The front counter staff were very friendly.

Upon opening my room door, It smelled like it had just been cleaned and that made me very happy. Just as it smelled, everything was clean and tidy. Big thanks to housekeeping for that. Also, the service desk attendant was very nice and check in was easy. I didn't have time for breakfast but it smelled great, and the dining area was clean. The location is central and lots of restaurants nearby, and the price was nice too!! Definitely will stay again.

Everyone here is staff is extremely nice and helpful. The pictures online depict the room exactly as it is in person. Central location you get to the beach quickly. You can get downtown quickly maybe a 10. Additionally it is right around the corner from the same town center, which is awesome for shopping and restaurants.

Overall great experience at price you pay for the stay, one thing that Icould mention is TV needs to be updated and water pressure in the shower, but then it will probably will affect the price. Will stay again the next time.

The room was clean but it definitely needs to be updated and deep cleaned. The bed was hard as a rock. I stayed for 7 days and asked for more towels day 4 from the cleaning crew and she told me no. I waited 20 min at the front desk to check in I had to call the hotel to get someone to come up and check me in. It wasn't a horrible experience but I won't stay here again

Check in process was seamless and smooth. Rooms were clean, staff are amazing and very hospitable. Just a suggestion, either management or engineering team should walk the rooms to check the quality of rooms. For example, we had three rooms. One room had a big crack around the bath tap (leak may be damaging the room below). Another room, no TV in your suite and hair blow dryer does not work. The other frustrating part is your waffle maker doesn’t work at all. Just because it turns on it doesn’t mean it’s good. Please F&B manager take the time to look in to replacing it. Over all it was very great staycation. You have very amazing staff.

The room was extremely humid. Felt like we walked into a rain cloud as soon as we opened the door to our room. We tried to turn the fan on high but could only use it on the low setting. There are no USB outlets. Majority of the channels on TV were static. There was a dead bug on our sheets. The bed was very uncomfortable, very hard. We would have gone to a different hotel if we didn’t arrive so late and were only staying one night. It’s not the worst hotel but we will not be back. I would rather spend a little more and be more comfortable.

I had a pretty good experience at this hotel. While it’s clear that the property is older, I didn’t notice any significant stains or issues with the walls. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Considering the price, I think it was a great value for my stay.

Me and my wife loved the area along with the convenience to U.N.F. Campus. The previous clerk was more customer friendly and the one was on duty at check in was allegedly afraid of my two small service dogs. We were temporarily inconvenience and had to find another location. The clerk informed us we had to get in contact with our third-party refund. They don't worry about my family to utilize their business again.

Parking is safe and easy. The reception team is wonderful and super quick for check-in and check-out. Rooms are clean but the housekeeping is not responsive and took the towels without replacing them.

Staff was great, room was comfortable & reasonably priced for a quick overnight stay on the way down to southern FL with kids (12, 15,17) My daughter left her wallet in the room & they called us in time to turn around & get it before we lost too much time. It’s an older hotel they’ve done a nice job with upkeep & making it cute. Enjoyed the complementary continental breakfast before heading out.

Overall the building is clean. The elevator interior flooring is quite worn and needs a good cleaning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Several television stations were grainy when I went through them. I would stay here again.

It's a safe location, walking distance to several restaurants, staff were wonderful, rooms very clean, good coffee and several breakfast options. Price was great. If you're picky, which I'm not, you may notice some outdated things, but we were very pleased with everything.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Workout room is decent. The bed is comfortbale. Good location for us. Although everything was clean, the room could use a bit of freshening up around the edges. Furthermore, the outlets did not work well, and the door key kept showing red. The batteries needed changing, and there was some other issue with the door lock they had to work on, which took a day. The coffee was rather weak, and the bagels were pretty bad. The pool area is uncomfortable.

I didn’t like the fact that they don’t provide clean sheets daily during my stay.

The Motel itself was really clean. Miss Donna at the front desk was very helpful and. In our room the hairdryer was dirty, and the AC unit was very noisy and the door would not close all the way.

The condition of the property is really poor faucets are missing stoppers faucet in a tab are not working properly broken sinks keys not working properly to open the door. I had to travel three times to the front desk to reprogram keys over two days. lady that serves the breakfast brings two yogurts by hand when they’re 15 people in the lobby. Why not fill the refrigerator with yogurt? It’s like she’s afraid people will eat it. There is no coffee and there is no hot tea available and there is no coffee maker in the rooms.

