The location was not the greatest. The room did not have a microwave or a fridge. I work nights and the did not have any curtains. Just the white shades. The walls were very dirty. I talked to the staff about a microwave they said they would install one they never did.

The ac and the tv that’s it The door was hard to open from the inside bathroom faucet fell off lamp shocked me plug in didn’t work beds were uncomfortable not enough pillows found a roach bug in the room and looks like blood on the wall behind the door. People screaming cussing at each other (fighting) ordered food and waited over an hour to get my food.

Good price you cannot be extremely picky this is not a chain type place everyone is friendly

Spend a few dollars more and find a better place. Only good thing about this place was, they have a mini restaurant inside with lovely staff. All staff were friendly and can’t say anything different. It was the place.

The only good this was the pool area! The bed had a deep dent in the middle and me and my child slept horribly. The bathroom door could not even close! The sink and shower was stopped up! And then after leaving the pool, we couldn’t get into our room. Maintenance had to come and repair the door. I will never recommend this to anyone. They need a remodel! And new people who work the front desk… their attitudes were nasty and rude! 0/10 would never ever recommend!

When questioned about said accusation, then it changed to my demeanor made employees uncomfortable, then it changed to we are invoking our right to refuse service to any consumer …. I explained how this situation was complete bullshit and that I would retain a lawyer if needed to defend my character and integrity against such blatant slanderous accusations. The Cuban gentleman that claimed to be the property manager then issued me a lifetime ban and encouraged me with violent undertones to sue him personally …. I left the property immediately and am about to teach APM Hotels how the pen is always mightier than the sword.

This place was phenomenal. From the outside it looks a little scary, especially with the surrounding area but when you walk inside, it is really nice. They don’t offer complementary breakfast. But they do have a restaurant inside the building. We stayed in one of the rooms inside the building. I know there are some that are located outside the building. The one that we stayed in was gorgeous. Everything was super clean. The staff was so friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.

And parking was safe for tonight.However, there was a fifty dollar deposit for the accommodations.For the room that was supposed to be refunded to me immediately after checkout.Never got that refund.There was a thirty two dollar fee for any service pet or dog

Didn't sleep a wink due to excessive noice from outside, fear of safety, absolutely terrible amenities throughout, no available telephone in room, no network or cable TV, inoperable electrical outlets throughout the room, no safety chain/bar on entry door, etc. If the City Code Dept, Health Dept, or any 3rd-Party booking service were to investigate such property, It WOULD be Shut Down!!!

These were chained up with a pad lock and it stayed that way the entire time. The area has 2 wretched gas stations and a bus stop. It is not near anything. There is a night club. Any services that can take your money while staying there will be operating. I stayed in my room and cried.

Brandy and Sandra that work the front desk are the most amazing front desk clerks ive ever met. Very attentive and helpful. No matter how many questions , how many days I need my room key reset and these two ladies never embarrass me, or give me a hard time. Thank you AMP for making this difficult time in our life bareable. This really has felt like our home away from home. You ladies deserve employees of the year. Rooms need to be updated. I walked in to broken blinds on the windows, spiders crawling around the window, an off balanced toilet, and just an overall outdated room. Walk through the hallways there’s no molding around the baseboards. And the pool wasn’t opened my whole stay. That’s what I paid for. The place just looks like the 70s. The staff (Brandy) was SUPER nice super helpful.

Th staff were all friendly and the entrance area was very pleasant. Our room was really big and clean but not anything fancy like the Marriott. Bathroom area clean and basic. Woke up hoping to get breakfast but was told the sold out of all food. Overall it was a decent stay of your not big into super fancy.

Had a reservation but after talking to the staff we had no clue if there was going to be a room or not when we got there.

The room was old with broken furniture, dirty and had a heavy smell of marijuana and mold. It was unbearable. When I informed the woman at the front desk, she appeared indifferent and made no effort to resolve the problem. I chose not to stay and forfeited my payment, it felt unsafe, people outside drinking and doing who knows what else. This was a very horrible experience, this place is falling apart. Check the reviews on Google, Expedia reviews are not accurate.

