
