I also have stayed at this location 2-3 times previously and they were doing work before so not sure what has changed. Ownership/Management? Again, the front desk was really pleasant and the hotel condition is not her fault. The breakfast was very disheartening...very skimpy - all carbs, no protein so dont try to be even slightly healthy. The breakfast experience was my biggest complaint...the attendant is very rude. From many previous experiences, it is a cultural thing, however the way she speaks at you is unacceptable. On top of that we were barely able to eat...it took over 1/2 an hour to prepare our food due to the amount of people in the small area and scarce amount of food and she was sure to take away everything ahead of the 9:30am ending time making it even more difficult. There was no consideration for anyone getting breakfast. I would consider staying here again due to price, but just for a single overnight and it will definitely not be my first choice anymore.

Michellene was awesome.. As a stranded traveler, dealing with inclement weather delays & over priced flights& buses, I was NOT in the best mood & she was patient courteous& helpful. Despite our 3rd party price match being confirmed over the phone & denied at the desk, she still did her very best to accommodate my needs I love her energy

Check-in was quick and easy, which I really appreciated after a long day. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a restful night. The bed was especially comfortable, and the space felt quiet and relaxing. One of the highlights was how convenient the location was for getting to the airport early in the morning. It made my travel day much less stressful. Even though my stay was brief, the staff was professional and welcoming, and the overall experience was seamless. I would definitely consider staying here again for future travel, especially for short, convenient airport stays.

Upon entering the hotel we immediately observed cleanliness and that translated to our room as well. There were three (adults) of us so space was very important and our suite was right on point. Housekeeping kept our room changed and cleaned everyday which we didn’t experience in our hotel in Lakeland last year. So as a result we requested our same room for next year! 💯

The check-in process was smoorh. Room could have been better cleaned: bathroom mirror had spots on it and the sibk handles could have veen polished. The floor underneath the desk could have swept up and the furniuure was quick scuffed up. The location may also want to consider changing the windows on the freeway side of the building. Lastly, it's a miss not offering guests complimentary coffee in the lobby.

I only stayed for one night and the entire night a sound of popping as if it was a boiler. Also the door to the bathroom does not close correctly and the main door to the room has a gap to the point you can force the door open. The area to have breakfast is very small and crammed.

The room.was clean. It was a little dated. The staff was polite. The next day there was cockroach crawling up my luggage. I hate bugs and was grossed out so I checked out an hour latet.

The tub was very slippery and dangerous. They ran out of food for breakfast, no cream for coffee and we didn’t get the wake up call we were promised.

The beds were quite uncomfortable, mainly because the mattresses were completely worn out and sagging, which made it difficult to get a good night’s rest. The pillows were also very hard, adding to the overall discomfort. Unfortunately, the sleeping conditions significantly impacted the quality of my stay.”

I booked a room for just myself, one bed. I was suprised at the amount of actual space I had to work with - I was there for a business trip and it was honestly like stepping back into my own room. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy, and the bed itself was soft and clean. If I'm in Jacksonville again, I'll be sure to book this place

Great for the price. My room was real cheap for one night. I would stay again for this cheap price. It’s an older Florida property, shows its age but not terrible. 2 complaints. Made the mistake of the first floor on the end, ice machine ran all night and people were noisy using it starting at 5am. The breakfast was pretty poor.

Overall, the room was in decent condition, but the smell wasn’t very pleasant, so I had to ask for an air freshener at the front desk.

Room had an odor. Smelled like there was something dead in the AC unit. There were no pillow cases on the pillows, and the tub was filthy.

Michelle I think is her name, the receptionist was phenomenal! Super kind and friendly, made checking in a breeze. Rooms are mediocre at best, a little on the dirty side, a little smelly. The beds were almost non existent, pillows if you can call them that had no fluff. “Breakfast” is a handful of items, none really good. But, overall for the price I can’t complain too much. I’d stay again.

Everything about the room was ok, breakfast was another story, lost appetite when preparing my waffles a roach came out from behind the waffle machine.

Looked clean. Noticeable patch work. Moldy smell in room was horrible. Odd shell in hall also. Pictures show warm buffet servers for breakfast. None were there. Weak continental breakfast with waffle maker.

The pool was down but the lady at the desk was kind enough to say to the boys that they that she'd let them go in there but there was no chairs or anything back there. No coffee maker in the machine rooms they said because they have coffee for the breakfast. The breakfast was not great, they had little store bought burritos and Waffles that you could make. They had a toaster but only one side of the toaster worked. I was disappointed for the kids. The staff was great

Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were very clean; pillows were an odd square shape. Bathroom faucet needed fixed/hard to turn off without dripping. Breakfast was adequate but space wasn't big enough for all who wanted to eat.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Beds comfy and outdoor pool was great!! The bathroom was a bit tight but shower was nice. Biggest issue was the TV reception. Terrible.

Overall our stay was good. The breakfast service area could definitely use some help: not alot of variety, tiny lil place, only one side of the toasters was working. There was a long line of people waiting in this lil area to get breakfast. The hallways are very hot. Thankfully the A/C in the rooms worked great.