Didnt stay the night to eat so theres no food review. Parking lot was dimly lit. Did not feel safe there was a car just sittng in the aisle watching us not in a parking spot or the check in lane just in the road. The lobby smelled horribly of cigarette smoke despite it being a non smoking facility. The only thing updated in 20 years is the entry way chandelier. The lobby waiting area had 2 mismatched sofas from the 80's stained and smelly. The man behind the counter although kind was disheveled dirty and looked uncomfortably homeless. The decorations looked as if someone donated alot of items and the rest were bought from the dollar store. The ceilings were covered in dirty grime around the vents. despite the last review of the bathroom under renovation a year ago still broken and under renovation. The stairs leading to the upper floor are cracked and need replaced. There are no baseboards in the hallway. The doors do not latch all the way. Holes in the walls rooms are furnished but sparse and incohesive Sheets looked clean but the "protector" underneath was severely stained and discolored. The toilet had blue water but stained and yellowed above the waterline. Corners of the room were stuffed with dirt and although we literally all just stood in the room and discussed to stay or leave (we left) then we all started feeling itchy as we exited. Its a very broken down unkept hotel. It used to be a Days Inn and even they gave up on it. Please do not stay here if you can avoid it.

That said, I slept well, was able to take a good shower, and had no issues with parking, which was very convenient. Most importantly, the staff was wonderful… (friendly, helpful, and accommodating). With a few improvements, this could be an even better stay.

Bugs in room

The room i was assigned to was horrible. Nothing in the room matched, and there was a horrible smell in the air. Maybe mildew or a old wet smell. As well, the amount of stains, on the fridge, bathroom tub, toilet, sink and walls made me cringe and i didnt feel safe using anything that was inside the room. I literally used the bathroom elsewhere to wipe down, brush my teeth, use the the toilet and change my clothing. It was very filthy looking inside and out and probably shold be torn down and rebuilt. Front desk lady 3rd shift and second shift were however very friendly. Didnt ask for any additional accommodations as i spent about 13 hours there. Most likely wont ever be a guest again and i do not recommend settling for this place if you can afford a bit more. My night consisted of sleeping at the edge of the bed which is really low to the floor wrapped in my own blacket and sheet!

The room was absolutely disgusting. I knew that it would not be the best because it was so cheap but it was way worse than I could’ve expected. There was blood and bodily fluid stains on the bed. Old trash was in the room and the bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a very long time.

I didn't even want to give it one star because it was so horrible but the lady behind the desk was actually pretty nice. When I arrived they gave me a key for my room I could not get in it and when I walked in the bed only had plastic over it. To make a long story short they changed my room and when I walked into the second one it smelled like cat litter there was a bedspread over the bed that had a cigarette burn hole in it that was large the furniture was all beat up and some of the outlets were hanging out of the wall. I immediately decided not to stay and after the show I saw in the area. I went home. It is filthy and disgusting there and there is trash all over the ground where kids are living there and pets are living there. The worst hotel I have ever seen.

The staff are great, the room is OK. Stay close the the pool, it is less noisy. Overall good stay, with the weekly pay discount. Would recommend booking with the head office website, prices are more stable and are less.

It’s a wonderful hotel and is most obvious when interacting w/ employees. When getting the attention of the pretty girl that makes breakfast yu walk up to a half door an say good morning into an empty room, not seeing anyone but yu hear good morning as she’s making everyone’s breakfast, I simply love an it adds to the charm somehow, not sure why but it does. The woman at the front desk is super sweet even when being overwhelmed. There’s something special about this place almost magical like a bright meadow in the center of a dark scary forest. For one thing it’s in an industrial area that’s known for being not the best. For example the Speedway across the street locks it’s doors at dusk a does the outside window thing. Can yu see the imagery of the dark forest, but this hotel has none of that vibe an infact I felt safe walking across the street a dealing w/ Speedways window shenanigans. There are nice restaurants ect. I lack words to explain how it all works makes AMP feels like an oasis, safe harbor

Area was hard to get to, 1st front desk staff was not friendly, second one was better. Area was dirty, my daughters did not like staying there. Will not book in the future.

Room was not what was showed on hotels.com . Says the room was remodeled, but the toilet compared to the ones in the pictures was nowhere near remodeled. Towels had hair on them and lights did not work. Overall if you’re going to post updated pictures online make sure the actual room is somewhat compared to what is shown, not a knock off.

Honestly the shower alone is worth booking literally anywhere else. Its hot and cold whenever it wants. But the other thing was that I checked out like an hour early and the front desk lady said she would have my car towed if I didnt leave promptly. (I literally just wanted to get a coffee, and that was a terrible thing apparently)

By far the absolute worse place I’ve ever seen! This place is very unsafe! It is very dirty, nasty, disgusting! Visible bed bugs! Room smelled like dog urine and poop. We walked into our room and right back out. We were afraid to touch anything. The air conditioner had what looked like mold in the vents. We went to the front desk to ask for our money back and to cancel the reservation for the remainder of what we booked. They told us they would refund the deposit, pet fee and second night stay that was booked but charged us for the first night and we didn’t even stay! We haven’t received any of what they said would be refunded! We got there after midnight and ended up parking in a parking lot away from that area and sleeping in our car with our 2 dogs until we could find a safe place to stay for the next day. This hotel needs to be removed from any and all booking sites!!

This hotel is really underrated. I was here for a long term stay (3-4 weeks) due to the new arrival of my grandbaby so i decided to make it a business trip aswell. Brandy was very helpful on the phone. Initially there was an older gentleman who seemed to be bothered by my questions but he answered them. However the shining star was Ariel her positive attitude and attention to detail was amazing. The rooms could use some updating but the pool was amazing. The pillows are very thin but we travel with our own so that was not an issue. There is a restaraunt onsite you can order food i recommend the chicken strips. Also a bar if you want to have a few drinks. The location was close to everyrhing i needed so it worked out perfect. I travel to Jacksonville 8-10 times a year so i am glad i gave this property a chance. The pool was amazing!

The receptionist was the best part of this stay, she was very helpful and kind. If your looking for a place to literally just sleep and don't have high standards then this is a VERY cheap option. However, the room did not have what would be thought to be as traditional amenities. No mini fridge in room and only microwave is located in main lobby. There is a restaurant/ bar on property. We did not utelize that so don't know the offerings there. The bedding was stained and damp. The room smelled strongly of lysol but to be fair she had literally just "cleaned" it. I did appreciate the tile floor i do not like carpet. The area is kind of scketchy looking but right off the highway. So again this hotel is a very cheap option and you get what you pay for, a place to sleep before moving on to next location.

Nice restaurant inside with a nice selection to choose from. I was only there 6 hours each night because of my schedule. It seems like quiet time is around 7 so the people who stay there respectable. Not all rooms are as nice as the one i had so you might want to check the room 1st.

Rooms are dirty, filthy mould and spiderwebs in the corner. The blinds are not very secure. Did not stay the whole night.

The first room had overwhelming smell on just being scrubbed but yet somehow there was still hair in the tub We couldn’t stay there Brandy put us in a different room Interior and room 290 The rooms are still outdated and no drain plug for the tub. The hotel had a refrigerator but didn’t work. Tv was Roku only. They used some cheap cleaner to “clean” the room. The bedside table was so sticky the room key literally stuck to it, the floor was so sticky even my socks stuck to the floor, the over powering smell of the cleaner was nauseating. Not even an hour there I went back to the front desk to say I’m leaving requesting my money, $50 deposit back. They refused the money for the room and put the $50 deposit back on my card.