Nice place for an overnight stay

The hotel was pretty good for what we needed. We only stayed one night. The bedroom itself was good, bed was comfortable and A/C was great. The TV doesn’t have the best channels but decent ones just to watch. The hotel itself isn’t the most “wow” but the front desk staff was kind and even called our room to ensure everything was good. The pool is not heated but it was nice, had a few leaves. There’s no tables at the pool? Only chairs and the pool shower was cold. Good food areas around and right next to I-95.

The tile floor by the door was humid/slick when we arrived. Even after running AC overnight it was still slick with humidity. There also was a little bit of a smell. Other than that, everything was as described

The location is convenient to must places. The hotel itself is okay, remodel but done well. The walls are paper thin, the guest next door was cursing n being extremely loud around 2am. Next morning around 9am something otther then that no complaints.

The dehumidifier in the 2nd floor hallway was a give away. The entire floor smelled like mold. My 1st room 233 had mold growing in the shower. I immediately started having an asthma attack and moved when my grandson stated he couldn't breathe in the room. They moved me to 203 the hallway smelled like mold on that side also. Used the toilet and it backed up

This place runs a tight ship! Ms. Maureen was kind enough to let us know that they do not accept Florida residents to stay and told us at check in that she would not be extending our stay past the three days we came to visit. Which was disappointing in case we wanted to extend our visit however, it’s best that way. She was very adamant about telling us to keep it clean, quiet and absolutely “NO MOVING THE FANS IN THE HALLWAY!!” She insisted I “do not lie” on my review so, despite the horrible first impression, it’s clean I guess but staff makes this place uncomfortable.

No service on Friday, gave a ridiculous reason, tv limited, remote did not work properly, couldn’t get extra towels on Friday, wanted me to bring down the used at 9:00!at night in order to get more. Saturday had to ask to get cleaned they neglected to return forgot, did not leave towels husband had to go and track down to get. The bed was very comfortable the best part, however only sheets no blanket. Will not be staying again, would not recommend

The kind and friendly staff went out of their way to make sure my stay was lovely. The person at the front desk remembered that it was my birthday days after I first checked in.

Good condition

The staff was very courteous and helpful knowing was from out of state. I don’t usually travel alone especially in larger towns but my husband was in the hospital so things were very stressful. The front desk staff was quick to let me know they would help in any way and gave directions to all the local dining areas etc. I wanted a very clean, quiet, cool room and a shower. I definitely got it and if needed in the future I will go out of my way to stay there again.

I was told at the front desk that I can’t extend my stay because I am a local (from Jacksonville). I mentioned why this wasn’t highlighted before I book and was told it is in the important note

Convenient location. I stayed one nights on two occasions during my roadtrip. It was great for the one night stays. Breakfast could contain more options though.

It was a great time. We weren't happy with the smell of the room and they moved us to a different one. We needed more linen, they asked us in the morning, but they said later (they were probably getting washed) later never came. We made it through though. We did not utilize the breakfast. The staff was very friendly. They took the tike to get to learn your name and ask you by name how everything was throughout your stay. It was great!

The location is good, hotel is overall good, so is the room. But there is no hot water which was a big problem.

The room needs repair. The bathroom door was broken and shorty repairs made. The door still wobbled and didn’t close properly. The windows were so dirty, you had a hard time seeing through. The drywall around the window and AC unit had been patched several times and falling apart. Overall poor condition.

The lady that checked us in (i forgot her name) was wonderful, great sense of humor and was very quick and attentive! The lobby and halls were all clean and cool, and smelled nice. But our room was a little musty n the floors actually felt damp-ish as well as the bed, as if the room itself just wasnt sealed properly and was very humid. Otherwise it had everything we needed for a one night stay and was comfortable considering! Also the complimentary breakfast was pretty scarce, only cereal n waffles, bagels juice, not a big spread, which isnt necessarily a bad thing just thought to mention! Good news is there is a waffle house and mcdonalds within walking distance if your looking for a little somthin more!

This pacific property had roaches in the room that I was in, wasn’t happy with that..

Everything perfect

Employees was demanding my children to follow rules that was not posted on any part of property nor a contract of rules, also never received a receipt or contract or any paperwork stating or to prove we was staying there. Also cleaning of room was dismissed during duration of stay. Also Employees was from another country and decided to provide racism because of our white skin. Building also has plumbing issues in which can lead to foundation damage. Making it unsafe if hurricane was near.

Nice clean rooms. I was hoping there would be a little more to the breakfast, but it still had several choices.

It's conveniently located as it's located by restaurants and easy access to the beach. It needs some upgrades, fresh paint on the walls and doorframes would make it look better. Staff are accommodating friendly, and attentive.

Very noisy as I could hear tv and kids from 2 rooms down. Not enough room for dining area breakfast service- veey little seating and tgose sysnding waiting to mske waffles blocked everything else.