The room stank of mould, which was everywhere. The bed, linen, towels, furniture were dirty, soilded, covered in mould. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty, covered in mould and stains. The aircon in the room was dirty, dripping with water and no doubt a risk of legionnaires disease! The receptionsist felt nothing was wrong with the room, having stayed in the hotel many times previously, judging by her apprearance and personal hygiene her standards would not notice if she was sleeping in dog mess! We we offered two other rooms of a worse standard, whilst checking the last room the permanent habitants of the hotel started to check us out. Even the hotel porter advised us to lock our car and be careful when walking outside in the car park. We were not offered any refund so I lost my fee, only the room deposit was refunded! Please take my advise, avoid this hotel at all costs. Pay the extra and go somewhere else, theres a great hotel over the road for called the Sleeps Inn and Suites where we actually stayed for the night!

The worst place I've ever been. It's in no condition to be operational. I can't understand how that place is even functioning. It's terrible. The room hadn't been cleaned in ages, cobwebs tangled around you, the beds were covered in dirty linens, the bathroom was in degrading condition, you couldn't even flush the toilet, it smelled damp and dusty, the worst I've ever seen. We had to leave because no one would spend a night there. They never gave us our money back, even though all we did was check in and leave to cancel our stay because it was impossible to stay. Never rent that place!!!

We appreciated the service Brandy provided. We booked online,arriving, and the room was ground floor as requested, blind family member. Pool was open ,clean ,clear water. Very much enjoyed the pool. Thank you for leaving pool open so disabled guests can enjoy and have fun. Thank you for your hospitality.

The bedroom where I sleep has a bathroom that lacks essential items, including a toilet paper holder and shower rack for towels. Additionally, shampoo and conditioner were not provided. I observed several hairs on the bathroom floor and toilet, suggesting inadequate cleaning. The broken window blind also posed a challenge for me to sleep.

Very old building. Not kept up. Bad area. Cops were across the street. Bed very uncomfortable. Bathroom door did not shut. Tub faucet was loose on wall.

The room was clean but the bathroom was gross. The room had a lot of moisture so I had to wash all my unused closed bc they were moist and had a funky smell. Plugs were very limited so I had to dry my hair by the TV. Had to choose between the tv or the fridge if I need to charge my phone or lap top.

The door frame on our room was broken as if it had been kicked in, and was hard to open and close. The bathroom door wasnt easy or convenient to close either.it was all bad.

We did not stay here. Beer bottles outside. Looked like a crack dealing unsafe place to stay. The picture was nothing like the location we saw.. Will NEVER use Expedia again.

There was someone's blood in the bathroom when we arrived which didn't seem to surprise the staff much. I think that should imply the surrounding conditions of our experience. If we were able to get a refund we would definitely have stayed elsewhere.

Great place. None of the drawers would stay shut on the neverending dresser. Floors needed mopped. I had my service dog and there were 2 pitbulls on the property unleashed. The people with the dogs were in the shadows and were hard to see until you were in front of them. It was very scary. I had a pit, she was a lovely girl, but I leashed her in public. Judy daying

The room was dirty and the place needs renovated. Non-smoking room smelled with cigarette "smoke" We had to cancelled our reservation and book another place to stay.

Staff and maintenance were amazing, but I was very disappointed that I was under the impression that I would get breakfast in the morning. Woke my kids up to get breakfast at six the clerk said they wouldn’t be here till seven came back at 7:10 AM and breakfast still wasn’t served that was very inconvenient. I would’ve never booked here due to. I am a diabetic and have to take my medication at a certain time so I have to eat. very disappointed.

I asked them for a refund because they refused to let us stay there. I have not received one so I am going to contact hotels.com.

Very dissatisfied

The rooms were slummy and not very clean, furniture filthy and area of location is gheto and felt unaafe. I would not recommend to anyone unless your just homeless!

Upset with my stay because their was no hot water and after calling the front desk I was told maintenance would be out to look at it but no one ever showed up

Just a quick overnight trip. Was quiet and clean with very little going on.
